Horrible customer service – not because of the employees but because of the owner. We were ready to buy ten vinyl records but the owner wasn’t there to offer a price for the unpriced records. The employees, who called the owner Mike an “as**ole,” said they were too scared of him to offer us a price for the records. When the owner arrived, he decided to spend time dealing with receipts even when we told him we had been waiting for him to arrive to buy the records. We walked out. He lost $60 in business, which may not be a big deal for his bottom line, but I will no longer support this local business. Tip to employees: don’t work for someone you dislike so much you call them an “asshole” in front of customers. If you’re looking to support a local store that sells used records, go to “Yesterday and Today” records on Bird Road.
Man I really go out of my way to support small business and these guys really disappointed me. My kids did classes here in the past and Ive spent thousands of dollars through out the years on equipment. Regrettably the young staff lack customer service training and they were very unhelpful. You are better off taking the drive and going to guitar center a couple of miles north.Wont go back ever again
Recently, I went in to purchase a replacement adapter that I bought from them a couple of months earlier. It came apart from my own doing, so I wanted to buy another one from the same place I bought it from to begin with. When i walked in, i showed them the EXACT same adapter I purchased FROM THEIR STORE a couple of months earlier.
I brought it home, and it wasn’t working properly, no big deal, but i wanted to exchange it and get one that works. I made sure my cable and my device wasn’t the problem because I tested them both separately, and they worked fine. The problem was with the adapter.
I walk in and they make eye contact with me but don’t help me, even when he’s just standing behind the register. Strange, but alright, I’ll signal them, maybe its an off day for them.When I tell the salesperson my problem, they immediately turn it on me, saying they sell a lot of those unites, and that its my device that’s broken. If that’s the case, then why was it working with the adapter that I just bought from you guys a couple months earlier?
They don’t do returns, so if you buy something from them and it doesn’t work, tough luck. I ended up spending a little more for the actual cable, but I don’t really mind that, its more about how they ignored my presence, and then when they did assist me, the salesperson flipped the situation on me as if it was my fault and they didn’t have a faulty product.
You’re better off going to guitar center/Sam Ash for the peace of mind. At least if your purchase doesn’t work, you can get a full refund. I came here when I did because it was closer, but i’ll take the drive to the GC in Kendall or the Sam Ash in Dolphin for my music needs.

I brought two guitars in last month to be set up. Rudy is excellent and the turnaround was way faster than I expected. I’ve had problems with the action on my acoustic for years that other shops couldn’t fix and Rudy handled it with ease.
Amazing instructors and people who work there talking about John and Lewis both helped tremendously and weren’t just trying to get you to always buy the most expensive piano they wanted you to decide

Looked nice from the outside. But was closed at 4:45pm, before displayed and published closing hour (5pm on Saturdays as of Feb 27th 2022).
On Dec. 10th. the fifth day of HanukkahI went to the store to buy a Ukelle. In the past I have bought 2 other On Dec. 10th. the 5th. day of Hanukkah I went to the music store to but myself a soprano Ukelle, having bought 2 other Ukes there. I picked up a yellow soperno Uke and took it to the desk. I asked the owner a rather tall stout man in his 6o’s to help me tune the Uke. His reply was I am to busy for that. Understanding that I suggested that someone else could get me a tuner. He looked me directly the eyes and said” PUT DOWN THE UKE AND GET OUT OF MY STORE”. I Stood there in absolute SHOOK! What did I do to cause this absurd response. Was it that I am a brown skin man with a colorful yamaka? Did he take me for a Muslim and decided to exercise his right to be a flaming bigot? I’d like to say bless him but I just can’t. There is no place for bigotry period.
One of the worst places i have been. first time i have felt so discriminated against. i was going to buy a 26k piano but these people are horrendous. They pre judge me by the way I look that I couldn’t afford any of the pianos. extremly bad experience i walked out. ill take my business elsewhere.
The instructor is very knowledgeable. My children love her and she knows how to motivate them.
The recitals are wonderful! To hear all her students who play different instruments come together and show their skills is a moving show.
Having her come to the house is very convenient and she’s willing to work with a flexible schedule. I can’t wait until the kids start guitar lessons, too.
Funny, sensitive, experienced, great teacher for all ages… I am so sorry that we’ve had to move away from the area.
Our children are extremely happy with the staff and the individual lessons. They look forward to the time they spend there.

