Great place to take lessons and buy instruments.
This is one of the best places you can go for music lessons, I took guitar,bass and voice lessons here and it was an awesome experience. They don’t have a good selection of quality american made instruments, I don’t even think they sell gibsons.

Llegué diciéndole a este joven que buscaba un keyword Yamaha y en mi mocho inglés le pregunté que si tenía alguno que pudiera ver y me llevó a ver a algunos, pero su trato fue como si me estuviera haciendo un favor en atenderme y estuviera agotando yo su paciencia.
Vi el keyboard que andaba buscando y le dije que regresaría, poco caso me hizo, pues se fue a atender a otra persona que si merecía su atención.
(Habían dos empleados más, no sólo él)
Mas tarde regresé con mi hija y cuando íbamos a pagar, le comenté a una señora que estaba ahí, que el empleado o hijo del dueño no sé, me había tenido en poca estima y había tenido actitud cuando me atendió y desde ahí vi que no le gustó mi queja y cuando íbamos a pagar, con la expresión de incómoda preguntó de quién era esa tarjeta y que se identificara quien fuera la dueña.
Nunca me había sentido tan descriminada como hoy, no dignas de confianza, son hispanos igual que yo y tan valioso es su servicio como valioso es mi dinero
El keyboard está en su caja, no lo he abierto, yo me fui a trabajar a otra ciudad y regreso a Brandon hasta el sábado.
Estoy considerando la posibilidad de regresarlo, pues en Amazon está al mismo precio.
Ah y para cerrar con broche de oro, cuando regresé con mi hija le habló este empleado en perfecto español hispano, y conmigo siempre habló en inglés, dándose el cuenta que me estaba costando trabajo dar las características del keyboard
Le pregunté que porque a mí no me habló en español si se dió cuenta que yo soy hispana y el habla español, su respuesta fue tan absurda………!!! Es que eso no lo puedo hacer porque no sabía que idioma habla.
Had excessively loud rock music blaring the whole time I was in there. They had a decent variety but were pretty expensive on the instruments.

Their customer service SUCKS!!!! When I called, someone picked up the phone and almost immediately hung up without me completely finishing the sentence of my inquiry. They responded to say they were unavailable, but if you’re a place of business, who hangs up on potential customers? I eventually got my question answered but when I tried for just a little more info, no response or comment. This place was referred to me, and I didn’t even make my foot in the door to see that I’d probably rather not!!

Best place to purchase any music instruments and related accessories! I have bought a guitar it’s reasonable cost and very good quality!
We had waited about 20-25 minutes in front of the register ready to buy a keyboard/stand/seat, but we were not acknowledged or helped at all despite the clerk ringing up a fellow employee and completely skipped us despite only having 1 other customer in the store. Would give negative 5 stars if possible, 1 is being extremely generous.
Went shopping with my son for an electric guitar for him. Didn’t seem like anyone there wanted to help. One person we found said he doesn’t work in that dept. Frustrating. Went to a competitor who did help and bought from them.

Really nice privately owned instrument store for when you need a break from corporate locations like Guitar Center and Sam Ash. All the employees have always been incredibly nice, however, the only negative side is a guitar I purchased that was to be set-up was set-up incorrectly and within not even an hour or two of the set-up it began to make all sort of buzzing sounds.
Steer clear of this place!! Total rip-off. They offered me less for my trade-in each time I came in. Slick talking! Total rip off artists. Please go somewhere else where your military service is honored, and truth matters.
Nice selection. But comes down to it it’s a glorified Guitar Center. I got better service at the Sam Ash up north.
Selection of guitars and gear is fantastic. However; do not take your guitar here for a setup. When I requested that my truss rod cover NOT be loose enough to rattle and the PRS floating tremolo be set to factory specs (1/16th of an inch off the body, which sets the bridge parallel with the body due to the knife edge being at 1/16th as well)the staff told me that I should have done my own setup and not brought the guitar to them. The associates there were laughable at best, and I guess I learned my lesson. Wish I had saved my 50 dollars and bought the two or three specialty tools online and done it myself. How can you call yourself a Paul Reed Smith dealer and not know how to set up a PRS bridge? I’ll never go into this store again and I’ll do my best to warn others of the “experts” here that setup a guitar however they “feel” it should be and disregarding the specifications from the manufacturer. I feel wronged, and truly upset at my choice to trust this place.

