They provided me awesome service yesterday. I went in looking to find something and they had just what I needed! Every time I go there I am always greeted with a smile and get excellent customer service!
Great place to buy, sell, or trade. They have some beautiful guitars and Guido is a great guy.
Guidos a straight shooter always has the best real deals on great gear and the best finds! Fair on pricing, a real players dealer of fine instruments thanks Guido! We’ll be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great service and reasonable prices.
I bought a 1949 Gibson LG3 from Guido at the Arlington Guitar Show this past weekend that he stated to be all original. Within 24 hours I discovered the bridge had been replaced which effects its value greatly. I asked for some compensation for this change & Guido refused to give me a break on price & refused to take it back. He stated “I should give him back money from our last transaction or he would do nothing for me”. Is this how you want to be treated by a so called expert ? There was no offer ever made to buy back both guitars back from me at all. Never again will I be burned by Guido !
This is easily the worst guitar shop I have ever been in. His prices are outrageous for the cheap faulty equipment he sells. The 15$ guitar amp cord I bought from him recently broke within a week. WITHIN A WEEK , for 15$ I could have gotten quality cord. He treats customers as poorly as he let’s his shop look. If you want to buy shoddy guitars , faulty equipment, and be treated like garbage that has sat on the curb for a month then go ahead and buy from this crook. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING HERE , if you need a guitar for someone who’s never played and you don’t what you need look elsewhere . Buyer be warned.
I was playing an acoustic while the owner was making a sale. While seeing he was making a sale, I knew to play quietly. The owner stopped, looked at me and my age, (19) and told me to put the guitar up if I wasn’t a serious customer. He then proceeded to take the guitar himself and tell me to ask to play the guitars. I’ve never had that happen before at this specific store. So, I then went to the electric section to try out a Fender Jaguar. After I plugged in and tuned up, I went to play. After the owner made his sale, he proceeded to tell me that I was being disrespectful by not asking and yanked the guitar for me and put it up. He then kicked me out. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a music store in my life. You sir, have a lost a loyal customer.

Great people They can make violins and guitars ,etc. Too cool
Bill and Pam are great people. Mark does great work on gear. Love this place and the people in it. Just good folks. Also prices are great. Bill will work with ya just don’t BS him.
Good people here.
the staff is helpful. Just check the things out before you buy, the stuff is used so check it out and make sure it works the way you want it to work.
This place is very small and crowded with goods. Most of the things are for those who really want to rock out. Lots of amps and electronic equipment and electrified instruments. Very little acoustic. The photos you see on Google maps don’t quite represent as much what you see in the store because it looks from the pictures like there’s more acoustic than they’re actually is. But the staff seem to be very good at helping customers make decisions.
#accessibility accessibility is poor. There is a super steep ramp step to get into the store and then it’s crowded inside. My friend on crutches with a large service dog had a difficult time getting around inside. I had a small guide dog and found the quarters very cramped. I’m just mentioning this so that people will be aware. Next time I go in, I will leave my guide dog at home and use a white cane to navigate.
The vast majority of the store has everything for electric instruments. There’s a little teeny acoustic room in the back which is so small that you barely have enough room to turn around and certainly not enough room to change your mind. Again mentioning so the people know what to expect.
Great places to take your child to get a school band instrument.
Dropped my guitar off before Christmas was told it would be ready 2nd week of January. Called 3rd week was told not yet. Called 1st week of February was told it was being repaired. Called 4th week was told it would be ready today or tomorrow. Still not ready. Called March 2nd was told still not ready had not started on it had no idea when they would start on it or when it would be ready. Then the smart ass says if I am in a hurry I could just come and get it he did not care.
Unfriendly staff
Bought a brand new acoustic guitar here after years of using this store for my musical needs. The guitar wasnt staying in tune and i noticed the intonation was a little off as well. I took it back 4 days later and they offered me 100 bucks for it. It was brand new and i spend 400 on it and bought a 150 dollar case as well. Thats not the way you treat repeat customers. I will never be returning to this store again.

I had a wonderful time producing a recording session here for singer songwriter Clay Cabe. Brent is a master behind the board and also laid down some wicked electric guitar lines! Thanks to Big Event Music for making this a great and memorable session!
And it is missed as it was fine and entertaining
Love it the guys are ready to help where they can
The guy I see on weekends named Douglas is always friendly and a big help.
Awesome place
These guys are always willing to help and are really knowledgeable .
Not enough inventory
I bought everything from guitar cases to a JBL top of line PA from them before I found out they are totally BOGUS! Sold me used merchandise as new, then got an attitude when I called them on it! Cuss me out when you’re a thiefing liar? I don’t think so! I wouldn’t buy a guitar pick from these people!!!
I bought a lot of things from Brent when the store sold instruments and amps and was always happy with them. Unfortunately, things have changed. I brought a guitar in that needed a rewire job. I was aware they were busy with festivals but they kept my guitar for 2 months and finally called and told me they didn’t have time to fix it. Needless to say, I wont be back.
This is the best store ever !!! Everyone is so nice and helpful, I LOVE this store!!!!!! My daughter bought me a Fender Guitar here and a Peavey Amp and they went out of their way to help me!!! I will be a lifelong customer!!!

Employees were awesome. Will be back for Christmas gifts again soon.
Wow! Huge shout out to Todd with drums. I recently got back into drums, and he made my buying experience top notch. Not only did he help me through the entire process, but provided good vibes and a great atmosphere. Thanks again man
UPDATE: I went back again for another round of drums, and wow. Todd was still just as willing to help as he was the last time. He got me set up with one of his leads, Tanner, who I was impressed with. Tanner evaluated my gear and had the items I wanted in stock that day. He gave me a more than fair price for everything and I walked out of the store with a new set. Thank you Tanner and Todd for your above and beyond customer service!
Staff was great.helped me find what i was looking for.
Small but very knowledgeable and helpful people!
People were nice after building affinity with one guy. People in this industry seem like you should know your stuff since you have a fender Strat. I’m learning and hope they can help me fix my strings at the bottom of the guitar since it sounds different, and I’ve re- stringed many guitars. I was told to look it up on you tube. I forgive him and look forward to building more of Relationship with the people there. The best way to learn is with others and geeking out together in my opinion. You tube has its place but when it seems like I could possibly make it sound worse, I’d rather have them do it as I watch and pay for the service. I went in with over $2,000 dollars but walked out with $140 of stuff. Will try again, but taking back the stuff I bought since its not what I want and doesn’t work. Things have changed since 1996 when I played. I really love how you can make loops and record over them with a pedal. I’m so interested in that.
Carl
They are very busy and don’t have time to assist. Their prices are good though
Dont get the pro coverage, it is a scam. They did not cover a midi keyboard with a broken key.
Selection not great, witnessed a “protection plan” upsell that was really awkward. No Ibanez or Charvel models
