Walked in and this place stunk of weed. The staff was nowhere to be found for 5 minutes until she walked in. I walked in to buy beer and decided to go down the street instead.

I really like Loves. They have a variety of useful items as well as a variety of unique items. I also like that they have several different places to choose from for eating as well as their normal hot dogs in that kind of thing. The place is always clean and the customer service is up to par. It is a little high dollar but when you want to stop and get something quick you gotta pay the price.

So today the 10th of September we went in to get some groceries a girl named Regina with glasses was working and when we walked in there was a line so we do our shopping and finish up and get in line we waited about 10 mins behind a couple people and the cashier on duty still did not assist us so a customer in front of me went and got the cashier and she finally came up front she was pretty much hiding in the aisles watching all of us stand in line. I don’t know what sort of place they are running here but it is really not polite and for us to have to ask the cashier to ring us up is totally bull. Just an fyi to all of you that shop here!!!!

Was woke up in the middle of the night from a dead sleep by an employee claiming I was in one of 14 spits marked as reserved, the spits in question began 3 places away from where I was parked, and we’re CLEARLY marked as reserved. The parking place I was in was NOT marked as reserved. Was told I would be towed for parking in a place that was supposedly reserved. I’m at this store 2 to 3 times a week, never again.
No hot water, no hot food, subway is closed. Its gettin rough out here boys.

Nick and Andrea are my go-to people for all of my DJ needs. I came in wanting to buy a certain piece of gear that I thought I needed, spoke with Nick and Andrea and I walked out with a better piece of gear for a lower price. Anytime I have a question or want to see if my equipment will work with a new piece of equipment they are always very helpful and make sure I get what I need. I trust them and will only go to them!
WENT IN TO GET MY GUITAR FIXED (WARPED PICK–GUARD) AND IT IS NOW LIKE NEW. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DELT WITH ME AND MY PROPERTY WITH RESPECT. I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND SAM ASH TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
I’ve been very happy with this place. Salesman were friendly and helpful, and the issue I had with my guitar was promptly fixed by another friendly fellow.
Checked out some guitars and amps… played on two guitars and amps. I prefer Fender Strats but the price is enough to scare one away… far away. I couldn’t find what I was looking for as far as amplifiers go, but then again I wasn’t asked if i needed help with anything…kinda left to wander around like a tourist LOL.. so I went to the other side of the store to check out PA systems, mics and stuff and again found myself wandering around wondering who was going to offer some assistance…didn’t happen. So I left. Did I miss something here? Oh yeah… Customer Service… it must have died with Covid 19 or Omnicron or my favorite… Monkey Pox! Trust the science. Lmao.

I purchased a guitar yesterday 2/19/2021. The staff was very friendly, and more than willing to help. They acted very professionally and you can tell the people really enjoy what they do. I’ll purchase from them again.
Sam Ash did not do anything to get my bass guitar from Ibanez in the time promised. All they had to do was call over and tell them to 2 day ship. Instead of my ship date being 1 week from time of purchase (standard), it was 7. The employees seemed dumbfounded by the long wait and kept saying sorry, maybe next week (over and over) instead of working for me and making it happen. They did not offer to throw-in a little something for my trouble, I had to ask. And it was nothing really. The employee Sam (who has been there for 7 months or so) said, “You know, we’re not making much off of you, so…” as his excuse for not trying to go above and beyond for this customer. He kept telling me about customers who have had to wait longer than I did, even when they spent $1,000 on a guitar. As though they deserve a trophy for that. I think that’s even worse that Sam Ash wouldn’t work hard for the person paying that much. But EQUALLY, customers should get what they paid for. I cried in the store when I finally picked it up, trying to explain things to Sam and the manager and they legit didn’t act like they cared about me at all. I left defeated, tears in my eyes, and angry. I will never purchase anything from here again.
If you are in a hurry go somewhere else. The amount of paperwork that they do will keep you there a lot longer than it should.
Set on the phone for 45mins trying to get a human to talk to me! You would think I’m calling to verify my health benefits the way I was placed on hold and passed around?? I was only looking to get a price. In the end they hung up on me. Customer service sucks big time!!!!
