Staff is very nice. Explained very well. Will definitely visit again.
As a young beginner to guitars, this is the place to go. I got my Breedlove acoustic, Finger Slide, Soft Case, and Strap from here. Great prices, Great People, and Great Products.
the best music store there is around here. everyone is knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to, and are ready to help you out. i, myself, am a bassist and guitarist in heavy metal. and i can professionally and honestly say that town center music is the BEST. they sold me an amazing amp that i use ALL the time for my basses and have been instrumental in my guitar journey as well. i LOVE coming here!
several of the guys here like slipknot too! how cool is that?!
edit: i recently purchased the bass guitar in the picture and bought a new carrying case with it. dustin is super cool and extremely helpful. every time i come here, dustin and the rest of the staff is always available to help me out if i need it.
Good
Taught my kids to play guitar
Much better store I not been here in a while the past manager was not a music guy or a manger known as a air head I will be back
Took down my review. Owner ultimately seemed to care about his customers. Too bad everything is so politically incorrect. Anyone still remember Archie Bunker?
But to clarify what idiot would try to exchange something opened, like a reed.
Amazon prime still winnnning.
Went in there a couple days ago. Not a huge fan. Workers aren’t very pleasant people and they come up to you every 10 minutes kind of giving you the hint to leave if you’re not gonna buy anything like you’re in there too long.
Great for beginners I guess. Don’t come in here expecting higher quality equipment and experience. Name of their game is to hook beginners onto cheap equipment (which is totally fine) and get you out. No hanging out in there jamming for an extended time.
Maybe I came in on a bad day.
Store is dirty poor selection not real big
3. Ponce De Leon Music Center
Address: 1060 Dahlonega Hwy, Cumming, GA 30040 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Always helpful and friendly. When I hit the lottery I’m gonna buy about half the inventory!
Great collection of music instruments and excellent service by the staff
Quick. Super helpful. Plenty of staff.
String prices are a little higher than a bigger chain like guitar center or ken stanton. But not much more. If you live in area you’d spend that in gas getting to guitar center. So very fair. Very helpful staff. They are friendly and receptive. Lots of guitars. And unique ones from popular brands. I be digging it.
I brought my daughters here, ones in high school and has been playing for a while and one is going into middle school and just beginning. While I would give the guys more stars they were amazing!! They had great service and went the extra mile to make sure my daughters were comfortable especially my new band student who is playing sax!!
The reason why I gave the music store 3 stars was because of the woman who works there. She comes off as pushy, bossy and gets really into peoples private business.. She had me really mad the day I went there.. I feel for the men who work there.
Had to make a quick stop to grab a few things. I know it was closing time. I was trying to make it quick. When they started harassing my husband reminding him when they close he left and we took our business somewhere else. Customers want to feel welcomed, not reminded how unfortunate you are to have to lock the door right at 5:00.
The customer service is awful I definitely won’t be back there every again
4. Sam Ash Music Stores
Address: 2999 Cobb Pkwy, Atlanta, GA 30339 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Excellent service. I especially like the gentleman that does the repairs. He’s so efficient and talented.
Stopped by today after being very disappointed by a different unnamed guitar store yesterday. My experience here was fantastic, and I ended up leaving with a gorgeous Telecaster that I look forward to playing for a long time.
Always great service.
Drum dude took care of me.
This place rocks.
the store was filthy and they had very little stock on hand. i’ve been in bodegas that were nicer than this.
I walked into the store and was never greeted by anyone. The store is well supplied, so I was easily able to find what I needed, however no one was stationed in the respective area. I greeted a staffer coming from the back of the store, as well as another stationed in the Keys/PA area and only got a brief greetings back. No one ever asked if I needed assistance. Very disappointing. (Smh)
Good selection and prices, but they wouldn’t leave me alone in the acoustic room…I get it, you’re trying to make a sale. But giving me a demo of the guitar via you shredding for 2 minutes while I just stand there and listen is not what I came here for. Spend 5 minutes setting me up on an amp and getting the sound just right, yeah no thanks man. I get you’re going for the upsale, but tone it down. I don’t think I’ll be back here
5. Guitar Center
Address: 2480 Briarcliff Rd NE Suite 13, Atlanta, GA 30329 , Cea , Georgia , United States
They always have the coolest collection of assorted hard to find things.
