They do fantastic work. Totally rebuild our 100 year old pipe organ using the original pipes and their sliding chest operating system along with a new console. Everything was first rate. We couldn’t be happier
The finest world class pipe organ.
I tried contacting this company several times within the last year. I never received any calls back. Considering that I called EVERY contact during business hours and had left messages, I am completely appaled by this type of service.
Awful communication. I would not recommend anyone attempt to contact this company for anything.

More than just a engineer Famnorf has taken time showed me ways to enhance not just my music but lifestyle and mentality ! Several projects we have done together have been professional.
Famnorf is the best audio engineer I have ever met. Not only is he knowledgeable, he works very hard and has a big heart. He wants to see his clients succeed. I highly recommend this recording studio!

Great customer service, good selection of printed music in store and whatever they don’t have, they will order for you.
I’ve been going to this store since I was a kid! First to take piano lessons and now as a full-time musician and educator. The service is personal and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable. The best part is that you can actually look at music before you buy it – they might even let you go down to a practice room to play through a couple things. Amazing store, I hope they never close
My daughter (6) takes piano lessons here and we have always had a pleasant experience! The staff is kind, friendly and helpful, the store is clean and the studios are nice. We are lucky to have such a wonderful gem right here in Elmhurst!
The teachers are great but the instruments and rentals are not so great, since the recent downsize, you can’t find some things there.
Yearly music by the pound sale is AMAZING
Extremely unprofessional. We got on the wait list, waited 2 months and got a call saying they had a spot for our day and time. We returned the call the next day saying we wanted to start as soon as possible. Office called us back saying the the instructor, Elizabeth Olson, should be calling us to make the final arrangements. She called the Sunday of MLK weekend, we were with family the next two days. We connected Tuesday and she wanted to do an assessment on the day we agreed on but a time that didn’t work and wasn’t agreed upon. She said she understood and arranged the following week on the original agreed upon time and day. We accepted, then she messages us and said she found another client that would use the extra day and bumped us out. When we questioned her motive, she said this is just business.
way over priced

I sold my record Collection to them, and although I was reluctant to part with it, I felt better after seeing their offer. They paid a very fair price.
An amazing hidden gem in the Chicagoland area. I rarely leave reviews but this was legit one of the best record store shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time and deserves the praise! Amazing prices. Really solid assortment across genres including both staples and rare gems. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and the customer service in general was aces. I’m a record nerd and will spread the word but reluctantly so lol bc I want all the best ones for myself. A+++++
Just had a great experience. Brian came out and looked over our whole collection (good and not so good). Gave us a fair price and freed up some space! And it was easy. Highly recommend. Thanks Brian.
Good place with records ,but open only 1 day in week and newest music
Just a word of caution. If you are heading out there to buy LPs, don’t go yet! The store front is not yet open.
Checked up local record stores. Found this one one closest too me. I’m not from the area so I Googled it. Said they were open. I drive 20 minutes out of the way. I get here and they’re closed.
I encountered unnecessarily condescending service, and I cant help but speculate that it had to do with my race and the race of the artists of the vinyls I was offering. I felt it was a huge waste of my time visiting the store, and I would not advise visiting to any politically conscious and/or non-white music listeners, curators, or musicians.
*********Edit*************
Respectfully Andy, my records were not “trashed” and many of them were vintage collectors items, and at least one was never opened. I assume that the shop was a vintage/used record store because that is what your advertising implies. If it’s your intention to preserve the quality of the vinyls you recieve I would first advise you put cases in your store so that the vinyls are not simply on the floor where they can be exposed to all kinds of damages as I saw upon visiting.
I will also say that your efforts to cover for your employees microaggressions (in tone and body language) from the public is so predictable for a white run business that exploits the culture and art forms of black and other non-white creators. Even more predictable is your attempts to question the credibility of my experiences as a black person using a performative internet playlist website and an ulterior motive argument.
If your employees (condescendingly) had no intention of buying my records before this review, why would they buy them after I leave a negative review. There is even less a reason to do business with me. Rather than attempting to erase my experiences with explanations, I think your time would be much better spent attempting to reduce the microaggressions your employees signal to non-white customers through condescension.
