Super affordable and an amazing selection! It is definitely a hidden gem in Yucca Valley.
It’s a cool place to go and browse. Lots of stuff to bring back old memories. It’s worth to stop and see, never know what you’ll find.
Family business, with wonderful customer service. Friendly and helpful. We made a few purchases and prices were reasonable. Will definitely return when in the area.
Not a thrift store. Consignment and space rental. NOT too pricey. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. LOTS to browse!!
I have been wanting to go in to this store for the longest time, so just yesterday went in. First thing on the outside of the store I saw a enamel vintage spoon in which I picked up and was going to inquire about inside. So exploring each and every vendor I picked up a few things that I thought would go good in my decor. Ended up getting a lot of the custom made pieces from Bob Berkey things that I am so so happy with. I also want to mention how friendly Katherine was and so very helpful in orchestrating the purchase for me So I came in today to pick up the things I bought and had to make two trips. On the second trip we noticed as we were walking in it smelled like someone was smoking like a chimney. So as we were deciding how we were going to put our new pieces in the vehicle, Katherine’s partner came out because we had mentioned how the smoke was bothering both of us, and started shouting that it is legal to smoke in Arizona and that he was the owner of the shop and that he could smoke if he wanted to inside the store if he chose to. Then Katherine gave me the price of some other pieces that I was interested in. So I said to myself that gentleman ruined my experience because of the smell of smoke in His Store. Katherine your a very personable person and you keep plugging away at your place wish you only you all the luck, but as for me and my husband we will not be returning because of your partner’s attitude towards customers.
Store full of stuff but no one seems to know the prices of anything. I asked about some earrings and after 10 mins, still no answer on price. We walked out without buying a thing
They’ll be out of business at this pace.

So I came here today to sell a few boxes of old records. Unfortunately for me, they were in rough shape and with an exception of a few, they were not in any condition for resale. I did notice that they have a great selection of records ranging from this all the way to that. The owner was very knowledgeable and as nice as could be. We talked like we were old friends. I may have not made a deal in his shop today but I know where to go to find records that I don’t have. Highly recommend.
Great selection of records and the owner is a super cool dude.
Need records this the place
Stumble across this record store while traveling thru Kingman Arizona yes “A RECORD STORE” this was so awesome made my day !!! I picked up a few 80’s classic l.p.’s (albums) and a 12” single by soft cell this store has hard to find funk/ soul , real country music classics some bitchin’ classic and hard rock, some cool jazz just to give you an idea of what You can pick up here the owner is super friendly and his prices are just right and I will be back again ….
Drove all the way there during their normal business hours and the door was locked with no info as to when or if they would be back open that day..it was Thursday the 14th at about 3:30
They close too early
You should post when your on vacation so people don’t drive 45 miles for no reason…
Was not open during their posted business hours. I drove an hour to get there and they weren’t open
10. Tommy Rocks
Address: 110 Main St, Jerome, AZ 86331 , Willow Valley , Arizona , United States
Parking: Friendly there. and Bobby D helped us too…
Tommy is the nicest guy!! We chatted all things music and ukes for about 45 minutes. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. I bought the kala ubass from him and got a great deal!!! You don’t want to miss this uke shop!!! A real treat and lots of good quality ukes at great prices.
An awesome rock and roll memorabilia shop in historic Jerome Arizona…kind of hard to find tho.
Dude man. Stick to some normal operating hours. I’ve passed through Jerome twice now and you haven’t been opened when you said you were supposed to be. It’s 10:30 am now says your supposed to be open on google. Sorry for the poor review but really wanna check out your store
11. Majestic Music LLC
Address: 4431 S White Mountain Rd # C10, Show Low, AZ 85901 , Willow Valley , Arizona , United States
Good music shop wide selection of guitars and other musical instruments.
Great service at a fair price. Steve helped me select the perfect guitar. Answered all my questions and asked a few to assist in recommendation. I tried and played four, then decided.
Highly recommend
A marvelous place.
