Love these people. So incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They really took extra time to help me in my search for just the right guitar. I look forward to future purchases and service from them.
Don, Sandy, Connor, Darren and everyone else down at Jensen are incredibly nice and helpful. They run a tight shift and no guitar is off limits. They have an incredible selection of new guitars from all quality levels and prices and have some awesome rare used gear.
Great place
They have more than just guitars they also sell wind instruments and string instruments
Good people knowledgeable, highly recommend
We love this place. Kids do lessons here and the teachers are great. Friendly staff.
They didn’t communicate with me and made me wait a month for a simple violin repair. The repair also wasn’t done well and had to be brought back days later to have bridge fixed again. Days later it only broke yet again……
Don can be a bit rude and condescending. I want to support the small business local guys, but just a little more respect would go a long way.
Great place if you are looking for a cheap jangly Chinese made guitar. Spend a few minutes with the owner so he can brag about his skills and insult your intelligence!

Address: 614 Kimbark St, Longmont, CO 80501 , Firestone , Colorado , United States
Awesome store, awesome people. Todd knows just how to treat people well!
Guitars, Etc. has been a part of my music life since elementary school. I have purchased countless amounts of musical equipment from here. I support this business not only because it’s a local, family-owned one, but because of it’s honesty and integrity; I know I am getting a high quality instrument which fits my music budget; the staff is very knowledgeable and supportive.
When walking into the store I am always greeted with a hello and a smile ( or a wave)!!!! The selection of musical instruments is overwhelming!!!! The knowledge of the staff on all instruments is a great help!!! If they don’t have what I’m looking for they will always be happy to order it for me!!! I highly recommend you stop in and take a look and see for yourself what a great experience you will have!!!! Thank you Todd and staff for all that you do for the community!!!!
Pretty cool place, except I can only afford guitar strings and kazoos
Has really expensive stuff. Wouldn’t recommend going here as there items are way more expensive then what you can get by just going across the street to the other music store.
Staff was attentive and there was a good selection of items.
Good service depends on the day that you go in. They have eyes on you the whole time like you are going to break something. Would rather drive to the nearest Guitar Center.
I paid 9 dollars more for the same set of acoustic strings than the music place right down the street. The actual store is huge but the selection is pretty small. The pictures are deceiving. Probably wouldn’t recommend because of the clear price gouge. I won’t be shopping here again.
These people are terrible. Take your money somewhere else. They make you wait around for weeks and weeks to rent an instrument and can’t even give you an estimated time it will come in. My daughter deserves better and so do you. Terrible service, worst I’ve ever experienced.

Very nice customer service. Knowledgeable and honest.
Very small, very polite, very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone.
Renting was a great experience from here!
I’m horrible at name’s but am assuming the guy who helped me was the owner , he was very nice and had a lot knowledge on all the instruments. He was a lot of help.
11. Starbucks

