Dan is providing high quality piano and voice lesson for my sons in a very reasonable price. We started way back when he was still in Fontana. We followed him to Eastvale. It has been more than a year. I can see the improvement in my sons. We are glad that we found him.
My daughter Laila, had been wanting to learn how to play the piano. With us home schooling our children and the charter school she went too, presented that opportunity. Mr Burr and his wife Karen are the best, specially Mr. Burr. Mr. Burr is one awesome teacher. He is patient, kind and very helpful. I recommend this school to everyone I know.

For a long time I was anti-Best Buy. I found their return policy lacking, their prices weren’t any better than other stores, and with the rise of online retail they just seemed to be out-paced by many other stores. But now? Wow. The in-store experience is mostly the same but obviously with some changes due to covid-19. The return policy is fantastic though. They’ve got delivery, in-store pickup, and curbside pickup options for almost everything. The mobile app is great and it’s just so easy to find something, buy it, and get it in a timely manner. Combined with the price matching and return policy, this franchise has easily become one of my new go-to retailers. And this store in particular is very nice, great selection, friendly staff.
I am taking 2 stars back because the kind of experience I had from most recent visit. The person who helped me at checkout was in some sort of rush did not want to listen my question, although the store was not busy at all.secondly he did not ask for rewards card, instead i had to request him t.

I was trying to get help with a tv and after asking 3 employees, no one helped me! Not a single person was able to answer my questions or bring someone else who would be knowledgeable and helpful! After a long wait and search I finally found an employee that seemed to know his stuff but he was more interested in having me open a credit card instead of helping me with a purchase!

This company loves what they do and you can see it in the way they interact with children. Aaron is professional and has a great attitude. You can tell he loves children and has much experience doing this type of work. Children learning music in school is unfortunately not readily available anymore so exposing them to Key n Harmony is much needed in children’s lives. I highly recommend!
Key and Harmony is the best!! Not only is Aaron super musical, but he is so engaging with kids. We hired them for our daughter’s two year old birthday. If you know anything about two year olds, their attention span is typically about two seconds, but our daughter was captivated the whole time. And so were all the other kids of all ages, and even the adults too! I would definitely hire them again for our next event, and recommend that you do too!

Poor customer service was told we had a certain rental credit amount that could be applied to new instrument but that amount stated was changed when the final price of the instrument was totaled.

I am a die hard Dutch Bros drinker. They are my preferred place to go for coffee, over any other spot in town. That being said, check the crowd before you go. It’s good, maybe even great, but the crowds and traffic jams are simply not worth it. Can’t be mad that they’re popular but going off peak times is a must if you don’t want to wait an hour.
I love the drinks but it’s really not worth the wait or the experience. If this Dutch Bros culture is just a fun place to work and not worry so much with the experience for the customer. The Yucaipa location has better customer service and get drinks out quickly and move cars.

I went at 5:00am and waited for and hour along with other people. I drove about 10 miles for nothing. When I called corporate they said they didn’t open till 8:00am it’s now 10 days later since I called and they still haven’t changed their hours.
2nd time in a row I’ve came here and they CAN’T get my order correct! I drive 20 mns to wait 20 mins in walk up just to get the wrong drink again! If I ask for a triple expresso over ice in a medium cup with 6 shots of cream and 3 white chocolate, that’s what I should get! Not a kids hot coca cup with my drink n 2 ice cubes, cause within seconds the 2 ice cubes melt and I’m literally drinking warm expresso. Up north location’s in Sacramento got it rt every time, why can’t this location?
If u have to charge me for cup or ice or even an extra cream please do! Very simple yet can’t be done…yet quick to ask you if you want to change your tip amount, yes tips help people out I get it, if someone wants to leave a tip they will not say do , you want to leave more than what the app states! if I did it would be done on the app and you could see, but can’t get drink rt agai n!

We bought a 4/4 cello case and it’s perfect! It’s sturdy, padded, lined, has shoulder straps, wheels and a hand strap. There is a secure place for 2 bows, music pocket, a small spot for the stop and resin. It has zipper with a small lock.
My rule is, never buy expensive things online. The rules and regulations and fine print is not written or intended to protect you. I bought a mandolin, and I tossed the box. That $10 box voided my return. They knew it would. When the mandolin then didn’t seem right, and it came unplayable for a $1,300 price tag. They say “try it out” but how can you try something that needs work done to it? And by doing anything to it you will void the return. My first review sent them into a panic because they called me relentlessly to ensure I was satisfied but really all they want to know is if you threw away the shipping box because that voids the return and it’s the buyers fault. Since it was bought through Play123 and it’s a Washburn instrument, Washburn won’t do anything except give me another one, but both companies make out since there is no way to return the instrument because I didn’t buy it straight from them, for the same price. Play123 then tried to get the legal team involved and I got nervous so I took down my review out of fear.
If you want cheap stuff for a kid, or cables, or if you can prove it’s a shipping thing then fine, go buy from an online store. If you want quality instruments, which are rarely at instrument stores these days because the world is made of plastic, then go the traditional route and find a brick and mortar place with rare and high quality instruments. Not only will you be able to play and learn, but you will fore go the hassle of being manipulated into “testing” products at full price and if you make a single error in the fine print, it’s your problem now.
If play123 dares reach out to me I will write more of my opinions. Please don’t, I don’t care anymore. I’m practicing my free speech right and have done nothing wrong but state my true story. Did I throw away the shipping box? Yes, and I’m paying for it. Should you buy online if you are aiming for high quality? NOO, you most certainly should not buy expensive things online that require in depth experience.
The mandolin neck cracked in the first 30 days. Washburn took responsibility but it’s still not the instrument I would prefer. But I’m stuck with it anyways. Perfectly good, unused , and after 3 returns, 3 setups, and a lot of emails, I have a mandolin, and I would have never picked it if I was at a store with 10 of the same price tag to try out.
Hired them for a surprise party, and they were absolutely amazing. Very good communication leading up to our party and we received so many compliments from our guests about them. We have hired several different Mariachi groups in the past, and they are definitely the best so far.