Valerie is an awesome customer service personnel. She took the time to sort out my label and package a return I had. The transaction was seamless. I do consider her an asset to t-mobile.
The service has been amazing. This is the second time I come with technical issues and Max has been extremely helpful. I have been to other stores but no other store compares to the care I get at this store. Give Max an award!
I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Customer service was absolutely perfection. Lyanne, Eric and Val went above and beyond all expectations. They are helpful, and knowledgeable and made the process smooth.

Terrible customer service. Two reps for the entire store and while servicing customers, they don’t make eye contact with new arriving customers or ask them what their needs are to let them know what the approximate wait time is. I waited almost an hour to be treated super rude. All I had to do was return my old phone because I had just done a jump to a new phone and was given instructions to return the old phone at the store. The rep didn’t even look up my account and refused to take the phone saying she was not responsible if the phone got lost. I showed her the email from T-Mobile with the instructions and she said they didn’t do that. The next day I called customer service and they had to call the store manager to tell them about the incident and take the phone back.
I waited about 1 hour to get a two-minute answer. The customer service reps don’t know how to juggle with the different client requests, while they are providing service. Due to that, I ended up waiting more than 1 hour to get a simple yes or no answer, while observing how the reps dedicated their full attention to just one client each. During periods of spare time, such as those of data transfer from old cell phone to new cell phone, none of the employees care to ask what the next person in line was in the store for. Instead, they all engaged in personal conversations with the clients they were servicing. Horrible experience for someone that had a simple question.

If you need a knowledgeable luthier that isn’t going to overcharge you, Glen Perry is the guy you wanna talk to.
Glen pays exceptional attention to detail and is clearly excellent at his job. He truly loves the instruments and equipment he works with and on and has an extensive knowledge of the gear. Both my kids go to Glen Perry Musical Instrument Repair – By Appointment and we have been going almost a year. The staff is great and they work with you to make sure the teachers match your child’s learning style.
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Glen after reaching to see if he could help with my Peavey tube amp which stopped making noise. He told me he could take a look at it and I dropped it off on 1/30/22. I wasn’t in a rush but I was surprised after not hearing from him for almost two weeks, so I called and sent texts on separate occasions, and no response. He finally got back to me saying he was on vacation which was understandable, and that the amp only had a minor soldering issue. He said it would be ready soon but the process repeated itself — I didn’t hear from him, I called a week later and no response. It was only when he answered another call of mine on 3/3/22 that he confirmed the amp was being worked and that I could pick it up on Friday 3/5/22, so I went and I tried it out in his office. The amp was working, but it had this unusual hum that I hadn’t heard before. I asked about it and he said it was because AT&T was working on some lines nearby and not to worry, so I trusted him. I’ll give him credit too because he did not charge me due to the delayed service. However, I got to my studio and played through the amp only to hear that same hum for about 2 minutes, and then all the sound cut out as it had 5 weeks earlier. I called Glen and surprisingly he did answer, but he was totally apathetic. Not only did he not tell me what the issue could still be, but he refused to take a look at the amp again and he did not give me any recommendations for other techs when asked. I confronted him about his poor work and his nonexistent communication skills and he offered no apology or explanation. This experience was surprising to say the least given all the good reviews I’ve seen of Glen.

I am not sure about this place….it is very hard to find a good quality item..I wonder where they go???? To me, a designer item is that one that is designed by a designer, not a store name at a mall….they have to learn a lot more how to classified the merchandise..
