Corning Ford has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. First, when taking delivery of a beautiful 2021 F-150 Powerboost, Corning Ford picked me up at a Denny’s restaurant, all the way out in Chico, at 7:30 in the morning. They were all ready for me, signing the paperwork was a breeze, and I was out the door in my new truck in less than an hour. Second, about 7 months later, I was having issues with the back up assist feature, using the stickers was not working for me. I requested Corning Ford if they could send me the Yaw Kit cable instead. I worked with Francis Hopping, who was a tremendous help. As it turns out, the Yaw Kit cable was not included, but Francis went ahead and shipped me one anyway, free of charge! I am very satisfied with Corning Ford, and I highly recommend them, because they take very good care of their customers.

I had seen a decent Focus online and inquired about the price. When I received my quote it was a done deal. It was a great price that was not to be…more about that later. We setup a meeting to see the vehicle. Once we saw it, we were still interested. I am building my credit so I had warned them it may be a hassle getting me a loan if at all. As usual they were wanting to run it anyways. Since I had gotten a decent boost in score recently, I decided they let hem run my credit. They found a lender, but wanted a down-payment and for us to leave the vehicle until they finalized the deal. Before the deal was finalized they decided they weren’t happy with my quote and raised the price on me. This is pretty lame, but the price was still good when we bought it, but they did not honor their initial quote price, so beware there. By this time it was our second trip from Redding to Corning. They kept the car and took our down-payment (or most of it), and told us they would deliver it the next day. I was also told it would be detailed for us before we got it. The next day came up and the car was not delivered. We wasted our whole day waiting for the promised updates and never received one. I eventually texted our rep and it ended up being a different person as the initial guy was off. The new guy (Marty) took a badgering from me, as I was not happy at that time. He let me know they are doing everything they can to finalize the deal. It was the weekend so it was probably not as fast as usual. The next day we were taking a trip to Santa Rosa, and when we got to Orland we received a call letting us know we can take the car or wait till Monday because it was still a hit or miss. We took it and by Monday we were told the car is ours. So props to Corning Ford for doing the impossible and getting us a car! Thanks, we love it.

Great place to eat, bowl, play pool, and have a couple of strong delicious drinks. $12 for two hours of bowling that includes shoe rental. The new owners are awesome and the place is always clean. Not too crowded, all lanes are working and no wait times except for food orders in which they give you a pager to hold until your order is ready. Fast and friendly service.

Some would speculate, “Why else to stop in Corning but for Olive Pit” but I am here to say that sometimes a good bowl makes life sooo much better. Java has all it takes to succeed and with pleasant environment! Good stop from interstate one trips of the road!

The only place in Redding that carries digital pianos – and a great collection for pianists or aspiring pianists to try out at that. I headed to this store with a particular model in mind. Thank goodness Sally (the piano expert here) was there to point me in a better direction – one that was more suitable for my needs as a proficient pianist. I came out of the store with a model that is so much better than the one I had in mind, so I didn’t waste money on something less appropriate for myself. All the staff members here go out of their way to help you and set you up with the very best equipment. Fantastic prices too!

Went to the store to pick up some banjo picks and a music stand. Employee ignored me to stay on the phone talking about personal business. Then when he finally got off the phone two of his friends came in and again he ignored me to continue talking about personal business. When he finally acknowledged me he was very dismissive and was making it very obvious that I was interrupting him and his friends. I try to support local businesses but I guess from now on I’ll just order from online.

I do not normally write reviews; it must be a 10 star experience for me to take the time. But I feel compelled to write one about Kevin Mallory (aka Dr Mac) from Chico. My husband passed away 2 years ago and I have been challenged and anxious trying to keep up with all the jobs he did at home especially the “techie” stuff. Kevin had worked with him for many years on a myriad of problems and different Apple devices, and he was the one I contacted when I realized I needed help. He responded to my text within minutes and we set a date for 2 days ahead. He drove the 2 hours to my home and within 2 hours time, he had patiently unraveled several vexing issues. For over 3 months, my iphone was not receiving or connecting to phone calls at my home; a major inconvenience; and he solved that! He restored the operating system in my husbands old Apple computer so I can access several key databases on it including photos, music and a financial program we’d been using for over 20 years. He set me up with the new version of that program so I am launched into bringing it all up to date and useful for my new needs. I am astonished at the depth of Kevin’s knowledge, perseverance skills, kindness and patience with me and all things Apple. I could not recommend Dr Mac more highly.

