Excellent Place for Musicians and Music Lovers
Great prices for scores, equipments and instruments. Friendly staff, mostly bilingual. Offer variety of music lessons with qualified teachers but the store can provide better environment (less noise, more professional appearance) for the lessons section.
I like Samash but there’s not enough help
This is my candy store. If they don’t have what I want, I know I can have it within a couple of days ☺️.
Costumer service over the phone big 0, no option without going to check for merchandise, at least remove phone number becose is useless first to get response takes an hour then after talking to the representative on other side he just drop the call.
Store is disorganized, half empty. I could find in Amazon the products they don’t have, for a third of the price of the ones they do, next day delivery.

Carlos y su esposa, los duenos del lugar son muy amables y respetuosos. Los ninos se sienten muy estimulados, como en familia y aprenden bien rapido. Mi hijo Alvaro salio interpretando una cancion en su primera clase. Un lugar pequeno pero bien acogedor. Gracias Carlos y profesores.

They do have musical instruments. Only one person working spoke broken English. Went in for musician ear plugs and didn’t have anything. They were nice enough to refer me to Walgreens or RadioShack

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to speak about my experience at this place. I know we are all human and have our bad days but when you own a business, you should know how important customer service is. I just left this place not long ago. I walked in around 4:45pm and I was instantly greeted by a young man, whom I have no complaints about. He was very kind and answered my questions to the best of his ability. When he didn’t know the answers he sought out who I assume to be the owner. An older man, short and stubby, wears glasses. Cuban accent, they both spoke Spanish. I don’t think they knew English. I proceeded to tell them both that I was looking for quotes on musical equipment for my local church. I jotted down some prices they gave me as I went for things like mic stands, cables, guitar stands etc, but a few minutes in the older man got impatient and asked me if I was buying it all today. I repeated myself and said I was there for quotes and I’d be visiting several places to get the best deal. This is when his attitude completely shifted. I asked about what kinds of wireless microphones he had. He told me that I didn’t know what I was saying and didn’t know what I wanted. That he has many prices and varying kinds and that he won’t waste his time showing me anything unless I’m buying it. He proceeded to tell me that if I wanted prices to go somewhere else and then come back to the store. I must say I am a very patient and understanding person and I tried to kindly and respectfully explain to him again that I had to get quotes first before I committed to buying anything. He did not quit barking at me and was not interested in anything else I had to say. I told him that it was alright and I as I left told him respectfully even, that I hope he didn’t treat all his customers this way. I walked out at 4:58pm. I was not even there 15 minutes. I wish I could’ve had a positive experience as I read everyone else’s reviews. Also I must say the place is a bit disorganized. Instruments and equipment are all piled onto each other and you’re not able to see all the products they have for sale because there’s no way around the store. This went on much longer than it should’ve but I wanted to be honest and not miss anything from this awful experience. I won’t say ‘don’t go there’ but I think you’d be better off going to Samash or Guitar Center.

One of my babies is now playing the clarinet! This place is extremely far from us however the staff there is remarkably friendly and patient! Upon my first call Lynette answered the phone and dealt with all our questions. Then we spoke with Marilyn who processed our order after 4 calls of questions and internet confusion. The ride was well worth the service. If you or your child(ren) need instrument give them a chance.
Got my extra guitar for practicing. First time I see this new brand. I’m happy with my purchase. Manager there is very friendly!
Staff is friendly and very helpful. If they don’t have it there, they’ll get it. Too cool!
Really bad experience, we have been waiting 40 minutes outside the store after the opening our, and the store was close all the time, we end up leaving

Great selection of hard to find guitars. Kenneth was a great help, easy to deal with. He creates a comfortable playing atmosphere.
Communication was a bit rough at first. However, after working out some kinks and lining up a specific model (EBMM JP15 Blood Orange) the process was smooth. Received the guitar in excellent condition and it sounds and plays amazingly. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks!

Just drove up from the Keys to looks for a new guitar, based on reviews this was high on my list of places to check out. Not sure what place everyone else is going to that they are giving such good reviews but the pace I went to looks nothing like the pictures on google. I had to ring a door bell to get in, after waiting a few minutes I was greeted by a young lady who barely spoke English and seemed hesitant to let me in. Once she did she told me no one was available to talk to me about guitars and that maybe I could talk to someone on Friday (today is Wednesday). Major disappointment, I won’t be driving back up on Friday.

This place does not exist. I drove 30 minutes because I heard good things. The pictures on the website and Google are from an old location. I walked in and it’s an abandoned room (see picture). There was one woman saying they no longer do repairs or sell guitars. I don’t know what it used to be but now it’s a scam or some kind of front. Stay away!

Small but very good store
Terrible customer service manner…on more than one occasion I’ve called the store 20 minutes in advance to ask if they had an instrument in stock I needed and they guaranteed me they not only had one, but several.
I’m taking public transportation so I need to plan my journey accordingly to attend buying an instrument, & I therefore needed an accurate response beforehand.
I get to the store, staffed with employees who avoid eye contact with their customers and give little assistance, and upon finally getting a clerk to acknowledge me, I’m advised they do not have the instrument I’m looking for in stock. They suggest ordering it online, but after ordering my baritone ukulele through them earlier this year [online] and having it arrive smashed to pieces at my doorstep [they package their instruments extremely poorly], I don’t trust their online service. Additionally, my boyfriend went with me to purchase a mixer that they’d also told us they had in stock, only to find it wasn’t. The staff consists of unattentive kids who don’t really seem to invest effort in their customer service or validity in their answers to customers.
Terrible customer service, make me wait for a long time for nothing.
Terrible store they have nothing and what they have is more expensive that the website ♂️??
