The service was fast and you get discounts on open box items. 🙂 they are no longer pushy with warranties. Friendly staff. Denver is the man!

Great service from Trevor. Took the time out to explain things to this noob about electric guitars and tuned my new (used) guitar for a very reasonable price. This will be my new music store for my kids that are getting into guitars. That’s what you get when you hire good people, loyal customers. Good job Guitar Center!
De todo para tu equipo de sonido
Went to look for guitar for my 14yr son, no greeting, no help, nobody even asked if I had any questions. But the store did have a sweet selection of guitars and drums, but again no help
Great place to go if you’re an up and coming musician. Staff is always friendly and read to ask any questions you may have.
I’ve been going here since I was 14 years old. I’m very sad to say that I no longer feel welcome here. My most recent visit an employee at the front desk was being very passive aggressive when it came to how long I was trying out a used orange amp I really want to buy. He asked me to stop playing for someone who was trying out an amp next to me. The guy acknowledged how rude he was being after the employee walked out of “the vault”. I didn’t mind to stop jamming, I just though it was very disrespectful as to the way he barged in and grunted at me. I don’t know very much about amps but instead of helping me the guy with the glasses always tells me to “turn down, so we can hear the phones”. This store used to be so much better years ago.
Looked around for a bit. Not the kind of person who usually needs/uses help by staff, but I was aware the no one offered help. When I asked the cashier to checkout she directed us to a salesman who told us he was busy. I let him know that he already knew what model I wanted and just needed to pay. He told me he was busy again. He had been talking to another customer for 10 minutes already and I just left at that point.
Save yourself the trip and just buy on Amazon.
If your looking for an instrument, guitar you can find it here but their customer service sucks
Owner is very helpful in finding everything that fits your need.
Nice lady runs the place
Yes . I liked it .
Very wide selection for Indian music and DVD movies
Good price and enjoy walking and shopping.
I went here specifically for mens mojaris. First I went to the store next to the jewelry store and the helpful lady told me to go around the corner to the main store by the same name. The Aunty there was very helpful and nice. I ended up buying a pair from each store. The lady in the first store said she couldn’t lower the price and charged me 35$. The man in the next store (probably the owner) punched in the number and then I asked if he could do 30$ but he just showed me the register which read 38.49$. One of the pairs is clearly worn (which I found out when I got home). He charged me tax for goodness sake and didn’t even give a receipt. I mean come one act somewhat pleasant and thankful that a customer is buying from you. After walking back and forth between each shop they could’ve easily given me 10$ off but chose not to. Nor did they pull any pieces out from their back stock to show me. Basically made me do all the work.
I came here to gift my boyfriend some stuff for Diwali. Little did the owner know I speak and understand Hindi… he let the guy in front of me get a discount and then it came to me he laughed and said no discount in Hindi … I came back to try and return but he gave me $3 as a discount instead. What horrible service. I told my boyfriend and he said they definitely took advantage of you thinking your white and won’t understand Hindi…
Beware of this place.
I bought audio CD, which was wrapped in plastic like original CD but when I went home and opened it , there was no CD inside the pack.
I went and told them, they denied to even look into it..
They are pure cheater and selling pirated CDs and DVDs
Very expensive! Not a good service!

Great customer care, beautiful instruments, East and accommodating!! Wanted to surprise my girlfriend with playing her first steel drum, and rented one for the month, she loved it!!
This place has the most adorable collection of ukes I’ve ever seen! They range from traditional to more contemporary looking, everything imaginable. I stopped by here over the weekend for their handpan (hang drums) and Daves Island Instruments does not disappoint! Staff is highly knowledgeable and caters to an active musician community in the area. I’ll def always return to this shop again~ mahalo!

Moreys music is a place where you go to find exotic instruments when I was looking to learn how to play the skin flute Murray’s taught me exactly how to work the instrument
Friendly staff
Good music store little pricey
This place is a gem. I can never leave here without spending WAY too much money, whatever your music tastes, you will find it here. Get off of amazon and support your local record store!
Good service.
Knowledgeable.
More’s music store doesn’t sell saxophone mutes and they probably don’t even know what a saxophone mute is so they should probably search up saxophone mute on the internet (bad service).
They didn’t everything wrong. Intonation was wrong and set up was inferior. They put the right strings on which is basically all that was right. Took longer than they promised and didn’t bother letting me know it was done.
I will never shop there again. This morning 12/26/18, I went to the store hoping to buy a new cello case. I entered the store and walked to the back of the store to look around. Not one worker even tried to assist me. After looking at the cello cases, I walked toward the front of the store to look at different violin/cello method books because I play and teach both instruments. During that time, a few customers walked in and the workers quickly greeted and assisted them. This is about the third time this has happened to me. I will never shop there or refer any of my students to shop there. I will just have to purchase their supplies elsewhere and have my students purchase the products from me. I will also go online and purchase my cello case elsewhere. That’s too bad because they really do ha e nice, quality products.