It’s ok
Helpful and knowledgeable
Great little shop. Owner Jeff is friendly and patient with us guitar browsing types. Only improvement needed is dealing in used instruments (but those are a headache some shop owners dont really want to deal with).
Oldest guy there was being very rude and threw an the amp cord that i was using while testing a guitar on the ground
I love it here! Very friendly people and Great prices on stuff, including reading/learning materials! Brandon is very fair with prices on set-up/repairs, and is the best luthier in town… Ty!
Great local resource – deserves the support!
Excelente customer service! JP has great knowledge of the product he sells. I will be purchasing a new guitar amp soon thanks JP
The instruments we have rental have been pretty worn but still work well and it is an OK deal for the price. Customer service is helpful and friendly. We have been pleased with our violin rental over this past year and will continue renting here into the next school year.
Great verify of sheet music and ukuleles and an awesome luthier.
Fui una vez a ver las guitars
They have nothing for the drummer! Maybe some sheet music? But nothing more!
I have been coming to this music store for years since I was a child. I know that their prices are higher than ordering online, but I’ve still paid their higher prices to support them. Today I came in with a question about how to get a simple cleaning rag, which was stuck, out of an instrument. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude did not answer any of my questions, told me that no one in the entire store had any experience with this sort of question. Sorry to say, but I will not be giving my business to the store any longer. I would recommend milano’s music, or ordering online.
I’m renting a clarinet and they gave it uncleaned (had old spit) and with broken parts. Horrible customer service. My tried fixing the first rental, but after a week, they just returned it without fixing anything.

Really all around decent place and very good customer service.
The general manager Sean is amazing!!!!! Thank you so much Sean!!!!!! 🙂
When I walked in I was greeted nicely and the service was perfect they treated me respectfully
The gal who helped us was amazing and fun! We have been looking for a signet ring for mom and she made the experience wonderful and had mom giggling. Prices where more than I wanted to pay. But made the purchase because of that young lady. If the owners are reading this, I have to tell you that you have a gem on your hands! Give that young lady a raise!
I don’t like giving a 5 star to these types of businesses because you only see 1 side of the story but this Place has alot of good stuff. Guitars, acoustic and electric. He had 2 for under $100, amps as well at very reasonable prices. Speakers for your car, 3 shelves full. If you’re doing home repair or bidding a job and need tools, go there 1st. Rifles, pistols all of the usual goodies. This place is a must look oh and the guys are pretty cool too.
Great people there, have always treated me well.
Wanting a certain type of firearm, all they do is try to upsell us on something we don’t want, won’t go back again. We got what we needed for way less. Them being rude doesn’t help them.
Real bad attitudes
Took in a set of irons (golf clubs) and I had looked them up before going in they were on eBay used for 200 mine are in exstreamly better shape almost brand new and they offered me 10 dollars and then showed me a set online that didn’t even match my set
15. Walmart Supercenter
Address: 5210 S Hwy 95, Fort Mohave, AZ 86426 , Willow Valley , Arizona , United States
Went to Subway for dinner, food was good! 2 -1ft. Subs for $10 any kind, anyway!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Wasted 20 minutes, told I had to buy a box from them just to return something bought on Walmart.com. Tthen after going to get a box, paying for a box i shouldn’t have had to and then finally them actually pulling up the the order number (yes, they waited until after all of that just to look at the actual order) I’m given an email address to contact to do the return. The manager actually told me that “were not Amazon” and that I’m basically SOL. Merry freaking Christmas. Not the first issue we’ve had with problem orders but we’re done. I spend a fortune on walmart buying for 2 households, 3 businesses plus donation items for a veterans organization. Not that they care, as big as they are they don’t care about losing any business. But I get to choose where to spend my money and they will never get another penny from me (I’ll gladly pay more someplace else).
The pharmacy workers need more training on how to provide adequate customer service especially when there’s a new prescription for a controlled substance…
We are considering on switching pharmacies.