I stopped by a few days ago and spoke with Jared about what I was looking for in a guitar. He was so so helpful in helping me out to narrow down what I want in an acoustic guitar, and gave me a couple really great guitars that were exactly what I was looking for, and really knew what he was talking about. I was super happy with each suggestion he had for me and my play style/what I was looking for in size and sound.
This wasn’t my first trip to a guitar center, but it was the first time I have been in one since I was ignored at a different store of theirs and finally decided to give guitar center another shot. Their selection is much better than what you can normally find at a small guitar shop, and their prices are pretty competitive with online shopping if not better than some, and crucially, you can put hands on what you’re looking at to see how it feels for you.
I’m not ready to buy just yet, but I’ll be back when I am.
The staff is experienced and knowledgeable and will work with you on any of your purchases and prices are good.
Missing stock but good place
Helpful. Was very busy during my visit. But the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Definitely a staple for a musical soul
The rudeness & disrespect of this establishment is next level
No attention at all.
They are just hustling for a check. Don’t really care about the customers needs.
6. Firehouse Guitars & Music
Address: 612 Medlock Rd, Decatur, GA 30033 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Super helpful folks! I got help restringing my guitar and they made it look brand new in the process. They answered my every question and made me (and my many questions) feel welcome. I’ll be back!
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great music teachers.
Nice shop, great relaxed atmosphere, very helpful and kind, happy with my purchase! Thanks
This is a pretty good little store. I bought my guitar and amp here
Rip off.go elsewhere. I use to really like bringing my daughter here but they must be under new management. Prices have gotten ridiculous!!!
7. Atlanta Discount Music
Address: 3514 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341 , Cea , Georgia , United States
The last time, which was years ago…I loved it, but I didn’t know if they were open so I could not answer the survey on that.
This is one of the coolest music stores I have been going through for 30 years. They have instruments mostly guitars and basses and amps and electric do hickeys too put effects on whatever you might be playing.. the customer service is awesome even when they’re about to close they will not stress you or themselves over time. They also provide lessons 4 all levels of musicians. If you can get out to chamblee I highly recommend you do so. It is only a ten-minute walk from the chamblee MARTA station even if you have to travel by transit. Their prices are very reasonable and even sometimes insanely reasonable. Very cool store.
Amidst the CORID19 crisis. Still received a Guitar within 36hours. Very helpful and patient staff.
Ok people
A true hometown music store. Great place for new or used guitars plus repairs
Great selection of guitars and amps, great staff
It’s a neat store. It’s a small local place with a somewhat limited selection. I didn’t think the prices were all that great based on their new guitars and the staff didn’t find me interesting enough to ask me if I needed anything even though this one guy saw me coming in. Oh, well.
Bought a mic cord there a few months back , tried to return it but they said it wasn’t theirs, no receipt,
I know it came from Atlanta Discount, the guy acted like I was some kind of criminal,
I’m 59 years old, been playing for 50 years, don’t need the disrespect man, no wonder Guitar Center is kicking their ass
Don’t drop your amp here for repair. Paid close to $200 and when I got home, the amp still didn’t work. Total rip-off
8. Big House Guitars
Address: 2323 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Amazing store! All vintage guitars, amps, basses. Friendly staff and owner. Everything from a Les Paul to a metal Dobro resonator! You’ll be glad you stopped by.
Stopped by Big House Guitars today for the first time. Great store, lots of cool guitars, cool amps and friendly staff, in house luthier. I will be visiting this store more. Nice to have great guitar shop in-town again.
Wow super cool store.
Friendly and professional. Offer a fair price and paid promptly
The staff was very friendly and very attentive. All the gear seems to be in great condition, but overall the prices are a too high for this musician’s budget. Watch out for that undisclosed “checkout fee” 😉
Beautiful collection of guitars on sale and consignment, plus a pretty decent record shop!
Went to Big House for son’s 24th birthday present: his first ever guitar. Unfortunately this is not the place for that. If you’re not an experienced guitarist, expect to get dropped like a hot potato.
The owner of this business scams customers online making false claims regarding the authenticity and value of his Guitars. Have a luthier you trust look over your next axe from this con-artist.
I can’t say that I have been in this place, and most likely will not ever visit, since the owners think it’s appropriate to use FOUL LANGUAGE in their Craigslist postings. My kids like to peruse the musical instruments ads on Craigslist, and I for one do not appreciate them being exposed to that kind of language on a public and FREE classifieds board. I am currently pursuing the matter with CL.
9. Earthshaking Music
Address: 648 McDonough Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 , Cea , Georgia , United States
I shop here pretty often and these guys are always very helpful.
