I was browsing sweetwater and saw this squier, but the only option was preorder. I figured it wasn’t really an immediate necessity and thought why not. Guy from sweetwater called me asking if “realized” that the guitar wasn’t actually in stock. He was so condescending, I felt like I was working for him, and since it was my money, I decided I didn’t want to give it to him. I told him cancel the order which made me want the guitar even more.
I searched the fender website and it said tweed hut had it in stock. I called them, at first they didn’t see it, but they took my information and called me back less than ten minutes later with the good news. I ordered it saturday, they shipped it monday, i got it tuesday, and I’m ecstatic. I don’t know if they set her up, but she plays like a dream right out of the box. Thanks guys!!
Great service and love there guitars
I’ve been going here for 11 years, always very kind and helpful. They always take the time to help you find exactly what you need.
Friendly folks But poor job on my guitar.
1) I took my new guitar for setup and it has the transparent pickguard, it was all dirty inside the pickguard so i had to buy the tool to open the pickguard and clean myself also few screws were popping out. (And also they took off the protective sticker which i kept for a purpose.
2) the frets were still sharp which they said they gonna file it off. So i had to take another shop to get it done and i spent more.
Drove 160 miles total and spend money for poor treatment to the guitar.
My 12 y/o special needs son walked in this store and asked for help, by using their phone to call his mom and was refused help this is absolutely despicable. I will absolutely let people know what kind of people run this store.
They had a decent selection of instruments, but I was very disappointed with how one of the workers treated my friend and me. We were playing on a few different instruments over the course of about 30 minutes, and at some point a worker walked up to us and told us that the jamming had to stop. Never thought I’d hear that complaint in a music store, especially since we were playing relatively quietly. He most likely assumed we weren’t serious about buying anything (which is far from true), but I can assure you that they won’t be getting my business any time soon. I’d rather drive the extra 30 minutes to Guitar Center.

I was a first time buyer of a guitar at this store!
Good quality inventory and people who know music. Was in the area and just needed a keyboard stand. Their service was friendly and informed. Much rather buy here than guess around online. Support local business!
Enjoyed going into the store and Cliff the store manager is very nice to talk to and very helpful. They have a lot of selection and the prices are really really good.
nice music
Rude ppl
The only problem I have with Gordon’s is the prices I paid $23.45 for one oboe reed and to me I think that is very pricey
I was missing a reed for my clarinet. Horrible.
We returned our rental violin a week before it was due and still were charged for the next month. When I contacted Gordon’s they stated they would look into it. After many calls back and forth of them verifying that yes we had turned it in on time they said they would look into a refund. A month later still no refund. When I called again I was told by Mr. Gordon that maybe the problem was with my bank, that perhaps they were deciding not to post the credit.
I walked in trying to buy guitar strings Nd immediately felt unwelcomed never had a issue before this but cashier couldn’t even awnser a question bout the strings felt like they thought I was going to steal from them or something know I’ll rather drive out of town for eny musical needs
6. Pleasant Valley Music

For my band Vista Real, recording our first studio album at Pleasant Valley Music remains one of the most enjoyable and enlightening experiences we have ever had in music.
From our project’s start to its end, PVM’s owner and engineer Matt Dudman went above and beyond to make sure each step was done to our satisfaction. We especially appreciated that Matt allowed us complete creative control over our album, but also made himself available to provide his expertise and input when we asked for it. Matt is a true professional in the studio and knows how to make his clients feel welcome and at ease when they come in to get work done. For the level of exceptional service we received, we paid very reasonable rates unmatched by most other local studios.
Thanks to Matt, my band’s debut album ‘When This Is Over’ is all we hoped it would be and more. If you’re looking to get a record done right, we highly recommend Pleasant Valley Music!

Great atmosphere and equipment, but the key is Matt Dudman – excellent engineer and musician, patient, super efficient, and understands all genres. Highly recommended.
Had a fantastic experience here. In addition to being extremely professional and knowledgeable, owner and engineer Matt Dudman was consistently able to get the best out of me and my band. Highly recommended!
