Tony O played our community Welcome Back event last Saturday. He was very easy to schedule and responsive to my inquiry. He arrived 45 minutes ahead of the start time and set up early. His performance was outstanding. Our community has a wide array of ages and he played a variety of music to serve all. There was a lot of dance tunes for all to enjoy. I highly recommend him for any event. We will be scheduling him again!
Very talented singer and piano player! Hired him for the grand opening of the new community center at our country club. He played a great selection of songs and definately helped to make the event successful!
Had Tony for our Valentine dance and he was wonderful. He was very professional and our gusts just loved him. He was very accommodating with the requests. I would and will like to have Tony come back and sing and play for our group at Carriage Village again.Tony thank you for a job well done.

Staff are always friendly and eager to assist whenever I go in.
After considerable research to locate and then discuss my needs with a competent repair facility, I left my Elkhart Conn 88H trombone with Todd at Cadence in North Ft Myers FL. There were hand slide issues that were largely masked to me due to built up tension in the end crook and inner and outer slide parallelism. There was also a small dent that was mirrored in inner and outer slides that required lots of burnishing. Additionally the rotary valve was removed, realigned etc and main screw replaced that was hanging by a thread. Slide and rotary valve then ultrasonically cleaned. Huge improvement now in how the horn responds and sounds.
I am a retired HS Band Director and play professionally through SW FL. This horn is a main workhorse for many venues. Todd put much time into my complicated repair and refurb. I would recommend Cadence Music services to any colleague.

Friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing harp teacher who makes lessons fun for my five-year-old. My daughter has progressed a lot and looks forward to her lessons!
I will say they have made an extrodianary effort to correct the issues we had. They have a fair rent to own program. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is because it did take some time. Overall make sure you are very clear what you want and what you will get
I broke a clarinet and without a problem the next day Cadence Music picked it up and fixed it very fast about 4 days and while it was being fixed I got a loner…GREAT EXPERIENCE
They had what we were looking for and easy parking. I found the customer service average; clerks on duty seemed less than motivated to help.
I had my oboe fixed there about a month ago and when I got it back it was still broken and it cost $150 originally for them to do nothing to it, but on the bright side they polished the keys so then it made it look like they actually fixed my instrument
The owner is extremely rude and the employees are incompetent. I usually go to Mostly Music in North Fort Myers because the owner is nicer and knowledgeable about all instruments. he is not just out to make a quick buck by ripping off students. I am going to try First note in the Cape next because I heard, from a music teacher, they are less expensive and more honest than Cadence.
Be Very careful with this company. They charged me for a Rental on a snare drum that i never saw or even asked for. They said they delivered the drum to a Middle school for my son and the school knew nothing about a drum. Cadence then sent me to collections for $800.00, I found out about the drum from the collection company. FRAUD

Es un instrumental de música, lo que no se encuentra los teclados KORG.
The manager Chris, was extremely helpful and friendly. We went in on Black Friday and they were very busy and Chris helped us, he was very nice. And they were handling customers quickly and efficiently. And all the employees were very friendly.
Generally pretty helpful when staffed
Nice
Very good, even though I didn’t buy it was a good shopping experience.
We brought a keyboard and was told the foot paddle was included and when we opened the box but no foot paddle was inside
Now watch this when I call they put me on hold and they never came to the phone.
Shame on Guitar Center.
Don’t come in thinking the items you called about the day before are in stock after they said they were in stock. Don’t play too much quiet music in the keyboard room, they will run you out of town like Frankenstein’s monster. Don’t expect common courtesy like, “How may I help you?” when you approach the counter for assistance, an abrupt, “Are you okay??” shall suffice. Worst experience in a GC ever.
The fellow customers is what made my experience. I talked to an interesting ex cuban military missionary guy for a few hours, I’m still processing everything he said. He’s the genuine article! That said though, it is guitar center after all. I saw a Washburn acoustic with a headstock with a huge crack that was glued back and they want full price, or a 4k dollar keyboard that was dropped and the metal framing is bend so some of the keys around the damage area stay down, but it’s on the floor for full price. Like c’mon guys, send it back to the manufacturer for b stock, fix it yourselves, or at the very least give a bigg discount.
The most amazing guitar detail you will ever have the pleasure of experiencing.
Steve is a great luthier. I have a Martin acoustic that had several issues including the bridge needing to be reset. My guitar now plays better than ever. If you need any work done to a guitar this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend.
Great same day service, a real pro.