Great service and coffee as always. Tables are clearly marked as closed. COVID protocols is in effect.
Great service every time
I love starbucks
Great service
The service and food were normal for Starbucks, but it was extremely crowded which made the visit not as enjoyable.
I live in Greeely and this Starbucks has been a convenient place to meet friends from Denver for an hour or two to visit. Convenient location, good service
Wow! Ive been coming here for years, today was the first display of raw human laziness ive experienced. I ordered an iced mocha, light on the ice. Its ok that the barista handed me a hot one, I politely told her it was supposed to be iced, and what does she do? Pours the hot mocha over light ice, effectively handing me a warm mocha with ice that immediately melts. Thanks for wasting my 6 dollars.
This is by far the slowest Starbucks in existence. You’ve been warned.
You must pay me
12. Firestone Complete Auto Care
Address: 4515 City Centre Rd, Firestone, CO 80504 , Firestone , Colorado , United States
They were really quick to fix my flat tire I was in and out probably within 30 minutes give or take, but not too much longer though
Mike is always very helpful and thorough.
Mike, Carlos, and Stan are awesome. Got me in and out. Perfect work. Will be back.
Nice place plenty of parking good variety of stores for small town
This is actually at Burger King next door to Firestone Auto Care.
This is not a traditional City Centre, it is a traditional fast food corner. Hey pretty much got one of each of all the major Fest Foods within a stone’s throw.
Very disappointed with the Firestone Facilities as a whole not only the one I currently go to for my tire service as I thought it would behoove me to purchase the tire rotation and balancing for the longevity of the life of both sets of tires I have on two separate vehicles. At first purchase of the tire set I placed on my 1997 Honda Civic a large dent was placed on the quarter panel and noone assumed responsibility. First disappointment. Secondly I purchased a second set of tires on my 2012 Nissan Titan never had an issue until this point was told by a 3rd party that TPMS sensors would have to be replaced as my ECU was unable to communicate with said sensors. Moved forward and replaced all sensors to find out from the technician saying that there was nothing wrong with the sensors but new ones were replaced anyways with no communication to me at that point. Still having issues with the vehicle,I took it to a Nissan dealership where they corrected any issues of communication with the ECU they then asked if I wanted to reset the TPMS sensors and I told them I had already payed for the service thru Firestone. So I would have them address the issue of resetting the sensors . I walked in after coming from the Dealership made an appt for the following Saturday went in to only be notified they could still not reset the sensors and then was asked why did I not have the dealership correct the issue as Firestone was the facility that performed the work. Disappointment #2 unfortunately not sure if would ever continue getting any type of service from Firestone. I had an assumption that instead of giving reasons why something can’t get completed and charging the client why wouldn’t Firestone take responsibility for thier actions?? Truelly Dissapointed which Firestone as a whole not just the Facility I’ve utilized since they have opened but also the one located in Thornton off 136th
Guy (think his name was Stu. Pretty sure he was the manager) said he was too busy and all backed up with a whole whopping 2 cars in the bay w/a handful of cars in the parking lot (my guess is employees). Sorry to be an inconvenience Stu. Only saw 1 person working, everyone else was just sitting around (no wonder their backed up. Not a place to pop into if you need something small & quick. My recommendation is to go to see the boys @ Big O in Boulder. No job to big or small for em with fantastic customer service. I sure as hell won’t be back to a Firestone any decade soon
They need to do a better job at reaching out to people who have their appointments canceled. Received an email confirming my appointment and when I got there they had someone up on the bay instead and said mine was canceled. I never received and email saying it was canceled. The manager Jason was also very rude. I would not come back here try somewhere else for lower prices and better customer service.

Address: 5950 Firestone Blvd, Firestone, CO 80504 , Firestone , Colorado , United States
Everyone was really nice. It down poured and the employees did not kick us out even though both my wife and I were sleeping on the table because of the weather outside. Probably the best Mc’bitchin(hot and spicy and a McDouble slammed together) that I’ve had in a long time
Its mcdonalds.
Slow and forgot items from most of our groups separate orders.. but nice place clean and friendly staff.
After waiting forever for my food, I get home to “enjoy” my spicy chicken sandwich. After two bites I actually take a look at what I am eating, to find the chicken is still raw!!!
Eating here will produce feces in your colon.
Took over 15 minutes to try and download app and jump through the hoops. Missed breakfast by 2 minutes. Really? I think I’m done with McDonald’s. As my son pointed out, the food isn’t like it was so we are on to another business. I wouldn’t give it 1 star but the rating app won’t allow anything less.

I fully trust Nathan to take care of my professional model flute. He is a master of his craft and I love his work!

