Going there was a very enjoyable experience. All the employees greeted you asked if you could be help with anything. I’m picking piano lessons and the instructor is very patient and comforting and knowledgeable.

We were on vacation in the desert and decided to checkout guitar centre. I am a drummer and was not impressed with their drum selection. I guess I should’ve know from the name. But there guitar selection was not great either. They did have a particular guitar that we were wanting to see. But I was not very impressed.
Just your typical guitar center
It was a surprise visit and I was not ready for amount of selection they had. Would have liked to see a better drum hardware selection. I need some stand brackets and there were only two or three types and only one or two brands to choose.
For being the only store in the valley, they don’t care flat wound strings. But they can special order.
My husband bought an Alesia drum from Palm Desert store. When we arrived home, it was missing the chrome rack. We called the store and brought it back. Instead of making an exchange the personnel decided to make a refund and not ask us what we wanted to do.
We left the store dissatisfied and spoke to the store manager. Later that day, an employee called us stating he would put the drums on layaway for us. He stated all parts where there even though we knew that was incorrect.
We told him we would pick up the drum set in a few days.
We called they said the drum set was not there anymore.
Online it shows up as in stock.
Personnel is very unprofessional.
Very poor service, they got the laziest people working there in palm desert. It’s amazing.
They should go away and give others the chance to work.
My son is taking piano lessons with Brian and he is really great, he’s very patient with my son and also very encouraging. I would recommend La Quinta Music Lessons to anyone who likes to learn under a courteous and professional instructor like Brian.

The La Quinta Wal-Mart seems to be always understaffed. Always long lines including self check out. Items out of stock and if you do get an item thats behind glass you have to get in a designated line that is always excessively long!

Waited for an hour just to get baby formula and 10 associate passed us no help nothing they ignore you and walk away. Worst shopping experience ever, the associate there doesn’t asked if you need help nothing. Walmart associate are the worst!!!!
I had a horrible experience at LQ Walmart yesterday. I wanted to purchase something that was in. Locked cabinet. I pushed the button several times over the course of the 15 plus minutes I was waiting. I asked an employee and he said he’d go find someone with a key , and never came back. Same thing happened again with another employee. Never came back. Finally an employee came and also needed to get something out of that display so she TOO pushed the button and waited for a while. Then left saying she’d go try to find someone.. FINALLY an employee came with the key and asked what I wanted and I showed her and mentioned the experience I had for the last 15 plus min. She pointed to the button and said “ that’s why we have this button to push” omg!!! I couldn’t believe she would talk to a customer like that! I said back to her “ I did ouch the button many many times and actual an employee did too! And then that employee came back to get what she needed. And confirmed what I said. I will NEVER shop at LQ Walmart again!!
Waited&Waited&Waited,This store must be the lamist store in the chain.They only 1 car in Bay,4-5 workers,standing around with there thumb up there ass.I left without any services,oil change.