Recently retired from the army and decided to learn how to play the guitar. I had purchased a Fender Squire and needed an amp, as well as a guitar stand. The guy working the guitar section was extremely helpful as I have zero experience playing. I ended up buying a Fender Mustang LT25 and it sounded great with someone else playing my guitar who knew what they were doing. I wish I could remember the guys name but he was very professional and very knowledgeable. Great experience on Saturday afternoon.
It was really busy and there are quiet rooms for musicians to test their purchases. I got a guitar tuned and new strings put on it. The guy who helped me was really nice.
Lots to offer on a wide range of instruments. Staff was friendly and helpful too.
They’re there not very competitive as far as pricing
So, everytime i enter this store, they check package, today i walk behind a caucasian couple and kids, and they did not check there package, also I waited 20 minutes before anybody approached me and family. On my way out the store, my receipt was check and sign, again a caucasian young couple standing at the same counter was not. “And that’s all I have to said about that”
Pro Audio reps felt like used car salesmen. Tried to upsell me to stuff I didn’t need and didn’t meet the description of what I asked for. I’ve been an Audio Engineer for 15+ years and most the “advice” sounded like marketing material was being read off by someone who hadn’t actually used the equipment.
Then they PUSHED the extended warranty HARD! After telling them I wasn’t interested they discounted my product to try and get me to buy the warranty and lied about how much they had discounted the product. Then it took even more time to remove the discounts they added when I said I still wouldn’t pay that much for a warranty service that was so poorly rated (I checked online to make my decision and all the review sites had 1 star ratings for the company they use).
I gave two stars since its nice to pick up products immediately but do yourself a favor and shop somewhere with honest reps or online where you can get better prices.
I went into this store because I needed my guitar to get repaired as it was a gift for my grandfather and I wanted to surprise him when I give it him. They said it would only take a week to fix and they’d call me. It took 4 weeks to get back and we had to call them as if we needed to remind them that they had the guitar in the first place. Alas the day came when I went to go pick up my guitar… No repairs were done except the string ends being cut for some reason. It was terrible and the workers were condescending except the younger one working there as well. I pray for him sometimes because of my experience

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
Called to make sure they had an instrument, they said yes but it required I come in for a credit check then they ship it from Clearwater. Drove almost an hour to this place, filled out their form, gave them my social, unlocked my credit files and left only for them to call me 15 minutes later and say they never actually checked if the instrument was available and they had none to rent.
Daft staff told me an instrument was in stock and 30 minutes later when I arrived it was not

Recently I visited music and arts for the first time. I was instantly greeted by a big smile and felt really welcome. The employee I spoke with, Luis was super helpful and asked me a lot of questions about my violin playing that really helped me figure out what I needed. He gave me his business card so I could call if I needed anything else. I will definitely be going back next time a need anything for my violin!
These guys were super helpful to me when I came in to have my 12 string restrung! Three people helped me out through the process,,,,all were kind polite and pros…..Tyler ,Issic and Emily were all very cool and went the extra mile to take care of me ! Thanks guys !
Juan and Lewis were so helpful! I have been debating learning how to play the ukelele for years, but they convinced me that I would be able to do it! They also gave me a great deal on lessons and a free instrument! My instructor, Don, is so talented, and I can’t wait to see what I will learn next.
Nice, small music store, friendly staff with a variety of guitar options. The location of the store however is atrocious as Regency Square Mall is a very poorly designed store layout and to make the situation worse they design engineers created a mall with such poor means of entering and exiting the facility that the patrons get the privilege of sitting in long lines (usually 30-40 minutes) just to get to the 2 main exit roads so you can sit through multiple light changes before you can actually get out of this nightmare. Love the store, recommend moving to a better location.
This is a great little place with friendly helpful staff. While the selection is somewhat limited the pricing is decent and they do have a good variety for the space they have. I would definitely do business with them again.
Good customer service
Very bad experience with one of the music teachers named Donny Mayer, he start making fun of me on my 2nd class, very unprofessional calling me names like “Judas” and telling that I never going to learn how to play guitar, after I decided to try with someone else… they also make me pay $50 more to be able to cancel and stop my classes, of course classes that I never take and I never get my $ back, What a Waist of money! ☹️

Staff informed her that teacher had sent an email to me. Well no email was recved, no phone call was made to make sure email was recved

I’ve been shopping here for fifteen years and always have a great time. The folks working are kind, welcoming, and have deep knowledge and love for the products they sell. If you want a personable, neighborhood experience this is the place to go.
But if you’re looking for a big box “do whatever you want and they have to force a smile” experience then its not really your place. Be nice, respect the stuff, and you’ll get the same in return.
Very nice place. The owner is very kind and I like how it’s a mixture of music and comics it’s been awhile since I’ve been to a record store and it’s nice to find a place you feel at home at. I regularly plan to come here from now on.

Records are in (G) to (P) condition and waaaaaay over priced! Like, extremely overpriced, I don’t know who’s doing the grading and who’s doing the pricing but they’ve never heard of the Goldmine Grading process or doesn’t seem like they’ve ever used Discogs to see what records are going for. Prices seemed to based on popularity of the band and not the quality of the record or the condition. If the prices weren’t so ludicrous, this place wouldn’t be so bad but that’s definitely the nail in the coffin.

Nice location
Outstanding service by people who know what they are doing. I drove in from the Tarpon Springs area and it was worth the drive to rent an instrument from people who know the ins and outs of the tools, not just the cash register.
Staff is very helpful and nice. Had a pleasant visit.
The expert who was supposed to be there was not there inspite of calling ahead and being told they would be there. The Viola was not tuned and no one bothered to check it. We traded in a smaller one for a larger one and no finger tape was put on to match the one we turned in. In short it was a very disappointing experience.