They always do a Great job servicing my Guitars. Great Store, Great Service and Great pricing.
First time customer, certainly not my last. Open on Sundays, I searched while taking a family member to the airport. My wife, daughter and myself were in search of a good ukulele and always in search of good customer service and knowledge…BINGO! we got the trifecta. Bob was awesome in directing my daughter to the perfect instrument and answered all questions.
I’ve known David and Bob for over 12 years! David Magnate has had his doors open for 50 years! That in itself speaks volumes. Being a Pro musician, I can say you’re in good hands!
I took music lessons here for a while. Everyone inside was really nice and the instructor was really knowledgeable.
I didn’t like that I was being pressured to pre pay for continued lessons even though I couldn’t with my work schedule. When I told them I couldn’t schedule anything further until a week of two, the guy started telling me i would lose my spot and there would be nothing he could do.
Overall, not a bad experience, just really put a damper on it.
Plenty of parking , decent customer service, good selections of instruments , prices not that good, sales rep tried to push sales instead of suggestions.
Nice Place but very pricey… A lot of things you can get on Amazon for way cheaper.
Carl says he’s “reactionary” teacher (no lesson plans). Be prepared to tell the teacher what you need to learn??? 6 lessons and what I learned is how good Carl can play guitar and that it’s a really difficult instrument to learn. What a POS! Dave (the owner) is okay.
Made a HUGE mistake purchasing a digital piano from Mr Music, Inc – Fort Myers. I wanted to support a small local business and I did something I don’t usually do and purchased it without looking the product up online. I figured I would be paying a little more by not buying from a big box store but turns out I paid over DOUBLE!! And the owner is very firm on the no return policy. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. I take responsibility for my lack of research but am disappointed that this small business is ripping people off so bad.
Can’t give zero stars. If you feel like you need to form your own opinion that’s fine. But I can promise you that I never write bad reviews. Take it or leave it.
DJ John was everything we could have asked for in a DJ at our wedding. He got every detail perfect! From the song selections to the timing of events, he nailed it! It was so refreshing to have a DJ listen to what we wanted out of our music. I’ve attended a lot of weddings that were just mundane and the same as every other wedding, same music, same dances…boring! He kept the dance floor moving and he kept the bride and groom happy! I will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a wedding DJ!
As a Real Estate Agent working with a Seller who is moving to another state, needed advice regarding moving a piano. Jay was very helpful and gave me several ideas of how to get this accomplished for the Seller.
Love taking lessons here. I take voice & piano with Ms Diane. Any of the instructors I have encountered here are so nice and talented. They let you direct the pace you are comfortable with. They teach all ages and experience levels.
I was very pleased with the attention that I received and the demonstration of the organ that I was interested in. I was allowed to play the organ at my convenience(with my organ shoes!) and as long as I wished. I was particularly impressed with David Jozaities’ talent and also his understanding of my needs. I am glad I found Jay & Kay’s!
Friendly and knowledgeable … good experience!
This is more of a music school than a music store if that makes sense. Sure, there is some sheet music and instruments for sale, but it’s obvious that they are for the student teacher relationship. The staff guy was pretty nice to me and I got a good vibe of the place though, just not really my cup of tea
Great people very helpful highly recommended
I’m new to the area being only 4 years in Cape Coral. While our 1st home we built didn’t have room for a Piano. I made sure that our 2nd home we are building now does. With all the shortages of product inventory I decided to buy a Piano now. Being a former business owner I try to buy everything from local companies. I called Jay & Kay by phone I explained exactly what I’ve told you above. I said to Jay I’m picking up a sandwich from Parkway subs and illl be there in 20 minutes. Upon my arrival I entered the store. No greetings. I walked around for about 25 minutes. No one ever approached us. I took a card off their desk and wrote a note. Left my phone number. No one has ever called me.back. That was on 07/26/2021. Not sure why Jay invited us to his showroom with detailed instructions of their location. Waste of time. I drove down to Piano Distributors and then to Nicks Pianos. I was greeted very well by Anthony and Nick at each location. Then I drive to Dave’s Piano’s Tamps area again another professional very knowledgeable as well. I compared the 3. I made my selection and place a deposit on the 60k piano
Don’t bother going to Jay & Kay they don’t need to waste your time
Sadly to say I wanted to buy in my local neighborhood. Support the local businesses after the Covid 19 destruction.
I personally left their business card on the counter and had wrote a note on the back asking them to call me with my phone number on it. Crickets !!!

