I think the owner was very nice he helped me find the right saxophone and he helped me dodge a off brand one
my sax works now
In and out. Know what I needed. Unless otherwise they don’t try to sell u unless u buy on plan
Most of the time they have what I need
This is a really great store with loads of musical equipment, basically everything you need and they also give guitar lessons here taught by highly skilled and competent professionals. I would recommend this store to anyone.
Have most items you may need however they’re a little pricey most things are available for less online.
Expensive, great variety
Guy was on phone the whole time…and we waited. Not sure this is the norm but it was my one and only visit
It was obvious that my presence was causing discomfort to the manager/cashier/whatever. I was not allowed to play a certain Epiphone Les Paul (not even a Gibson) because ‘they wanted to keep it clean’. I am a frikin professional guitarist with 11 years of experience and no music stores have ever denied me of handling an instrument. Highly offending for a first time visitor’s impression.
Go to Guitar Center and avoid this place, you’ll be glad you did.

I’m very disappointed after I call today and I spoke to associate of the store me 40 min to commit and they have the odasity to tell me that they shut down ya need to understand that if you not sure if ya gonna open or sale you should not saying that ya open because is bad for business I was very very angry after 40 min travel and gat there and I didn’t get my merchandise very very disappointed even besides that I still have them 5 ⭐
But that was very wrong. But the rest and the service before was good sorry I’m bipolar
Great place to view, get information about, and get lessons for guitars.
Very fast curious checkout! Great music playing in the background!
Great people, good store
Great selection
The staff was friendly, but that was not enough to make up for the condition of the guitars. The action was way too high on the acoustics that I would have been interested in. A $1,500 guitar had strings so sticky that I didn’t want to play it. I’ll stick with my thirty-year-old Yamaha Dreadnought, thank you.
On their website and Google page, the store is indicated as open. Went to the store and that’s not the case
Went in to try and find a new acoustic guitar and was immediately denied service and asked to leave simply because I don’t have a face mask and can’t wear one due to mental health conditions and anxiety attacks

She’s a great teacher and extremely talented! I felt blessed to have someone clearly qualified to coach professionals giving me one-on-one lessons. After taking some time to practice what I’ve learned, I may very well come back for more! Thank you
I did not want to have my daughter stay home bored during the summer so I convinced her to do dance camp for at least 4 weeks. The first & second day was an adjustment period because it’s intense and the girls exercise, do yoga, dance, do drama and so much more. She told me they only stopped for snack time. There was a small adjustment period and then she told me she wanted to do the whole summer, not just 4 weeks. She’s always ranting and raving how awesome this camp is. Come the fall she’ll be taking a couple of dance classes also. I’m so happy with the beautiful facility. Class sized are great. They have plenty of staff. The inside is super modern and clean. I never even had any idea they were located there. I’ve got to say, I am very impressed by this school. Oh, they even do guitar, piano & singing classes. My 15 year old son started guitar lessons and so far he loves it. He said the teacher is really good. I’m excited about my kids developing new and improved skills at a very affordable price. Thank you
Lloyd is profoundly knowledgeable about music and music theory. He seems to be able to pick up any instrument and take to it. For guitar, he has been particularly helpful in providing what I was looking for: breaking down the technique to fix my bad habits, tighten up my playing, and provide the background of theory, while encouraging a more complete understanding of the entire neck. I know that I’ve already improved, and Lloyd has given me plenty of material to practice and continue to get better.

Patrick was a great help in finding the perfect reed case
Called and talked to Patrick about my son’s saxophone. He was very professional and knowledgeable; had answers to all my questions. Traveling from Carrollton, he held an instrument for us until we got there! Thanks for your excellent customer service.
I sent my flute in to be repaired. I got am estimate of $150 to repair a few pads, fit a tenon, and realign/clean the rod and keys. When I picked up my flute, they had not only done all that, but had also fixed my flute case, place a brand new handle, cleaned the case, removed a number of dents, plus everything they said they were going to do, and still charged the same amount. I was very impressed and would absolutely go back
I wouldn’t say it’s the most amazing selection, but the staff are quite nice and the prices aren’t terrible. Descent local music shop
I have been there years ago.
The staff and employee was good but the guiter instructor was so bad old white men. For my experience, one day i wanted tell him I want to quick. And I said that. And then he walks around us and said to me ” I am a good teacher…” I have right to quit my lesson and he do not have right to treared me. It was so bad happen and I very frastrate that he still there.
Do not give your debit card number to these people. They take what you give them permission and then try to take 150. Then 200. Then another 100. Costs 200. In overdraft fees.
I bought a Piccolo at an academy in November, but I had a problem with my bag, so I visited him on November 15 and asked the company again, the staff told me. However, the company did not call back after a month, but the answer was not from the company. So I applied again. But now the year has changed and they still can’t reach me. I’m really angry when I have to wait.
We went in the store yesterday and the employee kicked me out of the store because I have a legitimate medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. Lost out on my business.
