Curt is fantastic. So knowledgeable and kind. The best experience I’ve had at a guitar shop. I needed a minor adjustment and Curt was unbelievably helpful. I would certainly trust him with any guitar repairs. I will definitely be back.
Very nice business owners! We’re very welcoming when I solicited their business!
I have been going to Guitar Station since I was teen. Jim and Curt are phenomenal at answering question and fixing guitars. I trust them with every instrument I own. Check them out of you are looking for accessories or anything related to playing. Don’t go up to guitar center or George’s if you live in Middleburg, Fleming Island, or Sounthern Orange Park. These Guys are great.
I will give him 6 stars if I can, in the pass 3 years he has been so helpful and understanding. The best one to one guitar lessons in the area. We love Joe and his family
Wonderful! So patient with kids and really knows how to put the material into ways the kid and pick up with no problem. My 8 year old has been going for almost a year and I’d recommend Joseph to anyone looking to work or guitar or piano lessons any age!
Mr. Hanson is very professional and patient. He also makes learning fun. We are glad to have found him.

I wanted to share my experience with Liberty Music. I put a down payment on a quite expensive guitar. Unfortunately, I had a family medical emergency which meant I could no longer purchase the guitar. Mason went above and beyond for me and issued a full refund on the money I had paid. He was very professional and I couldn’t have been treated better. I’m disappointed I couldn’t get the guitar but life happens. Thank you, Liberty. Highly recommended.
I’m am delighted with getting my strings promptly. Spoke with Kenny who was VERY patient as I am disabled and took the time with me online.
Good guitar good condition and it didn’t take too long im 100% satisfied thank you Liberty music inc.
Shipping took a little longer than my usual purchase from Amazon

For the past few months, my daughter has been taking piano lessons with Ms. Lisa from TR Music & Voice Lessons. Her progress has amazed me! Lisa is a patient and knowledgeable teacher who always makes lessons enjoyable and interesting.
I had a great experience with TR Music…My instructor was patient and encouraging and I feel like I made a lot of progress in a short amount of time.
I’ve been taking guitar lessons from Taylor for about 2 years and he’s a great teacher, I couldn’t recommend him more highly. It’s been eye opening as an amateur rock/blues guitar player how much I was missing until now (I’ve been classically trained, and noodling on the guitar for 10 years) – even just fundamental technique and musicianship. I’m enjoying guitar so much more now. He’s exactly the teacher I was looking for.

The associate was very knowledgeable about the product and helpful in making sure I got the equipment I needed courteous professional I was impressed
Great store. Much inventory. Salesman was very helpful. Deserves a raise.
Actually had something in stock, instead of having to order it. Kudos
Very nice and knowledgeable staff
Will not shop or order here again. Ordered a Yamaha Arius online, stated that since it had been on the ground it would ship asap and be delivered to me in 2- 3 days. Kept checking for a tracking #, nothing. Kept getting brushed off when I would ask customer service about it. Same answer “it’s processing”. Finally got told it would be shipped out and have a tracking #. Day 9, I check online and it’s like I never ordered anything. Reached out to customer service, same answer “it’s processing”. Finally had enough and just canceled it. Only good thing was the lady, Lisa, who helped me cancel it. Y’all were a better company when it was George’s Music.
Great experience! Went in with prior research and they dug further into what was actually appropriate for the setup I needed. Thanks James for your help!
Found a stunning vintage 1979 Takamine classical for $700
Pretty good store. I usually go to a different guitar center and this one seems to be just as good. It’s a more open style guitar center and definitely has all the goodies. It’s very consistent and it’s too bad the traffic is horrendous.
Relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes musically crowded with patrons feeling the need to play loudly but otherwise friendly staff.
It’s an ok music store, too bad they don’t stock more stuff for drummers. They could maybe turn a profit instead of going bankrupt.
Don’t like the staff or the selection in the store. Everything they sell you can get cheaper on Amazon. Staff isn’t great either.
Trading your guitar in to guitar center is like going to a pawn shop they will rip you off if you don’t know what you got it worth, employees are not experts on the equipment they act like Walmart employees just try persuade you to buy the more expensive product. Not an honest shop. It’s got a shady feeling when you walk in and i refuse to go there. They do have quality products with semi relevant prices but I dis like the atmosphere. Not a homie shop strictly corporate support your local shops! Via guitars United ! The new shop Sam ash is better too ! Soo sick with a better selection and nicer staff !
Went to Guitar Center with high hopes based on the ratings. I found the perfect guitar on the racks, a Martin, made in the USA in great used condition. I spoke with the sales associate who said it was available and after playing for a few minutes we went to ring it up. I was then informed by Zak the “Assistant Manager” that there appears to be an issue. Apparently, a customer by the name of Darryl had place $180 to hold the guitar on May 3rd, 2017. As I write this it is June 18th, 2017. To his credit he tried calling his manager for assistance, who did not answer. He said the hold period for a guitar with a deposit down is 30 days, but as of today it is 45 days. This was not a cheap guitar mind you at $899 and I was there to buy with cash in hand. Not only did Zak appear to be nonchalant about the situation, but he looked me dead in the eye and said, “Sorry man, don’t know what to tell you”…shrug included. Very frustrating and a waste of time. If the guitar was on layway, why was it on display for sale? The only thing I got from Guitar Center was my time wasted, disappointment, and a condescending attitude by the staff.
I needed to check on the balance of a gift card my son had purchased for me a year ago for guitar lessons. Upon arrival at the store, the staff, Dylan in particular greeted us in a very professional and courteous manner. The store manager from a year ago was no longer there, so there was a little confusion as to how to go about verifying the balance on the card. The new store manager, named “Justice” on his third day at the store quickly became involved. He was extremely courteous and professional. After being handed the customer service number by another employee for me to call, Mr. Justice took it upon himself to call customer service and resolve the matter. In no time, he was able to obtain the balance on the card. This is the true meaning of customer service. We are looking forward to taking guitar lessons at this store, and referring this location to our family and friends looking for anything in music.
We are very grateful for their help and professionalism.