Feeling irritated, here for 1 hour photos my order was supposed to be ready at 2:31pm photos are still not ready
16. Brindley’s Music Center
Address: 836 N Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225 , Willow Valley , Arizona , United States
Hello all, I took my guitar into the shop to get a tune up and the team went above and beyond and I am very impressed with the finished product. Thank you!
Great place great service great people
Love this place! I used to rent a violin for school years ago and occasionally I still stop by to run errands for my grandma or little cousin who also rents now for school. The person at the front desk always has such good vibes and is friendly every time I come in. They know their stuff and right now they give you a free month so you can keep an instrument you’re renting next school year without paying for the summer, which is so cool! I’ve rented at other places that certainly don’t do this and you sometimes don’t get the same instrument next year, which sucks because you can get attached, especially when you’re a kid. Thanks for always being so welcoming !
It was very awesome service but milanos was cheaper books were 8.00 and care kits were10.00 and at brindleys it was almost 16.00 and for book it was 10
This place is cool. Ppl are nice. IN THE HOOD IM LIKE PRINCESS DIANNA!!!

They are wonderful people and always take care of their customer by heart.
First off, I want to be upfront, I intended to rent a bell kit form this store for my 5th grade daughter. I didn’t get that far, so I think it’s only fair to disclose, this review is entirely based on my first impression.
Friday I spoke to a woman on the phone who was very helpful. I ended up reserving the bell kit online to pick up at the store on Saturday. I’ll admit I never checked their closing time and I, unfortunately, arrived in their parking lot on Saturday at 5:03PM. They closed at 5:00PM. I have my very excited 5th grader in the car, so I thought, I’m not going to give up, yet. There were customers still exiting the store. I grabbed the door and went in as one of them exited. I went to the checkout counter where I explained my situation briefly to the man still checking customers out. He made it seem like it was something they could possibly do, until a woman walked up and immediately shut it down. She explained they could not check me out today and I would have to come back on Monday when they opened at 10:00AM. Again, I want to be clear, it was my fault for being late. They had already closed. I completely understand why they shouldn’t have to help me out, but they were clearly still checking people out, so the registers weren’t closed. All I’m saying is, how nice would that have been if they did help. It would have been a really nice gesture that could have gone a long way. I still have two more kids coming up behind my 5th grader that will most likely want to be in their 5th grade band, too. Plus, I’m a mom and mom’s talk. I would have definitely spread the word about a place that went out of their way to help me. It’s a shame. I’m all about supporting family owned businesses. They are usually the ones that make these types of exceptions for people.
Beware DO NOT RENT from them. They lied about insurance. They RENT beat up instruments then make you pay to fix them. Was told it would be $20 per repair then at register charged $25 per repair. Will never go back. Take my advise and take your business elsewhere
Sold my 6 month old Guild OM240 cuz I was struggling financially. I paid $425 for it at Bizarre Guitar. Owner tells me there’s major work needing to be done cuz wood was dry and neck was tweaked. He said he’d hafta put in humidifier for couple weeks and he MIGHT be able to repair. He offered me $150. I had to plead with him to give me $160…The very next day he listed it on Offer up for $375. Call it smart business. Call it shrewdness.
I call it dishonesty. Only Guild I could ever afford and I’m humiliated. Regret going here.

18. Acoustic Vibes Music
Address: 2070 E Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282 , Willow Valley , Arizona , United States
Acoustic Vibes was a breath of fresh air I desperately needed after crawling through the trenches of Guitar Center to try and get a quality instrument. I had found these guys after some research, I was immediately helped, given recommendations, and most importantly their instruments were dusted and in great condition. I will be returning here to give these folks my business. Great Job!!
I love this shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff that mirrors the exceptional quality instruments they have. Top tier acoustic guitars that you rarely see such a wide selection.
I had my 2008 Collings in to lower the string action and install K&K pickup. This guitar just sings with long beautiful sustain. Excellent work.
