When I took my apprehensions to Nadia, she made quick work of the problems. She first did an evaluation by running me through various exercises in order to pinpoint where in my range issues might exist. She worked patiently with me and taught me techniques that helped me return to my full vocal range. And I’m most grateful to Nadia for setting my mind at ease about the shape my voice was in and restoring my confidence to perform in front of a large audience.
Absolutely wonderful experience! The music and voice lessons, especially the piano lessons, have been a game-changer for me. The instructor’s expertise and patience have helped me progress faster than I ever thought possible.
Victor has also helped sub for Paul’s class and he’s also been a delight. He also has a lot of working experience and has helped answer a lot of my questions for me. Paul is very patient with his students and offers a lot of insight because he is also a working actor. The front desk staff are also incredibly awesome! They’re very polite and without fail always say hi to me as I walk through the door.

Thankful for this local music store. They are very helpful.
Amazing! They immediately come and help you. Repairs for my cello were free! It was a great place to visit! I definitely would go again!!
Sure, name change, but not changed. Great people, service , inventory and prices. Thank you all for hangin in there!
good to have a place to go that really knows how to work on instruments. I brought my old clarinet for restoration and they did good job.
They have great prices, but they are awful at repair. I went there 4 times for the same exact problem that was never fixed
I wish they had someone with luthier experience. I wanted to learn the viola and I may be a beginner but I took the time watch YouTube videos on how to handle the instrument. The employee’s there touched the bow and now it doesn’t make a sound! I’m stuck with a non working Viola until my rental period is up! The employees and owner need to make an effort to understand each instrument.

Nice little shop that currently is working on limited hours due to the pandemic.
Place is terrible never got any good service
My exprience was that they are not helpful at all on the phone told yes would take my item when i went to the store a whole different story I do not recomend
Was accused of giving a bad review online and Wouldn’t even test my gold. Was very rude. Don’t go to this pawn shop. If the man behind the counter owns it. Do better. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now you have a bad review!
My husband and I highly recommend James Rovezzi and his Rovezzi Music Academy. Our two sons (10 yrs & 7 yrs) have been studying with Jimmy for a couple of months and already I can see dramatic development, not only in their playing abilities but in their love of music too! Matthew, our oldest was studying under another piano instructor for over a year and though he did learn to read music it was not a skill that was developed aggressively. After just a few months under Jimmy’s direction he is much more confident in his sight reading, playing & as he is a very analytical thinker benefits from learning music theory as well. William our 7 yr old truly enjoys studying piano and is always proud of his accomplishments from week to week. Jimmy encourages them while also challenging them to develop their skills. He is also open to feedback and is genuinely interested getting to know these two students & the best strategies to help them love piano and music! We highly recommend James Rovezzi and the Rovezzi Music Academy.
Excellent instructor, James gives clear direction and has patience to spare. His love of music is obvious.
Incredible piano teacher for all levels of skill. Works at your pace. Highly recommended!

I hope this review conveys how thrilled I was with my decision to book The Elegant Harp for my wedding. Esther promptly replied to all my initial emails and calls to discuss the date and process. She was extremely kind and professional so I chose to book her right away. I had watched all their videos online and was so excited to have them at my wedding. I emailed her regularly as the date approached and had no problem choosing some beautiful songs from her list, as well as additional ones that were meaningful to me. Esther learned the new music quickly and was SO accommodating to all my ideas. I had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony in a Japanese Garden setting in Delray Beach. Esther arrived perfectly on time and set up quickly, making me feel very happy and at ease. Her harp skills are exquisite and I could not have imagined my ceremony without her there. I also got some really beautiful photos with her and the harp that are such wonderful memories from my wedding. I can’t thank Esther and The Elegant Harp group enough for helping me make my day so special. Besides being very skillful and professional. Esther is uniquely friendly and warm. I highly recommend them for your wedding or special event, you will NOT be disappointed.
Absolutely fantastic harpist; created such a wonderful ambiance for my wedding.
Esther is an amazing artist with a great gift. She has done 2 of my graduation events (2013 – 2014) and I have to say that she will be coming again this year. She creates a great atmosphere for any event. I highly recommend her.
Mr. Kevin is a fun loving, gifted teacher. He’s always very positive and patient. He picked up on my grandsons learning style and teaches him accordingly. Joel always has a great feeling of accomplishment after every lesson. We highly recommend Mr. Kevin.
Mr Kevin is hands down the BEST piano teacher around. My son has learned so much and looks forward to his private lessons every week.
Selah Music and Arts, under the expert guidance of Mr. Kevin, has been an exceptional choice for our son’s music education. Over the course of several years, Kevin has not only helped our son become a great ukulele musician but also get a strong start on the path to becoming adept performer on piano. He keeps the lessons fun and engaging, introducing new material once a concept or skill is grasped, leveling up our son’s ability while creating a dynamic learning experience. Whether in-person or occasionally virtual, Kevin ensures flexibility to accommodate our needs. His understanding and willingness to provide makeup lessons in case of illness or other commitments are appreciated. What truly sets Selah Music and Arts apart is Kevin’s positive attitude, unwavering professionalism, and his undeniable talent as both a musician and a teacher, making it an outstanding choice for music education.