When I walked in they were playing Bauhaus. Great selection of cables. Great customer service from Charlie. It’s nice to have a spot like this in town.
Very knowledgeable and patient staff!! They made the process so easy and was willing to teach and explain about all of my items purchase. Some were friendly and others were not but they all got the job done!! Definitely shopping with them for all of my music needs
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great instrument options for guitars and percussion. The location is not the best part of town; otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
Solid.
Selling used harmonicas at brand new prices. No boxes, sales staff insist the cases Are the boxes and are all brand new. None sealed.
Opened 2 and saw scratches on the plates.
There is a lot I like about this place, but there is definitely a problem with sexism here. The staff seems to be entirely white and male, and one staff member in particular has consistently been very patronizing to me. Without any prior familiarity with me, he consistently assumed I lack any knowledge or expertise. He told me things about my own gear as if I couldn’t possibly understand it on my own. He told me that I would be able to settle on one type of guitar I liked once I had “some experience.” At one point, while trying out a guitar, I noted it was out of tune. I was about to tune it when he quickly took it from me, saying he would be able to tune it faster than I could. (This did not turn out to be true. He actually seemed to have some trouble with the amp’s tuner.) This particular employee has been there the last few times I’ve been in, and from other employees I’ve experienced a remote surliness. I understand this is the traditional culture of music stores, but I personally am not interested in participating anymore. It’s a shame, because I think the store has a good selection and good prices, and it’s in my neighborhood. But until the culture at the store changes, I’ll unfortunately be using ebay.
We were looking for a pre-owned Taylor or Martin acoustic guitar. We’re from out of town and had somewhere to be so we only had about 25 minutes to look around. At first everyone was nice while we looked around, both of our kids are involved heavily in music so they spent their time there trying out instruments to which the gentleman attending (I could assume owner) was kind and attentive. Until we turned down sale of a keyboard, at which point he decided to approach my autistic son while on a small drum kit and scream at him for being too big for it. I’m no fan of leaving places in handcuffs, so I didn’t cave in his face, I decided a well deserved poor review and exposure to the public what a peice of trash he is would suffice. Trying Dirt Cheap Music nearby instead.
*update following response from the owner
It is fair to say that your employee had a right to address the issue, but screaming and belittling an autistic child isn’t the way to go about it. Furthermore, my initial feelings of rage as a protective father are quite normal and my decision to take a more appropriate route is not something I am ashamed of in the slightest. Neither of them damaged anything and nothing was kicked or struck with any kind of force by either child. You responded defensively and completely missed the point. To scream at the child in an aggressive manner, autistic or not is unacceptable and the employee could have delivered the exact same message in a better tone and achieved far better results. I honestly can’t imagine any scenario that aggressively yelling at a person in your store achieves any positive results.
10. Attina’s Music Store Inc.
Address: 378 Glynn St N, Fayetteville, GA 30214 , Cea , Georgia , United States
I think the owner was very nice he helped me find the right saxophone and he helped me dodge a off brand one
Great service.
I have known the family of owners for decades, always honest and honorable people, knowledgeable, fairly priced.
Most of the time they have what I need
This is a really great store with loads of musical equipment, basically everything you need and they also give guitar lessons here taught by highly skilled and competent professionals. I would recommend this store to anyone.
Less freedom then other music stores of the top of my head how about ” guitar center” which if you google it you will find it is
no-less then 10-11 drive which is not such a bad thing when they actually allow you to pick up the instruments but besides that IT IS JUST OK IF THAT’S WHAT YOU. LIKE.
Expensive, great variety
It was obvious that my presence was causing discomfort to the manager/cashier/whatever. I was not allowed to play a certain Epiphone Les Paul (not even a Gibson) because ‘they wanted to keep it clean’. I am a frikin professional guitarist with 11 years of experience and no music stores have ever denied me of handling an instrument. Highly offending for a first time visitor’s impression.
Go to Guitar Center and avoid this place, you’ll be glad you did.
Guy was on phone the whole time…and we waited. Not sure this is the norm but it was my one and only visit
11. Attina’s Music Store Inc
Address: 155 Jonesboro Rd, McDonough, GA 30253 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Best music store still around. Family based small businesses rock!
Went to the store to have an instrument cleaned. The staff was amazing. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Better yet they were very quick to complete the service we needed. I would recommend the store to anyone looking for a music store.