Best acoustic guitar selection I’ve seen
High end guitars on an eclectic atmosphere with no pressure sales.
Best music store in the area to peruse some of the best acoustic instruments by selected boutique and mainstream builders. The stock is priced between $3 and $10k but the reward for spending more is finding the equivalent of a Steinway (beautiful tone, resonance and playability) in a steel or nylon string guitar. Cheaper instruments are available, but comparing them to the better ones is motivation to indulge yourself or reward yourself for hard work in getting better. Better sound makes you play at a higher level. Check this small store out!
Very unfortunate visit, coming in to try out and buy a steel string guitar. We were greeted with passive aggressiveness and a magazine thrown across the main entrance before entering the guitar room from the shop keeper, young guy. incredibly rude and 0 customer service.
Made the whole stay unpleasant.
Monday 11:10am
Good selection, but weird atmosphere and left me feeling unwelcome. One might think such a ‘high’ tier guitar store would offer a ‘high’ tier experience, but that wasn’t the case for me. When I first entered the building I was met by a few older customers and employees and got nothing but a sour face by everyone just by opening the door, no greeting, nothing- super awkward, everybody literally stopped talking to look at me with an irritated look, as if I had interrupted something. I then had to excuse myself past the small gathering of what looked like employees talking to customers that wouldn’t move just to get to the first guitar room. I then was greeted by a salesman who instead of letting me tell him what I’m looking for, proceeds to go into a shpeel on all the different Martin models, basically making me interrupt him to tell what I’m looking for. The salesman also told me HD28s don’t come with dot inlays yet here I am looking at older models with them all over the internet. There was nobody else browsing the store in the guitar sections. I was then told I could play guitars, but the adjacent rooms are used for things like Banjo, which made it so I couldn’t even hear the guitars I was trying to play because somebody was in there clawing away. I really don’t think I’ll be visiting again, regardless of the selection. I’ll spend thousands of dollars somewhere else that takes every customer seriously. I went to Milano music right after and was treated respectfully and seriously without hesitation, and I didn’t need to schedule a high-pressure sales pitch and waste an hour of my time.

Wow!! Great service!
Very helpful service!
Great place to purchase or repair an instrument. Alwayd friendly and provides suggestions based on cost for anything the sale or service. Strongly recommend Music and Arts.
Buena variedad de música
Very basic selection.
NEGATIVE STARS IS MORE LIKE IT!!! I have had the WORST experience dealing with the customer service from Music and Arts. Everytime me or my husband try to call and resolve our bill we get told a different story! NOONE has helped us resolve the issue and it’s been over 4 months now. The amount of money I have paid Music and Arts already, I could have boughten an instrument. NOT worth the hassel and absolute HORRIBLE customer service!!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!
I don’t necessarily have a grievance with this store in particular but the company in general. When my children did not return in March due to COVID there was zero communication from the company as to what to do if we were currently renting from them. I called one day at the end of March to try and return the instrument and they said unless you can make it here by 5 pm tonight we are closing indefinitely due to Covid. They did not offer me any assistance or let me know there was a customer service line to call. I assumed this was a privately owned company. I tried calling today to see if I can return the instrument (we’ve been quarantined since March) and receive some sort of reimbursement due to the circumstances. The guy at the store told me there was a separate customer service number (oh NOW they tell me) that I would have to call to see if I can get a refund. I called and was told I should have called earlier to get my payments stopped and there was nothing they could do to get reimbursed for the months I have been paying for when I couldn’t return the instrument due to COVID and being quarantined. I don’t believe this is great customer service as almost every other company is offering Covid assistance and they will do nothing but keep my money.
Update- they just called me back and said if I return the instrument I could get half of my last months payment back. So I’ve been paying $27 a month for 4 months on an instrument that’s not even being used and they offer me roughly $13 dollars back. What a joke.
Went to the Music and Arts store today to purchase drumsticks and lessons. Couldn’t use my Canadian Credit card or American cash? Very disappointed
