Traveling between Tucson and Phoenix, wanted some coffee. Search of Google maps showed TumbleBeans, off the beaten path but highly rated. Had to get creative to get around road construction but it was worth the effort. Prompt, efficient service. Asked the barista for the signature drink and he recommended a caramel macchiato. Tasty drink. Will make the effort to come here again. See picture of revised hours.

Friendly and fast service. Place is always empty and is clean. I’ve only been a couple times the week of opening so I’m hoping to see more options as well as bakery goods.I do know they use rockstar energy drinks for their base so if you didn’t know or have a preference you can decide from there whether to order one or not.

Absolute worst service and disgusting looks from everyone. All I ordered was a simple coffee and I was laughed at and ridiculed for a SIMPLE coffee. Hey not everyone can drink caffeinated beverages. Specialty Coffee Houses are few and far between here being not as popular as in other areas. That said, if you’re just a coffee house, you must carry decaffeinated coffee products. Young people, small groups, and seniors are typically non caffers and are left out so they will go someplace else that caters to the whole group. Horribly dark inside compared to pics on Google.

Went to buy a guitar but no assistance from the clerk was offered and large sign indicated you can’t touch them without assistance so we left. Makes it difficult to make a purchase. To be fair the clerk was waiting on another customer but just continued to ignore us and didn’t even bother to say “hello” when we entered the store. Not much available there in the way of instruments unless you need used amps, guitar stands, cheap guitars, or ukuleles.
Came in for guitar picks and strings and was thinking of buying an acoustic guitar on the wall. I asked if I could play it he said “yes”. I played a couple chords and got kicked out for playing it to “hard”.
I’ve been there quite a few times before. As a child the owner was alright but somehow he just became rude after a while. There was a time when I was 19(9 years ago) and there was an 800 dollar Jackson on the wall that I really wanted. I brought $850 dollars with me and jammed out on it for about 5 minutes, the owner came up to me and said “If you put one scratch on this I’m going to make you pay for it, do you understand?” I know I look young and I looked about 15 at the time but there have been several times(like yesterday{let me play for 4 minutes and told my party to leave when I wanted to buy a practice amp}) that I brought money in to make a purchase of over 300 dollars and he makes me uncomfortable or says something rude. If you need a reed, or if you need a rental, this is a good place. If you’re a musician, and you want to try stuff out, drive 40 minutes, the owner has been rude to me for 15 years. I swear he hates musicians.

Gotta love the redbox for movies on the cheap.
This red box is always busy. Maybe that’s why it has a very good selection. It would be best I’d red box place a second one there some times it gets full and we can not return the movie/games.
Redbox recently updated the box at this location. The only Redbox in Arizona City. Very conveniently located outside The Family Dollar store.
Easy to put movies on hold. Takes less than two minutes and your movie is ready to go. Easy access out..

Hardly new selections, most movies are knock offs… When i go back in the mornings for drop off, the machine is often down so i cannot return and i get charged extra… No one answers calls or emails. Lousy.. I’ll just buy all my movies at the store

Bruce did an amazing job fixing up a beat up bass guitar my son was using. I was really happy to find someone with such a high level of skill and attention to detail – and reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend Brindley’s.

Fix it for the most part. Still feels as if the instrument is leaking from somewhere on the lower register. Still hard to push low notes without struggle.
Good music store for those looking for something specific…not much to look at for those who want to look around or window shop (especially for drum equip). Other than that, it’s a good local music shop. They used to make their own brand of drumsticks, which were GREAT, but last time I went they said they no longer make them. Bummer!
My son wanted to buy from a local shop. He spent $400 of his own money on a used guitar, new amp and cord. The cord tip broke off in the amp input 3 weeks after purchase ruining the cord and amp. My son attempted to get a replacement with his receipt in hand and was told he would need to pay for the repair of the amp. When I called and spoke to the owner Bruce I encountered an arrogant and condescending man with little to no concern for the customer. Instead he proceeded to blame my son for the faulty cord and infer that the damage was caused by something he did. Mind you he has played on entry level equipment for years and never had a single issue. We also had an independent professional agree that the cord was faulty and caused the damage to the amp input. Regardless Bruce repeatedly told me something was fishy, that 2 plus 2 told him something else happened, that he had been in business for 43 years and I didn’t know anything and took the Lords name in vain time after time during our conversation. When I told him it was unfortunate that he wouldn’t correct the issue he told me I would be blackmailing him if a bad review was left. Sorry Bruce but their were no threats made, only a customer wanting others not to have their hard earned money thrown away. Be a professional. Based on some of the other reviews I have looked at it appears we are not the first, second or even third customers treated this way. When he continued to argue and obsess that he would dispute a review and it was apparent nothing else mattered I hung up. No amount of logic would change this mans mind. Fortunately we know the truth and he can convince himself otherwise all he wants. Their are plenty of local shops lile Milanos and corporate shops like Guitar Center who appreciate the business and know the value of a loyal customer!
After more then 10 months taking lessons a the place, and incident where the owner Bruce, disrespected my 11 year old for just looking at around the store just show what kind of service this place have. Extremely disappointed with Bruce, going back there no more. I’m sure there are other places with better costumer service.

I went here to have a new nut out on an old guitar of mine. The nut is cut too short making the strings buzz. Now I am left fixing it myself which sucks since I paid almost $60 to have it fixed.