We LOVED this place! We had no idea what to expect. The various flavors were amazing and it was well worth the stop.
My wife had the Papa Rellena Stuffed Potato and I had the Tallarin Verde Spaghetti Green. Both were fabulous. Hers was like a potato wrapped beef pot pie with flavors that we could not described. Mine was a pesto pasta on and thin but large slice of steak.

Only reason why it isn’t 5 stars is because the wait is long (because the food is made fresh and there will probably be no people in there when you go) and honestly the atmosphere is rough. I had better expectations about this place beacuse i saw great reviews. Only good I tried was ocopa even though was so spicy. Basically everything was extremely spicy . I order adobo and estofado de carne . Meat was really hard to much condiments but like tooo much!! Portion are small for those elevated prices . Chicha morada and the services was good. Sorry guys but I just didn’t enjoy my lunch because all that spicy killed all the flavor from food!

Very rude and does not support the military. My friend served in the Navy for 22 years and all he did was ask do you offer military discounts and the guy was super rude. Said everybody gets a discount. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the military. And it was the way he said it was so disrespectful. A Simple no would have been great. Most places offer one so he asked. Then treated him like dirt after that.
I was totally ignored. People were in the building and I heard someone working behind the counter but I couldn’t see them. I rang the bell several times and even called out but I was completely ignored. I had money in my pocket ready to buy and left with nothing.

Specifically about the amphitheater…What a disappointment. I was wondering why there are no photos of the amphitheater on thier web site, now I know. I understand it is new, but be upfront and tell poeple what to expect before buying tickets. It is literally a portable stage and hard plastic fold up chairs in a gravel lot. Even the food and drinks are served from portable shipping containers. I had tickets to an upcoming show here that I got refunded as they were very overpriced when you consider the venue. I have been to “popup” concerts in grass fields that were better, because I knew what to expect, and tickets were priced accordingly.

I recently dropped my favorite vintage wah and in doing so, the original potentiometer broke. Needless to say, I was bummed! Then I took it into Brad and asked him if he could fix it. He said yes, and boy did he fix it! His tech work was timely and professional, and his willingness to make sure that I was happy with the work was absolutely apparent. If you are a musician in Siskiyou county and need some work done on your gear, I highly recommend checking out Brad at Sherlock Music.

Sounds like a lot of people ordered fish tacos, or burritos, probably cause it was the only thing in English on the menu. We did the same, would have liked to try something different. Don’t mind Spanish on the menu, but you need to have a description in English. The restaurant was clean, the girls nice, the food was just OK.
The service was good and friendly but the food took too long to came out we were five but the time the last one got his food the others were done. The place is nice and clean.

Loved it. I had the mushroom and swiss burger. Totally exceeded expectations. The servers were friendly and dud an amazing job. It’s definitely a place to stop in again when traveling through.
If you go to the website for Rolling Hills there are “specials” posted for the restaurants. Make sure you have them handy because the waitresses (our waitress anyhow) do not know about the specials. She told me I was wrong but then went to ask the kitchen after I showed her the specials. I was then granted my order of “machaca tater tots”. To go with them we ordered a flight of margaritas (four different flavors! Pomegranate, coconut, blackberry sage and jalapeno) and the breaded fish tacos.
Pretty tasty! I will eat here again probably.
I had dinner reservations here on the night of a concert and the overall experience was really great. The service was quick for a busy night and the food was really good.
Also, if you love classic Rock and music while you’re dining then this place is for you. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back in the future!
Rock & Brews in Corning, California is a great place to go for a delicious meal and a fun atmosphere.
The restaurant is located inside the Rolling Hills Casino & Resort, but you can access it directly from the side of the casino, so you don’t have to gamble if you don’t want to.
The food at Rock & Brews is above par, and I’m excited to see the franchise branching out. I used to frequent the Corona location, and I’m glad to see that the brand is maintaining the same high standards of quality.
On my recent visit to the Corning location, I tried the Rock & Roll Burger, which was cooked to perfection and topped with all the classic fixings. The fries were also delicious, and the portion size was generous. My wife ordered the Fish & Chips, and she was very impressed with the fresh fish and crispy batter.
We also tried a couple of the beers on tap, and they were both excellent. Rock & Brews has a wide variety of beers to choose from, so there’s something for everyone.
The service at Rock & Brews was also very good. Our server was friendly and attentive, and he made sure that we had everything we needed.
Overall, I had a great experience at Rock & Brews in Corning, California. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fun, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal.