What a great music store! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! As a music lover, this store is heaven! They have a wide variety of instruments that you can try. Scott, the manager, was very helpful and is now the reason why I’ll be renting to own a gorgeous cello!
I recently visited this store. I am so impressed with the manager, Scott. He took his time on the phone and in person to help me with this rental experience. I had know idea how it worked. He explained in detail everything. I really appreciate the attention to detail that Scott gave. The store was beautiful and had every item i needed. Scott did such a great job at being attentive to all that came in. I highly recommend this place. If your new to renting an instrument. You must call Scott. He will guide you through itwith ease. Great experience and great service. Thank you!
Kevin is knowledgeable, professional, and very kind. He even brought my instrument out to my car.
The people working there are actually helpful one of the cashiers was really nice, he helped me with what I was looking for.
They had what i need. A little pricey on a few items, but closer than guitar center
Mixed feelings. Scott was friendly and helpful on the phone. Unfortunately, when I arrived, someone else helped me. I was in town from California, and I had 1 gig. Normally, I wouldn’t do this, but the venue suggested I ask the store to loan me a tablet mount for 1 day. The clerk’s response was comical! “Um, we don’t loan tablet mooounts…you can return it.” LOL At checkout, knowing this was no longer Chafin Music, I said, “Hey! There is a Music And Arts where I live in (town name). That’s in Southern California.” Her response, “Oh.”
I asked for a bag, and for some reason, that’s when she smiled. She said, “Absolutely!” And she gave me a bag that was too small to comfortably hold the product. It was actually problematic for me because I was walking.
There was no choice of tablet mounts. It worked fine, but I found it awkward. I finally did get to see Scott when I returned the item 5 days later. That was a smooth and friendly transaction.
Shameless and soul sucking corporate structure which models its business plan to steal wages from instructors by offering serfs pittance in wages. Instructors and teachers would do much better working solo, advertising their services independent of these vampiric organizations which exploits musicians by selling over priced lessons to meet corporate profit margins. Shameless. If you want to learn and for free go to YouTube and devour all the free sources offering wonderful and informational FREE tutorials in theory, technique, improv, composition and business sense. If you are a guitarist you can do infinitely better just viewing channels like Troy Grady’s Cracking the Code. Save your money and support local independent musicians. These venues and organizations offer nothing but membership plans and packages akin to fitness gyms with ridiculous policies in order to steal as much of your hard earned money. Avoid.
These people are a bunch of crooks that are over charging customers. They are nothing like Chafin Music which was a Staple in Lakeworth. Chafin is missed because they served this community with Care, Integrity and transparency. I rented a used no name trumpet that I have been paying for over 2 years when I try to pay it off I was told I owe over a thousand dollars! Music and Arts need to be cancelled and reported to BBB.
Very disappointed that this is no longer Chafin Music. They are now a big box store. I called to see if they would take a guitar as a trade-in but they’re not Chaffin and no longer offer that kind of customer service. I brought my first guitar from Chafin seven years ago.Sure gonna miss that small town charm…