Quick and efficient service! I called to confirm that had an item in stock, and they did. When I arrived, they had the item at the register, I paid, and left. Perfect! I was there all of 5 minutes!
They were friendly, but we kinda felt they were stand offish because my husband was asking all kinds of questions and we kinda felt that they was tired of being asked the many questions that my husband asked. They had a low selection of items and we felt that we was being pushed out of the store because he asked us a few times if we was ready to check out. So after a few times of being asked we checked out and left. Not sure if we will be going back or if we will make the hour trip to Fayetteville for all of our needs.
12. Maple Street Guitars
Address: 3199 Maple Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Great shop, guitar techs always do an awesome job.
Excellent store. Professional and extremely knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
Staff are experts and incredibly friendly
Great selection of acoustic and electric guitars and a fair selection of mandolins and ukuleles.
Good selection, however, the prices are a bit hefty for any musician on a tight budget.
This place is essential for anyone who plays acoustic guitar, is looking to take up the instrument, or is looking for lessons.
So, let me preface this by saying this review has mostly to do with the attitude of the repair shop guys. I cannot speak to the attitude of the acoustic area which is more than half the store and business (they may be wonderful and angelic for all I know – but I believe the sales people work both sections). I brought a few guitars I was having issues with here to discuss options for getting the tone I have been seeking for years. I was told by another guitar store (believe it or not) that these guys were the go to peeps for a resolution to my quest. Here’s what I get whenever I go to Guitar Center or Ken Santon: 99.9% of the time, guys that are super friendly, cool and genuinely excited or at least interested in talking guitars and related equipment. This is over 20+ years in the Atlanta area. The vibe at Maple street is moderate to extreme snobbery. ZERO warm smiley welcome. I actually used to live nearby (within a mile) for 17 years and would pop in every once in a while. Never did I get the warm friendly welcome of other music stores. I almost feel as if I’m at the post office (not that bad though). I’m not saying that a warm smile is a pre-requisite for me to have a positive option of a store but why the heck are you working in a music store if you don’t enjoy music? Regardless, while I waited to speak to the repair/tech guys, I interacted with a tall, long-haired hippy lookin dude who was okay. I was trying one of their guitars and an amp that I was genuinely curious about and he was not rude but he was okay but he was rude to another customer who was clearly a beginner. I feel like they were only nicer to me because I am a halfway decent musician. I do not like that. As a small business owner, I treat everyone the same and so do the bigger music stores. Heck, I’m excited at the opportunity to guide a beginner when I get approached at a music store when they hear me play and have questions. By far the coolest dude was about 6 foot tall and his name was Dave or Mark – don’t remember which but he had some kind of hearing aid type thing. He was actually excited to discuss guitar stuff. I would buy something from him.
Onto the tech guys. The two dudes in the tech section where not only relatively clueless but they were about as interested in discussing options as I am at having to clean the lint trap in my dryer. Actually, less than that. Not only were they limited in their knowledge (which is TOTALLY fine – perhaps a but disappointing but I would have no issues with that, I’m finding few people have answers and I probably need to find a tone specialist who REALLY knows pickups etc. ). It was their awful energy, attitude, vibe. I was fully offering and expecting to pay for the time it took to just explore options and they could not have cared less or been less interested. I felt like I was talking to someone who had to pay a buck for every word that came out of their mouth. I felt as though if you are not a jazz or classical musician, you are a chump in their eyes. I got FAR more input (worthwhile too) from the cool sales dude I referenced earlier. I should also note that an older woman came by while I was waiting to talk to the tech guys and she was pretty nice. But it feels as if they just tolerate the electric section and can’t wait till the people trying out guitars or amps finish.
In short, my experience with the sales people was the same as its always been, most are not enthusiastic and most don’t seem to enjoy being there with a few exceptions. They never say “hey, try this guitar or this amp, it might be more what you’re looking for” or “check this out, it sounds fantastic”. Never have I had that experience here, ever. The tech department guys are drones – THEY MAY BE AMAZING AT GUITAR TECH – but forget about getting any creative suggestions or interest in trying to resolve something that isnt textbook. And forget about being treated like a fellow musician. But they are excellent robots.
A shame, I like supporting the smaller shops etc.
High end guitars with an attitude to match.
Insane prices and super weird about handling merchandise. To get into the shop you have to ring a doorbell and wait for someone to come open the door like it’s a jewelers vault.