Cool and epic
Took my flute in because a screw had backed out . Sean fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge me. They are a great resource for my music needs.
We took my wife’s flute here for repair (general overhaul — pads and springs) because there were air leaks causing a “pithy” sound (we perform professionally). Because they we so backed up their instrument tech sent it to some unknown tech in Orlando without first asking us. After a wait of several weeks we picked it up and brought it home — it was MUCH worse than when we took it to the store. Slow service, sent out to an unknown person to fix. Crappy fix. And no, we won’t return it to them to try again. Perhaps they are overwhelmed by the amount of business they have, but that’s no excuse for creating new problems in a pro-level instrument. I managed to correct the B-flat key by physically bending it. Cannot recommend this shop. We now have several alternate recommendations for required additional repairs. Will have to pay again for this plus rental of a usable instrument for upcoming performances. Frankly, we’re not even sure the instrument we now have is the same instrument we brought to the store.
UPDATE: 4/23/17 – The store manager called this past week to apologize for the problem and offer a full refund on the amount paid (more than $200). The refund was in our account in a couple of days. He was very apologetic about the problems and inconvenience and indicated that they would no longer outsource repairs to the vendor in Orlando. We appreciate the follow-up very much, and I have added a couple of stars to my original rating based upon this.
Gotta say it’s pretty good I tried a few of there basses (all out of tune) but they were helpful and I picked up a pretty nice strap
I brought my trumpet in to have a valve fixed. They did it while I waited. great service, nice people, clean well stocked shop
I went to get my instrument cleaned, and they told me my instrument would be ready in about two weeks. They ended up keeping it for a month. Even though it wasn’t cleaned yet, I went to pick it up because I have an audition coming up. They told us “you should’ve brought it when you had more time.”
When it comes time to rent for your child’s band class, please look elsewhere. This is a terrible company with ethics in operations that are similar to the mafia. There are so many local Mom and Pop instrument places around. Please give them your business. Oh, and they’ll probably be a lot nicer too.
Steve the owner is quite friendly and knowledgeable, as is the staff I’ve encountered. I just wanted to get a guitar examined and set up, and he let me interrupt some errands, talk to him about equipment and music as well. I surely wasted his time, but his demeanor and knowledge kept strong. As small as the shop is I love his prices and selection.
Our little ones enjoy all things music, so we sought out classes for them. We were pleased to be matched up with Ms. Rachel. Her talents and personality have been the perfect fit for the needs of both of our girls. She is patient and kind.
I celebrate three things emphatically about this place. 1) Reliably, on Saturday nights, their improv provides an in-person SNL atmosphere. This could be a good motivator to get off the proverbial couch and meet local comics. 2)The comedic genius of Noel, Peter Mahr, and Jannelys is appreciated on every occasion.
My instructor Victoria is an amazing teacher. Very patient and loving.
I have used this company for signing lessons. It has always been a dream of mines as a kid. It is being fulfilled by Provision Music & Sounds LLC. I have learned wonderful techniques on singing and didn’t even know I as good as I was told. Whatever services you decide to select from this company you will not be disappointed. You will definitely exceed your goals!!