The bar waited 3 hours to run karaoke due to a inexperienced dj. The owner had a dispute with a gentleman because he used to work there who did nothing wrong may i add. I was the only black person there and the owner Frank Hit mewith the door as I was leavingand he pushed the young black lady for simply asking what she did wrong. Talk about a unsatisfied customer. The meat loaf was very salty and old tasting and they had no wings triple sec to make drinks nor did they have modelo or Corona. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. I will never patronize this bar nor golf club again. Discrimination is real!
Asked for Diet Coke & received Coke as their fountain was hooked up wrong. Brought us Diet Coke from a can which was flat & had no flavor. Ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap with No blue cheese & it came out covered in Blue cheese. No offer to fix it. Basically paid $19 for fries & a beer. The server was very nice but inexperienced. She did apologize many times.

We tried to order pizza last week from this Dominos as we have for yrs. We were told that this location no longer will honor the discounts advertised on tv, etc. They are there own Dominos not affliated with the corporation I guess. They wanted to charge us like $17.00 for a medium pizza 2 toppings and 1 lava cake. We wont be going there at all ever. I inly gave 1 star so I could leave this review.

I left a long review prior to this about a lack of case for the diatonic accordion I purchased. After a reply within 24 hours from a person from management, it seems my lack of case will hopefully be resolved. TLDC: I was initially sold an accordion without a proper case but it turns out the case was just misplaced, and they are offering to get it to me which is great.
I do love supporting local smaller shops when I can, and this place definitely has that feel of history behind it. I am still slightly unhappy that my father’s accordion can’t be fixed for a long while, but it’s not like it’s going anywhere, to be honest.
I would place the store at 4 out of 5, but the addition of friendly cats to pet while you wait adds another star. I am looking forward to COVID being over so I can finally take lessons here for the accordion.

Great customer service. Im always pleased after leaving here. Workers are all very kind and helpful. I’ve never had an issue here..it’s brand new so they may not of had everything stocked when first opening but they have alot more now. I love this store. I also love that the workers always smile it’s so refreshing and always puts a smile on my face as well

Went in to buy a bag of potting soil and a pot, 2 girls at the register were helpful, 1 asked if she could help Me carry the bag to My vehicle. The store looked really organized and clean. Both thanked Me and told Me to have a good night, really sweet Girls!
I go there often however, some of the more common commodities (ie. Milk, soda, pet food) is 30-50% more than you’d find at a Safeway, Frys or Walmart.

The store was pretty clean and the prices weren’t too bad but what really irritated me was the head banging rock music that was blaring from the speakers there. It was so unpleasant, I just grabbed the items I wanted and left without even looking around to see if there were any deals I wanted to grab. If you don’t like rock music, go to the Dollar General on Battaglia it’s less than 3 Mi away or run and grab your stuff and go.

I went to acoustic vibes too have a guitar fixed, Kyle took my guitar in was extremely friendly and helpful. When I came back to pick up my repaired guitar I had Kyle put a couple strap buttons on 2 of my guitars. I was very happy with the service and btw they have some great instruments there too.
Best acoustic guitar selection I’ve seen
Best music store in the area to peruse some of the best acoustic instruments by selected boutique and mainstream builders. The stock is priced between $3 and $10k but the reward for spending more is finding the equivalent of a Steinway (beautiful tone, resonance and playability) in a steel or nylon string guitar. Cheaper instruments are available, but comparing them to the better ones is motivation to indulge yourself or reward yourself for hard work in getting better. Better sound makes you play at a higher level. Check this small store out!

Good selection, but weird atmosphere and left me feeling unwelcome. One might think such a ‘high’ tier guitar store would offer a ‘high’ tier experience, but that wasn’t the case for me. When I first entered the building I was met by a few older customers and employees and got nothing but a sour face by everyone just by opening the door, no greeting, nothing- super awkward, everybody literally stopped talking to look at me with an irritated look, as if I had interrupted something. I then had to excuse myself past the small gathering of what looked like employees talking to customers that wouldn’t move just to get to the first guitar room. I then was greeted by a salesman who instead of letting me tell him what I’m looking for, proceeds to go into a shpeel on all the different Martin models, basically making me interrupt him to tell what I’m looking for. The salesman also told me HD28s don’t come with dot inlays yet here I am looking at older models with them all over the internet. There was nobody else browsing the store in the guitar sections. I was then told I could play guitars, but the adjacent rooms are used for things like Banjo, which made it so I couldn’t even hear the guitars I was trying to play because somebody was in there clawing away. I really don’t think I’ll be visiting again, regardless of the selection. I’ll spend thousands of dollars somewhere else that takes every customer seriously. I went to Milano music right after and was treated respectfully and seriously without hesitation, and I didn’t need to schedule a high-pressure sales pitch and waste an hour of my time.

Bought a new fishman amp, traded in a amp and was very pleased with everything. Then next day took my Taylor 414ce-R in to have a buz taken out of the B string. Took about 30 mins and it was fixed. I had it to a different Luther in California and he told me he couldn’t make it better.
I have had an excellent experience at this shop. If I could give their Luther 6 stars I’d give him 6.

Good choice of equipment, they even have a used section in some departments. It was not a good day for customer service for me though. I had to go to two different departments to find a working cashier, and that’s after the first one called for someone to ring me up.

As me and my friends were trying out some drums we were told by a white Lady to let some white guys try them out. Also when we went to look at the sticks the lady followed us and watched us the entire time. This was a very uncomfortable situation and I will never return here, we are Hispanics and I don’t feel that we should be treated this way. I usuall don’t get offended by these things but this lady was very disrespectful. I’m not sure what her name was but she was working in the drum department.

I brought in two items, a near-mint-condition Pearl double kick-drum pedal and a good-condition Pearl steel snare drum, for store credit and was offered $60 for each one. There was no negotiation. I took the deal because I am impatient and wanted to use the money to buy other items right away. That was my bad. It’s just that I used to think music stores had a different philosophy than other retailers; that they genuinely wanted to help musicians and not just maximize profits. I now realize that I’ve been mistaken. Lesson learned, but I’m DONE with Sam Ash.