Christopher is so professional and kind. He answered all my questions and one thing I truly appreciated from him is that whenever I would text him to ask questions, he replied back immediately.

Mariachi Corazón de Mi Tierra was absolutely amazing! We booked them as a surprise for my in laws 25th wedding anniversary and it was great! They made it very special and played all our requests. I contracted this Mariachi with a signed contract and deposit on 6/1/22 for a Quinceañera in May of this year. Yesterday I got a text messaging at 10:19pm canceling on me………8 months later. Stating they double booked and the other party booked before me. Totally unacceptable. So it took Christopher Rubalcava 8 months to notice he double booked? I do not believe him. I am beyond frustrated, disappointed and stressed out because now I have to look for another mariachi that when I did my due diligence and booked almost a year in advance, and they canceled on me four months before my event. That is just ridiculous. They may look good on Yelp, Google, Instagram. But when this happens to you, don’t risk it people. Look elsewhere.

Use to love their chicken pot pies, but the one I just got was barely warm when it was served, they did take it back to warm it up, burnt the top, I could live with that… but the inside of the pie was not the same… for starters there was only one chunk of chicken, yes in the whole pie!! It was stuffed with mostly big chunks of potatoes… and the gravy was pasty, gooey and nasty, I had to spit it out. Very disappointing!!
My father and i stopped in for breakfest they were out of turkey sausage and the home fries were over cooked. The waitress dropped our foid at the table and never came back to check on us. We had to ask the clerck at the register for our check.
Corey’s service was horrible to start. They completely ignored my kids when they went to pick up food that was already paid for and my family always spends $100 or more. The food was horrible. The French toast was the worst I’ve had. They didn’t even offer staples like ketchup or syrup which should be the minimum for French toast. Even McDonald’s offers all that plus utensils. I had to choose at least 1 star to post, but Corky’s doesn’t even get 1 star.

Amazing people, who actually took me seriously, unlike Bertrands Music in San Bernadino. Plus they had over 50 saxophones on the wall compared to Bertrand’s, who only had 2 different options that I wasn’t interested in, but they Insisted I buy their’s because it was,”cheaper than most brands” that was complete b.s. I went to Sam Ash, and got my dream horn for $2000 less than what Bertrands wanted for their’s.

This place is great if you just want to jam out and you know what you want, but if you’re looking for customer service, it’s better to look elsewhere. They have a pretty vast selection of instruments and it’s a great place to try things out if you know what you are doing. If that person is not you and you’re more of a beginner looking for advice on your particular instrument, you’ll have a better experience in another store.
I purchased a defective accordion and returned it at the store. I had to wait there for several hours because they didn’t have cash in the register at the time I showed up. I re-ordered a different accordion through sam ash online. While at the store, the clerk was upset because I didn’t order through him, I told him I’d found a good deal online(coupon). He said next time not to do that, that he could match my deal and get commission too. He was salty about the lack of commission I guess. They had scheduled delivery for my accordion today. I’ve been waiting at home all day so that porch pirates don’t take it, and just found out that it will not be delivered today. They just push back the days. I will no longer conduct business with this store, online or otherwise, they have poor customer service and do not come through on their deliveries online either. Too, they purposefully ask you to review only if you have 5 stars, else to contact the store. This is not honest reviewing of a product. They are inflating their standing by diverting all people who would review them with less stars. I just want all of the customers to this store to be aware. Sam ash sells defective products, the guys work on commission and thus get upset if they miss out on making your hard earned cash, online deliveries are inaccurate at best. I’ve never had this problem with online stores like WWBW or MusiciansFriend, I will order from them from now on.
Been here over 35666 times had one good experience with the gutiar department. They are rude and arrogant. One of the times I walked in 12 minutes before closing they just stared at quietly us no one asked us if we needed any help or anything. I asked them to see gutiar me they looked very annoyed and walked over and got us one. The one mainly in acoustic section has a problem where he is rude when he talks and doesn’t seem to know any skills on how you communicate with a customer be careful when you come here with they these arrogant ignorant gutiar sales men.
I went to Sam Ash with my nephew to spend a gift card he was given. He had a few questions so we looked for some assistance and found Steve. We were explaining the scenario to him and he did not seem interested in helping us what so ever. He just sat there looking at his computer screen. Made no eye contact. No suggestion. No referrals to other team members. He had one word answers to anything we said and was acting very annoyed. The security guard at the door on the other hand was very friendly and witnessed the situation. He even encouraged Steve to engage more, but Steve wanted nothing to do with us. In the end we figured things out for ourselves.
