As a former guitar center customer this place is much better. You feel like an actual person rather than a number. They go in depth and go in and out of your way JUST to let you have the best experience with multiple options offered. They will tune your guitar, re-string your guitar, and they have plenty of music lessons and instruments. They have everything from Violins to Saxophones. Very good music store and I know I will be re-visiting it as I continue my music journey.
Absolutely love this place. Great prices and friendly faces. I’ve never walked out of here disappointed or dissatisfied. Great and knowledgeable customer service. I would recommend to anyone looking for instruments or accessories.
Great service
They took to long I gess cuz school was out
I have great deals.
Had some cool stuff
They want to charge me just to tell me how much the repair costs
I can never get a call back from this place. In person, the service is great but they have had my son’s instrument for 3 weeks and no one will return my calls. Very disappointed.
The employee I spoke with was very nice. Unfortunately when I spoke to the owner about selling 2 of my instruments, he was quiet the opposite. He didn’t greet me what’s so ever, barely made eye contact, went straight to inspecting the instruments. He Told me he didn’t want one because it was “falling apart and it would cost more to fix” (which it wasn’t, it was barley used) and offered me an extremely low price for the other instrument, without any explanation. I ended up going to Music GO Round in Duluth and I’m extremely glad I did. Both instruments were in good condition.

This isn’t a complaint, but a retelling of my experience with Jireh. You should take it for what it’s worth and make your own mind up about who you patronize.
I needed to rent some equipment overnight and was tempted to try these guys out since they are only 15 minutes from my home. Not only are they convenient for me, but I wanted to support a local business – not a chain. This was intended to be an overnight rental that involved 3rd party payment. I was going to just do the pick up and drop off, since this was a not-for profit event and I was offering my deejay services for free. Fortunate for some, but unfortunate for me, the shop isn’t open on Sunday, so I had to keep the equipment in my garage until Monday, with an expected return by 11am…Tricky for those of us with less than flexible 8-5pm weekday jobs.
Through no fault of Jireh’s, the extra day through me off and I simply forgot to load the two speakers in my car to transport to my office on Monday. I remembered about the equipment at 3:30pm and called Jireh immediately to let them know of my mistake. I offered to have them back by 6pm after I returned home from work and loaded up. The manager was quite unforgiving and told me that I would be charged a 2nd full days rental, even though this would only be about 7 additional hours out of 24 (less than 1/3). I asked if he could pro-rate the fees and I would be glad to pay for the additional hours, but he said that “wasn’t how we operate”.
To his credit, he eventually took off 22%, but considering the amount of revenue they COULD have potentially made from my future rentals, why he didn’t agree to charge me for the overage based upon a per hour rate, is baffling. I was told after inquiring upon arrival that the equipment had not been booked from 11am to 6pm on Monday, which means they didn’t lose any revenue from my late return. There only existed the POTENTIAL to rent the same equipment out, and for this, I would have to be charged another day.
They guy who checked me in was very kind, friendly and seemed to understand my cause, but made mention that he was under orders from his manager (who wasn’t present at the time) to charge me accordingly. He was a good guy.
Its unfortunately that some businesses in these times must scrape the barrel for every penny either because they are sharks or just to survive another day. Not too sure where Jireh fits in, but as an independent DJ, I really do get “it”, but… long money is much better than short term profit. Good customer service and flexibility with policy, ensures returning customers, positive referrals and greater income.
Nice shop with knowledgeable employees. They also pay very fair when it comes to buying used equipment/instruments.
Great place to rent your children musical instruments for band at school.
Kinda rude. I needed some connectors for speaker wiring and a bass drum. They didn’t have either and said they had no idea where to get either item. LOL. I guess the lady trying to sell the stolen guitar was more important.
They sell many used gears. You have to be careful to pick what you buy. They have instruments for rental too. We came in on new year Eve and the employee was not a happy person. He was not rude but he was not nice either. We didn’t feel welcome at the store.
Customer service is lack luster at it’s best. I should of went to Ken Stanton instead of giving tthis place money.
I quit Starbucks cold turkey in April after trying TradeWind and haven’t been back. I go every day, sometimes multiple times per day. My son goes after school. The homemade almond milk is out of this world. The staff is so friendly, helpful and the even recognize you and greet you by name when you come in! Hands down best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I wish I could take them when I travel, because it’s super disappointing to not have my chai on vacation!
This place is great! perfect place to work and have great coffee! got their Caramel apple butter latte and i was pleasantly surprised! you would think it would be too sweet, but it was perfect! the coffee was nice and strong and paired well with the sweetness of the flavors!
Good coffee, deco, and services. Pastries and sandwiches are ok not flavorful. Would try again sometime.
Good place but, it tooked them 25min late giving my meal. I’ll give them a 2nd chance.
Delicious coffees and food, but service staff is mentally challenged or something. Never gets orders right ever. Ever.
We found Tradewinds, and it was great. This weekend was a dissapointment, cold coffee no replacement and the croissant was very badly served. We will not go bCk
Ordered a 20 ounce iced white mocha. Very strong, couldn’t taste any flavor. No specialty or custom coffee options, menu pretty routine. I try to visit a new coffee place every Saturday morning, probably won’t be returning.
Really beautiful store but the service was lackluster. There was one woman behind the counter who did not greet me. In fact she was so cold that I’m hesitant to drink the coffee she made! A man got up from a table to take my order and he was pretty nice but they seem to be more attentive and friendly to “regulars” at the Dacula location. Not warm or inviting at all. I’ll stick to Dunkin

Never had any issues at this store. It’s my go to for guitar accessories.
A small store, but they do have great items and the prices are fair. The man who was working when I came in was very kind and helpful.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It’s a very small store but they have a pretty good selection of guitars (electric and acoustic). My kids take bass and guitar lessons and seem to enjoy their teachers.
Could have been better no sousaphone was in the establishment.
Poor service guy was on the phone the whole time didnt even try to help me i walked around for 10 mins then sat down for another 10 to 15 mins and still didnt get off the phone or try to help me and i was the only one in the store the whole so i put my idems back and just left
My mom is coming to get the kids to bed and get a new one but I don’t think so but she is not going to be there for you and your family have a very merry Christmas to you and the family are doing is not a good time to come by and see you soon and have a great day and I will see what I can find and send it to you as soon as we can get it done before. I’m a good man and I am going to try. I will have to go back in and get my stuff done before the. I’m going to try and go to the gym and then I will send you the link to the video of the guy who was the one who is in charge of the same thing as you.
Not open on Sunday. Site says open , but not. Drove from Jefferson to find a closed store.