Knowledgeable luther and friendly owner. Would go back again. Good selection of beginner and moderately priced guitars, acoustic and electric. Lots of amps and supplies. They sell ukes and mandolins too.
Store front of WD is relatively small. But shop has a lot of parts in the back of facility. It helps if you have an idea of what you specifically need before arriving. Small but mighty…. huge inventory in the back room.
This is a cool local guitar shop I found on vacation. It is small on square footage, but big on selection. Very reasonably priced and brilliantly displayed. Lots of beautiful instruments and supplies. Definitely worth a stop in, if you’re a guitarist.
It’s small…nice place to start.
So I’m on the ‘net’ looking for Grover machine heads… Well, I found the most expensive ones here!! Now I know everyone likes to make a buck and have a profitable business, and I certainly don’t have a problem with that! But the prices here are $20.00 or more a set than say Stewmac or other on-line retailers. And no…. WD Music price doesn’t include “free” shipping! So my take on WD Music? What a joke, take your business elsewhere and save a few hard earned dollars in the process! These guys must think musicians are either ignorant, foolish, or have plenty of disposable income! Obviously there are better and more affordable options and choices that WD Music!
“The WORST customer experience” ever, from GUITAR TECH. I was excited to go to this Local Shop for sometime now. Not because of a referral but because I’ve been seeing it everyday along my drive to work. Due to the shops inconvenient hours M-F 10am-5pm ONLY, I have not been able to get there until today. Keep in mind I have $1200+ ready to spend on new equipment. I was also looking to get some work done on my Fender p-bass. Tech came out after being asked by front counter, immediately with an attitude, “what do you want?” I explained that I was not completely excited about the big chain stores and I wanted to use a local business. I explained that I would like my instrument looked at, that I had some concerns. He explained that I could leave it, and that would have been fine by me, however I just had a quick question. It was just a quick glance that would say if it were obvious if the neck was twisted. Then he proceeded to tell me to “leave it or go..” I was floored by his continued rudeness. I told him leaving it was fine but I just have a couple questions. He again rudely said “leave it or go..”. So I told him I was very disappointed that I was looking for someone I could trust and buy from going forward. I closed my case up, and proceeded to work towards leaving. I accidentally knock some business cards off the counter, then immediately went to bend doqn to pick them up, but before I could he swore at me basic saying “look at the f#@$ing mess you made. That is when I said fine you pick it up then, and started walking towards the door at which point he continued tobswore and say “get the f@#$ out of the store practically chasing me. I had no intention of want or ever wanting anything from that shop again. I don’t normally write reviews but this needed to be share to protect others from a rude and poorly run business…. Look elsewhere, I will. If anybody knows of a great shop that I can trust and spend my money at, please let me know.
Thanks,
Jerry
I went there but I left because it was no one to take care of the customer, not sure where the employees were at that moment.

Called them up looking for a used hi hat stand and they upped up giving me one for free!! Great look showroom. Nice folks. Definitely go check them out.
These folks saved an Alvarez guitar I had for forty years when I thought it was hopeless. They even got it done on short notice to fit my travel schedule. Thank you Jordan and everyone who had a hand in resurrecting a friend I thought was lost. Nice!
Great veteran helping business.
Very overpriced, better off going to Guitar Center in Fort Myers. 🙁
10:17 am not open…site says open incorrect.
Just wow! I ordered a $200 guitar off the website, never received package (most likely stolen or lost), per their customer service the package was delivered, but I’m biting the bullet because their exact words, “well someone would be out the money”. Um, doesn’t companies usually have insurance on items that are shipped, especially a $200 item????? So now, my fiance doesn’t have his Christmas present and I’m out that money. That’s cool!

Two thumbs up for the professionalism of the staff!! Always courteous and friendly atmosphere…. these folks are here to help you with your recording needs!! Quick and EFFICIENT SERVICES IS WHAT YOU GET from Vibe Recording Studios.. Frank IS AWESOME, ALWAYS GREETING US With a SMILE!! Katie is Warm and makes us feel VERY COMFORTABLE!! I recommend this Studio if you are looking for a business relationship with Positive RESULTS!!
Haven’t recorded here, but I do rent a rehearsal room. I love this place so much. Takes a while for a room to be available but that’s because people don’t want to get rid of em. It’s 3:00 a.m. and you want to play some drums? No problem!
I love, and highly recommend the Vibe! It’s a great group of people there who are passionate about helping artists make great music. But best of all, they have spectacular equipment- Neumann mics, Manley mic pres, and the most beautiful SSL 40ch analog console that makes the music sound like aural velvet, all at reasonable prices. My debut album was recorded there and it sold over 40,000 copies. I’ve looked at all recording studios in SWFL (and have used several of them) but always come back to the Vibe.
I did a session with them a while ago and it went pretty great. But with the time we had we had to reschedule. I’ve called multiple times to reschedule but they didn’t have anything opened. I also felt like I waisted money because I don’t even have the original track that I did
No response
Don’t know how to pick up the phone
I’ve done alot of recording with them, the service was great. They’re good people however I’ve done over 3 mixtapes with the Vibe. Only to end up with 5 songs, they’re telling me my music has been lost. I don’t understand how can this even be possible. All the money I invested, now they don’t answer my calls or text. I recorded with Chad & Charlie before there even was a Vibe studio. They both were at Unity Gain they had me to get all my files from Unity Gain & bring them to them. Now they’re telling me my musics lost. I’ve been trying to get my music from them for 5 years now.
Sign your sincerely Ghost
Dave & Kim are amazing! They made my special day that much more special. They kept us on time and made suggestions when needed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
We had the pleasure of collaborating with Dave from Elite Sounds of Florida. We produced a corporate Casino Night at the Hyatt Coconut Point and Dave was superb! He setup early and kept the crowd involved. He also provided a lighting that included up-lights which gave the large crowded room a party atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dave at Elite Sounds of Florida for your event!
Elite sounds of florida was my best choice for hiring a d.j. Dave was so great and was always there for me to answer any questions I had regardless of what time of day it was. My wedding wouldn’t have been the same with another d.j. he was great! I had trouble coming up with a playlist other than my favorites and he did an amazing job at reading the crowd and playing music that everyone would like! I definitely recommend then to anyone who asks!
