Set up different than ours in Missouri, but I liked it. Groceries were at the front of the store.

They just did a “remodel” and made the main isles much wider for Black Friday & took out half of the mainstays we have bought regularly for MANY YEARS. I would go elsewhere… But they are it in my town. Have to drive @ least 45 miles any direction to get to another Wally or over an hour for Target/K-Mart. Thanks for nothing Wal-Mart.
Its Walmart, a typical cavernous, fluorescent light lit store. Although some changes have been occuring to make it less boring and pedantic. Its still pretty much a march in, march out type of shopping experience. I used the self check out so I really did all the customet service. I should complain their help was moody and wasnt really able to find what I was looking for at the price the customer wanted.
I do money transfers here, but rarely shop here anymore. They dont carry the things I use anymore. I have to go to Jacksonville Walmart, a lot more to choose from.
3. McDonald’s

We were there for a little while, was talking to another parent that was there for a while. Kids had fun but the play place was smaller and had less then when i was a kid. Everything went fine until an employee decided she had to falunt her power around and tell me and this other parent that we had to leave cause there was a supposed time limit on being in the play place,even though we both were payint customers and had every right to be there. Other than that fiasco it went well my kids had fun.
Still the most reliable, quick breakfast you can find while on the road.
Quick service and the food is usually fresh. Lobby has been had issues with cleanliness, tables not being cleaned, but this is one of the better ran McDonald’s I’ve seen.

The staff in Pittsfield are mostly pleasant. Yes you have the occasional mess up but that is anywhere. This is mainly a review about the food and franchise. A plain cheeseburger costs $1.89 before tax now. That’s nonsense. McDonald’s used to be a place of convenience and “ok” food that was reasonably priced. It’s neither of those now. They care more about their drive thru times than anything else. The food is neither cheap or convenient now. For the price it cost to eat this stuff you might as well dine at an actual restaurant with good food. There’s a reason the franchise is where it is.

The staff here have been beyond helpful. They were very reasonable with a trade-in that I brought and have been insightful with small-time purchases like picks and strings. Have tried out several instruments, effects, and amps here. They have a great variety for sale and I’ll come here first when I need a big-ticket item. Best shop in town.

Going to get my guitar that i bought used there to get it fixed i assumed they would have fixed any imperfections before they put it on a shelf for purchase
The guest experience was alright, but after going in, and returning my item the staff took my return and assured me it was completed, I left and enjoyed the day, more than a week later and I have discovered the staff I talked to must have processed my return improperly since I have never received my refund on my bank statement and when I tried to call in to get the situation corrected I was told they could not find my transaction. Edit… The owner has personally reached out to me and has worked to correct the situation.

Ignored from the time I walked into the store until I left.Walked a circle throughout looking for help only to find employees chatting it up. Both looked up at me and quickly turned away and continued talking to each other. Will never get my business.
I hate doing this because I want to like music stores but if service is gonna be like this, everyone myswell DIY at home and heed this warning. I’ve had a few guitars setup there which is what I’m always needing done, new guitars etc, well I happen to be changing the strings on my Chapman that I had setup there and the low E saddle of the Floyd Rose came loose and the saddle screw fell out and that’s strange as you tighten them down. Well here’s what I discovered. Either dude lost the original saddle screw or he broke it somehow, but sitting in place of the original saddle screw is a too small saddle screw from a different bridge! It had been set in there and the string was tightened until it held the saddle in place! Like magic no screwing required! This guaranteed that as soon as the string tension came loose the saddle and screw would come loose every time NOT like it’s supposed to. Soooo sad service especially since luckily here at home I have many of those saddle screws laying around. It would have been better service to call me/order the correct part than to wait for me to get home figure out that I have the wrong part and have to deal with it myself. Smh.

AMAZING, AS ALWAYS!!! Brand new menu and the choices are wonderful. The service was 11 out of 10. Instant drink refills and food brought out immediately. We can’t say enough good about Nucci’s!! We drive 80 miles round trip, to eat there as often as possible!!

Parent’s reserved a nice booth for valentines day and were instead seated by a side door and the waitress station (least romantic spot you could ask for in a restaurant), which made it difficult to relax or enjoy the live performance. That, topped off with the oven not working, so no bread and oil (not their fault, but it didn’t help things) killed the evening. Nothing but good things to say about the food though

We traveled about 45 minutes to get here based on the reviews. The food was delicious but we ordered 2 dishes to go for those who could not attend my daughter’s birthday. After waiting 45 minutes we didn’t have our orders. They told us they weren’t even started. They missed them somehow. After telling us they could have it ready in 20 minutes we waited and went back in and it still wasn’t ready. When I asked what they were going to do to make up for this they offered a gift certificate which didn’t even make up for the cost of the 2 meals. NOT IMPRESSED!
Nucci’s is always a special treat and this visit just so happened to be for my birthday. I have NEVER had bad service from nucci’s till today. Our waitress threw a fit over everything and was VERY rude. We originally were going to go Dutch on 5 tickets because we were a large family but she made such a big deal about it that my mom felt like she had to pay for everyone so we could have 1 ticket. My mom wanted to sub American cheese for mozzarella… another eye roll from our waitress. And me, the birthday girl, wanted Alfredo instead of marinara with my toasted ravioli and she says ‘ I don’t think you should do that, it will hold the whole order up and everything will take forever. And the kitchen doesn’t do that because we are busy’ (they werent even that packed yet…meanwhile 4 of us had a meal with Alfredo!) Made me feel 2 inches tall. She came back later, still with an attitude, and said that if we thought she was rude it was because she was called in and we weren’t supposed to be her table! No apology, just a statement. The way I see if we are tipping you then we are your table. I still tipped her a decent tip of $25 and some change, even though everyone at the table said I should have stiffed her. I will be calling Nucci himself and speaking with him about this visit. He has always worked so hard to ensure that every visit I have had there was excellent and if I were him I would like to know how my staff are treating good customers… On there birthday of all days… Plus side… As always the food was Devine. To the waitress, if you read this, you know who you are and unlike you I didn’t want to make your day any worse by validating you were rude when you addressed it, but please do not treat people like that.

I had been getting the itch to play again after a few years.
I went to Music Makers and Dave cut me a great deal on this beauty!
Every time over the years that I’ve stopped by, they’ve never failed to serve me well, for information or merchandise.
I rent a speaker set from here for an event. Price is reasonable and the speaker works very well!
Been going literly for 20 years. Decent service. Nice ppl. Definetly has everything a musician would need.

unfortunate, but i’d had a guitar in storage for a year and the fret board was a disaster.they did an excellent job cleaning that, however, they took it upon themselves to badly alter the guitar without asking us despite us being there and only explained what they’d done after it was too late. another thing about these “fixes” was that they didn’t address the problem at all! they said the action was too high the lower you got on the neck so they shaved the frets?? they also took some off the bridge, though only to the top, not where the strings rest in it. i’m a novice so i didn’t catch this in store, just paid for strings and cleaning and alterations for $40. value of guitar negatively impacted & i paid for it! nice and nice sounding 20yr old, semi acoustic fender. such a shame, and as i said before i was in store and they didn’t ask! i would get my strings changed there again, though stressing that nothing else be done without consulting me
Last five years I have purchased several guitars several by I’m talking around 10 I walked in to this music store a lady did not even ask me how they can help me all she said was what are you looking for looked around for awhile noticed that the pricing was a little bit outrageous. But the main thing was the woman that put the sour taste in my mouth by acting like it was a bother for us to even walk in the store. Oh well their loss my game I’ll continue purchasing equipment from American music supply Sweetwater. Won’t go back