17. Music Depot
Address: 2318 W 17th St, Greeley, CO 80634 , Firestone , Colorado , United States
I love this place. The employees are all very knowledgeable and helpful, and you can tell that they work there because they love it. Would choose to go here over any other guitar store, any day.
Purchased instruments somewhere and went in with questions. We received great advice and got set up with the accompanying accessories to learn. Highly recommend. Great staff.
Fantastic music shop and great employees that care!
They had a book I needed.
Some dork will make you wear one of his silly masks if he thinks your mask isn’t good enough. Needed a new trumpet, ended buying a single E string instead, take your money elsewhere if possible.
Good store and staff. Had a little bit of a mix up on a mandolin set up which is why I only gave 2 stars. But everything else about music depot is great.
Even though the state has been opened up, they still are trying to force people to wear them. Zero stars. I guess spending on small businesses is out. Amazon it is, which is a shame, because I’d prefer to go to a local store.

Rebekah and Jeromey were super helpful, knowledgeable, patient and extremely personable.
Both Ian and Matt were AWESOME!! Super friendly, helpful and patient! They walked me through the entire process of getting my phone switched over and upgraded. Definitely will be recommending them to family and friends!
Friendly service and all requirements taken care of
Helpful and willing to fix issues
My Wife and I were ready to up grade our phones We to the Firestone location and started our journey to getting new phones.
Our associate Trever was quite helpful in getting us into new phones.
However he failed to tell us there was and $80.00 set up fee i found this out when he had us read the disclaimer. Not happy With the amount of years we have been with Verizon. This didn’t matter. So we moved on with the sale .
We bought two Samsung g21’s At the gong Rate of $1000.00 each We did however get a trade in Of $800.00 for my phone and $36.00 For my wife’s phone All is good we left the store and went home. We than found out that they didn’t come with chargers So went back to the store the next day And asked why they didn’t have chargers The girl then told me we had to buy the box to charge them.
I guess this is when I lost it. we had just payed Over Two thousand dollars for the phones with out chargers.
I wouldn’t use this store because the customer service was very poor.
They don’t even know what that is. Also they didn’t even have the boxes you need for the charger.
Rude and unprofessional
Update may 2,2021 once again I tried doing business with them and got terrible service. I don’t recommend the store in firestone Colorado
I can’t say if this is common at this location or not, and everyone was nice as individuals…but unfortunately I had an absolutely awful experience with this retailer.
First, as I was sitting in front of the store salesperson and *before* I signed any documents, I asked specifically if the activation fees and any taxes would be all that I would be spending up front, to which the reply was ‘yes’. I was setting up 4 lines at $35/per, which is $140…add on some taxes and I’m thinking about $200 or so. Afterwards, the bill comes out to $390. I asked what the ‘extra’ is for, and I’m told that it’s $30/per line for data transfer fees. I mentioned that I can do that myself in 5-10 minutes, and was then told that the fees can’t be waived. I’m not happy, but I’m still under the impression that I’m paying for activation fees + a data transfer charge.
Fast-forward to end of month, and I’m being charged another $415 by ‘national’ Verizon, part of which is for activation fees again! I explain to them that I’ve already paid that…’national’ Verizon disagrees. After calling the retailer back for clarification, it turns out that, in addition to the data transfer fees, I’ve also paid some other ‘set up’ fee charge!…and that I in fact did not pay any activation fees. So, in all, it cost nearly $400 just to set up my phones *MINUS* activation fees.
Second…I explained to the salesperson that I wanted a $35 unlimited line, and they explained that, for the promo I wanted, it needed to be a $45 plan…which I was fine with; except somehow I’m now on a $55 plan.
There were other more minor issues as well. This was my first time buying phones from a retailer (which, I didn’t actually know at the time, nor would I have thought that the ‘rules’ would be different anyway…Verizon is Verizon). I don’t know if all cell retailers do business this way, but I’m left with very much a ‘snake oil’ impression of this location at least. From now on, I will make sure I’m purchasing phones from the actual cell company. Furthermore, not only would I not recommend this business; I would advise to either steer very clear of this place or at least know what you’re getting into when you make a purchase here.