Food was above par, I have been watching this franchise as a chef and restauranteur and they have really stepped up.
First time trying this restraunt and ordered a medium rare tri tip sandwich and a chicken caesar salad. The tri tip was definitely more on the medium to well side but faily good. The salad was tasty. The music is fantastic and not played too loudly for us to enjoy a conversation. The waitress was a delight. Thanks to her friendly disposition, I would definitely be back to try different items on the menu.
I have to say, the star rating would not be near this high if it wasn’t for the amazing service and friendly banter on my way out with the drop dead cutie in the braids.

Food & atmosphere is great service need a lot of help though. I have been there both when is busy & not, either way the service is always terrible. We always have to be chasing our server down to get what we need, they never check up on tables not once at least every time I have been there. Tonight has to be the worst of them all. She never went to check up on us & when we told her we were ready to order she was mad as if it wasn’t her job to take our order. Just terrible service.

Crystal was my server and she told me I couldn’t eat my food inside because my son had ordered it to go already and paid for it. It is 107 degrees outside, and I have been in the car all day already and now have too drive home 4 hours. Thanks Crystal. I won’t be coming back thanks to your poor customer service. Also if you’re going to tell a customer that they can’t eat there at least do it politely.

Had a good time at the course. They were doing maintenance on the course so we were unable to play the back 9. The fairway and most of the course was quite wet and spongey and the greens were sand covered. But the course is truly beautiful and laid out very nice, the maintenance didn’t really ruin the experience at all the only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars was the incredibly rude man at the 1st/9th hole shack. It was our first time playing there and we loved the service, we pulled up and someone dropped our cart off right at our vehicle, they checked us in (or so we thought) and we to the pro shop. We had a drink and I even bought a logo ball for my collection, then headed to the 1st hole. The incredibly rude man, I believe his name was “Si” asked what we were doing and accused us of stealing a round of golf, really upset my father and ruined the vibe of the entire trip. Then he rudely informed us that we need to go back and check in at the pro shop, as if we knew how this golf course operated… really upset my father for the first half of the game. I would go back…. But I’m staying away from Si, he is a jerk.
Gr8 wifi gr8 bar food
We played a round on 8/27/23 and was not impressed with the course. Several of the tee boxes are in terrible shape. The sand traps are full of weeds and a lot of loose grass along the fairways. There are bare spots on a few of the greens. I have played this course several times and have always had a great experience. I don’t know what is going on this time and what you are charging to play in these kind of conditions is to much. I live here locally please don’t make me want to go somewhere else.
The course seemed nice..they just punched the greens so wasn’t a true round. Main reason for 2 stars is before the round in the clubhouse we ordered breakfast…hands down worst breakfast I’ve ever purchased in my entire life.
Don’t come here if you’re looking for a good time. Terrible greens, overpriced, very unfriendly, and of to top it off, the marshal is unprofessional and rude.

My daughter’s trumpet had 1 of the valves checking and sticking down. For no charge, he simply took the valve apart and adjusted the plastic piece which had rotated and it works like new. So polite and helpful and didn’t charge for his time to show me how to repair if it happens again.
I went to buy a ukulele as a gift and had a lot of questions. The nice man helped me make a decision I’m very happy with. It’s a nice atmosphere and close to where I live. I have a mandolin I can’t play glad I found this place

I rented a used violin for my son from the shop. They said the price was $199. The rental was $35 per month. after two months if you want to own the violin then they said they would deduct the rental amount from the original price. But when we want to buy the used violin they said the price is $299 which is hell more than a new violin. So would recommend not to rent or buy anything from this store.
