Exceptional customer service, friendly faces definitely coming back again
Took my son there. They are great people and welcomed my son to jam with them anytime! And he always looks forward to that now! Great prices on marching percussion equipment! Will definitely be a go to store even though my son doesn’t march anymore.
Great staff.
Don’t know about
Good people that try to do their best to serve you. Good prices on everything, always friendly and accommodating.
Really great shopping great all around
These guys did the sound at the Singing Showdown in Oneonta, Alabama & I was so disappointed with their sound quality at this outdoor event. The Singing Showdown is a singing competition & almost every instrument or track that played for each vocalist was way too loud. I’m just bummed !
I took my Ibanez Ps model to them to have a set of push pull pots put in. After it being there for four months, I went to pick it up. He was finishing it up as I showed up. Got home and it did as he said. It was out of phase when both pickups were engaged and wasn’t playing right. Inspected the wiring and found it was wired wrong, and when I removed the nut for the selector switch, it was on so tight it messed up my finish. Currently in the middle of rewiring it
This place is awful. They had my sons guitars for a week and when we picked them up, they still were not ready. They had not checked them or even tuned them and I had to call that day to get them even to work on the last one. They were supposed to fix the pickup switch and they just did a bandaid repair. They just needed to be set up which is about a 30 minute job. These people are the worst. We will never ever use them again.

I love being able to find almost any record I want!!
Love love love this place! Always amazing quality clothes and jewelry. Always so many good deals.
Great store! Great owners!
Love the clothes! Great locally owned business.
Decent selection. Prices pretty much match discogs median prices.
Music playing in the store was horrible. I left without purchasing anything. Music drove me away. Know your clientele…
Reasonable prices and good selection.
I don’t know when the last time they updated there order list, but this store is pretty much empty of any music.
The man who works here is incredibly rude and needs a lesson in customer service. I got an important phone call regarding an employment opportunity and he got mad saying I was too loud. I will never spend a dime in this store!
I asked the owner abut their vendor and he refused to give me their name, got visably angry, accused me of trying to start trouble, dismissed my questions, denied things he had just said, and started being generally patronizing and condescending. I never raised my voice and simply wanted to ask about my options on a dress. Wouldn’t recommend based on customer service alone. Ridiculous.

Do not bring your guitar there. He damaged my guitar did not tell me and did not make it right. My guitar is unplayable!! Had to buy a new guitar..somewhere else
i brought in a mandolin that had contact microphone attached. wanted a fishman piezo installed under bridge. frankie cannibalized parts from my contact microphone system to put in the fishman. i complained that i had wanted the contact mic for other stuff. he fixed it but wanted to charge me more for that and repairing the mic system he ripped up. he reluctantly did it at no charge.
now i took the mandolin back because neither the fishman nor the contact microphone work, but he does not back up his work and wanted money to fix what he messed up.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Smelled bad and it was just not much of a pawn shop, looked and smelled like a junk store !
My 7 year old daughter has learned so much from her lessons (and so have I). Highly recommend!
I have had Allyson as a teacher for about 5 years. I can not recommend her enough. She is exceptionally talented not just at the piano, but at teaching – she meets each student where they are, helping each person reach levels of mastery at reading and playing music that they didn’t think possible. Her approach is holistic to say the least – meaning she teaches the functional skills (reading music, playing piano) but also helps you overcome any challenges to your growth in piano playing based on mindset, physical posture/form and even time management. Beyond that, she is a lovely person and each lesson is a breath of fresh air.
Allyson is amazing and has been virtually teaching my son since 2020. She now lives out of state. My son looks forward to and enjoys his lessons so much. He has grown at incredible lengths with all the knowledge that Allyson has to share.

Large selection!! Beautiful instruments!!
Nice place. Good selection conveniently located.
Walked in today to look around and from the moment I walked in the door, the older gentleman (I guess the owner?) had his eye on me and was watching me like a hawk, made me feel unwelcome to be there. He asked if I was looking for anything in particular and when I told him very politely he didn’t have what I was looking for he arrogantly told me “I opened this store in 1973 and everything you see in the store is priced the same as you’d get it online” like ok bud I wasn’t complaining about the price you just don’t have what I was looking for. When I told him I wasn’t looking to buy today, and was just looking around he made a sarcastic comment about “well if you’re not buying, we can just put this back on the shelf” ??? I continued to walk around and look at some more product and he continued to watch me like a hawk until I got in my car and pulled out of the parking spot. All of my musician friends have recommended I don’t frequent this store, and I can honestly say, after that experience, I will not and will tell anyone that asks not to either. Lousy excuse for customer service.
I read reviews for this shop and thought it was an honest place to sell my gear. I walked in with an Epiphone AJ 220, with an Epiphone molded hardshell case I bought seperately, and an Epiphone “Snake Pit” 15w practice amp. ALL in like new condition. She plugged the guitar in and it was only the fourth time it had ever been plugged in. I never put the guitar in the case without wiping it down first. Look everything I listed up for yourself, and you’ll see what I lost. I messed up and let the lady know that I was in dire need of money for my family. The old guy asked where I bought it, and when I told him, he said he’d lost alot of business to “places like that”. No. I looked around the shop, and all he had was used gear that had been repaired and put up for sale. Junk. My guitar was the nicest instrument there! The reason he’s losing business is because he’s trying to sell junk and beating people in need out of what their instruments are worth. The lady acted like she was on Pawn Stars! If I hadn’t had needed the money really bad, I would have told her where she could stick her $200! That’s all they gave me for everything I brought in. Look up the items I listed, and you’ll see I did my part to support this business! The reviews I read must have been friends of theirs, because they definately misled me. Not fair at all.