To actually try out a guitar, they make you go through the most ridiculous process imaginable. You find an associate, ask to play a specific guitar, wait for them to take it off the rack, then play it, wait for them to put it back, ask for another, repeat. We’re not children here guys — if I can’t be trusted to take a guitar off a hanger then what would make you think I have $2400 for a Chinese Les Paul copy?
The guys working there seem decently knowledgeable and are very friendly, but Jesus what a pain to shop!
13. Randy Wood Guitars
Address: 1304 US-80, Bloomingdale, GA 31302 , Cea , Georgia , United States
I walked in with a question about a guitar I already owned and the manager was very helpful. Led me through the buying process while being sensitive to my budget and ability. He didn’t try to upsell me on the fanciest guitar or any gadgets, just honest and helpful to get me what I needed. I will definitely be returning here for my future needs.
Best guitar lessons with Ricky Standard!! My son has done amazing!!
Got a fret dress done thinking the buzz was coming from the frets but it was actually coming from the tail piece so wont be able use the guitar in any pro recording environment until I can get a new stoptail installed. after 2 repairs from them I wish someone would have noticed the tail piece was bent causing a high pitch sitar like sound because of how the strings were sitting on the bent tail piece.
Nice simple shop with pretty knowledgeable staff who were willing to discuss with the customer intricate details inorder to get the job done also a few beautiful vintage amps
So I will say they haven’t had a chance to reach back out and fix the situation. I brought my guitar in for a set up brand new. I know I should have looked and inspected the guitar right away. But I have a before and after picture there was no damage to the guitar again brand new after I got the set up this damage was right where I can see they tried to use the truss rod adjustment tool. I know guitars get slightly dinged up but like come on…..
I will say people were nice, and guitar set up was ok. I will adjust the rating depending if they get back to me.
Edit they called me back right away I bumped up extra star guys were nice about it. I wasn’t trying to get anything out of it I just want it to be a learning experience.
Had a Gibson SG refinished here and it was terrible. Very patchy and uneven coverage. Worst of all was the headstock. I am a little perplexed though, they have many great reviews and other great pictures. The folks there were nice, decent selection of guitars for sale, no other complaints. I’m not sure why my guitar came out so bad.
Terrible service and terrible work.
Would never recommend to anyone.
Stay away!
14. Paulding Music Center
Address: 10175 Dallas Acworth Hwy # 121, Dallas, GA 30132 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Really a good place to learn how to play the guitar and other instruments
Helpful, knowledgeable
Love this store! Every time we’ve been in we’ve gotten the best kind of service possible
Great customer service and good and understanding staff
Great owner named John Walsh. Very helpful and music instructors are the best
Our first time there. They had the Reed she needed for her bass clarinet. The was kind and helpful. Thanks for their help.
Do not shop here, don’t bother asking for shipping either they won’t do it. They make Facebook listings than ignore customers after denying purchase.
I placed an order last week and I called today to find out what the status was and the gentleman told me there had to be a certain dollar amount for all the orders to be placed. Had I know this when i first placed the order I would have found another store.
I’ve been shopping here for over a decade. This is the first time I have EVER had to make a return was today. I was told there was a 7 day return policy. NO WHERE on the receipt does it indicate a 7 day policy. Very disappointed that the owner John (after all these years being of being a loyal customer) argue with me over this return.
15. Allseasons Music Store
Address: 460 W Cherry St, Jesup, GA 31545 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Best prices!!! Beat everybody’s prices(other stores and online)!!! Very knowledgeable. Very dependable. They stick to their word!
Very nice store and friendly. They ordered me just what I ask for didnt charge no extra. Everything was delivered just like they said it would be. Thanks
We have been very pleased with all our transactions with All Seasons. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely recommend!!!
It’s ok for this size town but if you’re looking for music you have to order it. Very nice personnel.
Great people really good service would have given 5 stars but prices are not competitive
At least 15% higher than Guitar center
Man they’ve got some nice stuff in there!
16. Music Masters
Address: 1806 Russell Pkwy Ste 700, Warner Robins, GA 31088 , Cea , Georgia , United States
They had exactly what we needed!!! Will purchase from them real soon.
The young lady who helped me did a great job!!!!!
Great selection of instruments, accessories, and other things!
Great deals, great service. It’s always nice to have a local, hometown music store for that personal touch. Lessons are also available. Wish there was a bigger selection there, though–go buy some stuff there so they can afford more space! 🙂
Went in to get some supplies for taking care of a trumpet. They didnt have a huge variety but they did gave neat grab and go packs. They did, however, have a huge selection of guitars, ukuleles and other strings as well as a few brass and woodwinds.
