Great service.
Fred Pedemonti no longer works there, that is why the 5 stars. Fred is scum.
First, the employees were excellent; friendly and helpful. I was extremely disappointed in the store itself. This was basically a dark, messy pawn shop, not the store I was familiar with from years ago. My only reason to go back would be to pick through dusty items to find something I might be in search of, more of an adventure.
Went in to sell my cello, the woman that was working there was amazing and very professional. She had to call the owner to ask about the selling price. He had her look up what my model last sold for on eBay (it’s 2021 my dude) and there were no matches so he had nothing to go off of. I paid $1400 for it, I was looking for around $500. He wanted to give me $50. An absolute joke. I’m not looking for top dollar but I’m also not looking to get completely ripped off.
Closed even though the hours said it was open (3 pm on a Wednesday). The place looked like a hoarders attic. Absolute mess.
Ordered lugs for my snare. They sent me receipts and invoices and never shipped my lugs. I called and emailed multiple times and never got a response back after leaving numerous messages. Been 2 months and I still don’t have my lugs and am out $60.

Lots of great instruments to buy. I got a nice 88 key electric piano here. It shipped within a week, if not less.
Also a great place with lots of different music books for many instruments.
Great service and great people. Over the last few months I was looking for a new trombone, and had a lot of technical/financial stuff to look into and take care of. Speaking with four people, including the manager, they helped me find a great trombone and were super kind to me about helping me out and financing it. Go here! You won’t regret it.
Great Staff
Good selection and price
Cool place, very expensive
I went to the store 7:45 pm because I need to rent an instrument. I’ve been waiting because the employee was helping another customer. Then, when it was my turn he said : I can’t help you because we close at 8 come back tomorrow. While I was waiting I saw another employee he just looking at us and he didn’t of help us.The worst customer service I ever experienced.
This store was not respectful of my time or my commitment, and I cannot recommend this business to others. As busy professional with children making the commitment to return to regular practice was a significant dedication of my time. After discussions with the staff at the store we found a time and an instructor who would work for me, and with my schedule. At my first lesson the instructor was surprised to see me (although my name was on his list) and I said “I didn’t know a new student was starting today.” and “I don’t really play Bass that much…”. After a lackluster lesson which I was willing to write off as a miscommunication, I returned a week later only to find that the instructor had scheduled over my time with a different student. The staff confirmed I was on the schedule for the day. I promptly asked for my money back, including the new student fee. The manager kindly returned it, but that was the ONLY redeeming thing about my experience. All in all, this wasted about 2 hours of my life.
I had been taking lessons at this location since March 2019. One of their instructors stopped teaching in June 2019 and took the summer months off. The store called me in August to say the instructor was not returning in the Fall and my account would be closed but if I wanted to begin with a new instructor I could. To my surprise upon starting with the new instructor, my account incurred a new student fee of $30 which is out of order since I am a continuing student; I asked the store to provide a credit and they recently did so. The new student fee is inappropriate due to no fault of mine.

Larry is THE BEST! I wish there was an option to add more STARS! Thanks again… (as always!) Larry!
Larry was timely, and did a great job on my amp. Reasonably priced.
Very helpful & great service
Brought an old Musicman amp in to Accutech to be revived. Larry did a nice restoration on it. Instead of just getting it working again he recognized the shortcomings of some previous repairs and spent time finding the right components to make it sound really good. I am quite pleased with the result. Accutech Audio gets my future business!
spent a lot of money with him trying to get my Bogen RP-60 receiver running and his work was amateurish at best, he tacked radial caps on top of old multisection can caps without any support and left the old shorted cap in service. I would’nt use his services ever again. When I found my new tech, he removed all of the hack work, replaced the 3 original multisection caps, biased it properly and it’s been in constant use for the last three years.
I wrote about my experience in this place, no wonder why all the reviews are good… mine was deleted, and probably others. So Im not going over that again because they are going to be delete again a d again. Simple,if you need your amp repair and a tech that would stay in touch with you about whats going on,this is not the place..im giving it a star cuz i cant write a review w 0…basically i got nothing for my money..