Nice music shop. We are pleased with a kid friendly guitar lessons taught by Mr. Mike.
Update:Feb 2022. Still attending lessons and my child has taken a liking to guitar. His finger placement has gotten better and knowing the proper strings for several chords.
Horrible customer service. My dad and I went into the store. The gentleman who answered our question was more eager to talk with the other non paying people in the store. Maybe a bad day? I know I won’t go back.
Very rude customer service and nasty attitudes! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop here!!!!
Employees act unprofessional around minors….disturbing experience.
17. Carere Music Inc
Address: 6395 Spalding Dr H, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 , Cea , Georgia , United States
Carere Music is an awesome family owned true music store. I have interacted with them for over 20 years and even though I am moved away, their professionalism is well worth the trip
Very friendly and helpful staff
Carere Music has always provided high quality merchandise and service. A family business that has always been run by top notch musicians. Great store…great peolpe.
Un buen lugar para pasarla bien
The repair was fine but getting a status update wasn’t. Based on past experience I expected a call within 24 hours saying what they wanted to do. Four days after dropping off my flute I had heard nothing. I called multiple times, left a message on voicemail and the contact me from the website. After the repair woman having my flute for a week I get a call from her saying my flute was ready. I’m not happy I didn’t get to approve the repairs ahead of time or receive an update like I requested. This is not my typical experience with Carers but it is making me rethink taking my flute there again.
I did not have a good experience in trying to place my Buffet R13 clarinet on consignment. Despite telling me they would market it within a few days, they never did. After two weeks I contacted store inquiring as to why not, and no one contacted me back. After three weeks, I contacted them again to tell them I would pick it up. Only then did they contact me back. The excuse for not marketing was that the store owner was trying to gather funds to buy for her son. However, the owner then made an offer below what we discussed my netting on consignment. Despite never marketing it to the public. I picked up the next day and thank goodness I had taken photos, because they had placed an inferior barrel back in my case and not the one I brought them with my clarinet. I would have picked up the same day as when they finally contacted me back, however the owner didn’t have my clarinet in her store, she had it at her personal home.
Brought my guitar in to see if they could tell me the issue with why it was not working with my amp. They stated their guitar tech would take a llok at it and get back with me in a few days. After 3 weeks i finally had to call them a second time (first time after 1 week he had not looked at it) and they stated he mostly just restrings guitars and does regular maintenance. It sure would have been nice to know this MUCH sooner so i would not have wasted 3 weeks!
I have unfortunately rented an instrument from This music store and they NEVER open on time. The door and website say they open at 9 am and they just don’t show up. If your time is valuable, rent from another store. This is completely unacceptable.

Both my children have taken instrument and vocal lessons with Ponier Music. they are great to work with and really care for the kids. My daughter has gone from being interested in singing to now playing piano, ukulele, and singing and is receiving interest from agents and casting directors.

YOU WILL BECOME MORE EPIC EVERY VISIT! #trueadventuresinmusicstorevisits
I had a bad experience getting my guitar setup and felt like I had been scammed. I was immediately contacted and offered complete compensation by the owner herself. Wonderful customer service. When I went in to get my compensation I also made a new friend. Thanks so much, Ponier!
We acquired an electric guitar and amp from a neighbor and David got us up and running for almost nothing in less than 12 hours. Great customer service! Thank you.
We had our two kids take guitar lessons for over a year. We made our kids attend to stimulate their overall learning capability , Since one of us travels for a living we at times canceled a session ( in advance ) and always paid fully for canceled lessons , no questions asked.
Our kids are straight A students, justifying for us to pay for lessons “wasted “ as no show.
However we decided to end guitar lessons and asked the owner to discontinue charging us over and over again. The manager / owner having bad organization and people skills ignored and intimidated my wife after we finally filed a claim with our credit card company.
Further more he stated that he would only give us OUR money if we delete a bad review. WE DID NOT WRITE A BAD REVIEW AT THAT TIME.
I inquired and asked for a call back on multiple more occasions but no response.
Our music instructor was great but left him for a probable reason. So if you are a common sense kind of a person do not expect much in return in that area. 200 dollars “taken”.
A few decent music teachers but the management needs improvement.
The owner charged me for items I didn’t purchase and kept my credit card on file without my permission. She said they refunded me but I never received a refund. I had to call my bank to have the charges reversed.
