Customer friendly, quick & clean service. Great job
Friendly&Quick service.
To me Starbucks has lost its appeal since the pandemic. Prices UP quality down. At this point Starbucks is rich enough. Instead support local coffee houses.
Wheelchair accessibility: Street level entry w/ no visible obstruction
Music was a little loud. Each table trying to converse over the music became difficult
VERY slow service; disorganized
Mauvais service. Personnel très arrogant
Please remember to wash your hands!!

This guitar center was very clean, nicely staffed, and personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole store looked like a very very nice showroom floor, best looking guitar center I’ve been to. Was there to check out guitars, and they had a very nice selection, it also looked like they had a very nice selection of drums and basses too, quite nicely stocked. Would highly recommend coming here to visit, even if not buying. ! 🙂
Love coming here! Chance is one of the employees and has the best salesmanship! So professional and knowledgeable on everything there.
My husband and I came to Guitar Center for a guitar wood conditioning solution, came out with a bongo, cajon, amp and 3 ukuleles. Another day, came in for a guitar case and ukulele strings, Chance caught my husband looking at pianos , we came out with a piano. Then, came in another day, for guitar strings, came out with a Takamine Guitar, 1 Big Baby Taylor guitar and 1 little baby guitar.
Yes folks, that’s how good Chance is! Lol! So now, I try and tell my husband to stay in the car. That never works!
Every musician’s toy store!
Really nice store. supah Organized with a ton of products to choose from I went looking for a bass guitar. Boy I didnt realize how many different ones they’d carry and the wide price range. The crew of professionals was great.. totally % Recommend this store for all your music needs
Friendly staff, not much inventory when I went in.
Guitar Center was out of stock on quite a few items that I wanted to purchase so that is the reason I gave 4 ‘s rather than 5. The customer service was fabulous. A young man helped me and was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me helping me get what I wanted.
Been trying to get an associate to answer their phone for the past 5 day with no luck. Simply trying to find out if they carry a certain product before driving down from Hawaii Kai. Must be always super busy or super short short handed, Bummer!!
I was disappointed in the lack of equipment for ukulele, there was no options available for tenor ukulele.
Visited 3x since opening. Initially I thought that because they were so new, the customer service would obviously be lacking. Here we are today and…things have not changed. Gonna continue to order my stuff online.

Purchased a Ukulele – very helpful they got it to the store before I left Honolulu. Great shop.
Great service and fair prices.
Wow Peter and his crew are the best !!! I ordered a PA sound system on Wednesday and it arrived the following day (Thursday) remarkable !!! Great team , Great Music Shop AAA+++ Aloha Rich
Guitar and keys/synth stock is good, but percussions were lacking. Staff was, as a whole, a little less than courteous. It felt mostly like they just wanted us to buy and move along. All of the five associates we spoke with were quick to walk away after answering a question and looked bothered when asked anything. This sticks with a shopper. Likely won’t ever go back.

Great store, great stuff, fun place to shop browse etc.
Save your time and money. Faka’s couldn’t wait a minute for me to get to the store for a store pickup. Go to Sweetwater instead!
I had them order a keyboard for me they didn’t have in stock. I paid up front and waited to be contacted as to its delivery. After a month i called, they told me should be soon, another week, same story, Another month and another call later and I’m told it was never ordered. Good job guys. It took 4 people to figure that out.
Spent almost $500, they wont negotiate and the sales guy wasnt to helpfull.not the worst but definitely not a great experience.

hooked me up with a great affordable guitar and gig bag, staff super nice. goodguys number one.
What a wonderful little shop! We stopped in to get our granddaughter a ukulele and were greeted by the most friendly staff who recommended a nice little instrument for her! We were very pleased with the price and the service.
First class customer service!
I liked the shop.
Great shop. Nice guys. A touch overpriced.
Not the biggest but was equipped with good guitars
Very unhelpful. Asked what ibwas looking for, didnt even look at me. I was looking for hand percussion, drums. Was told he only had egg shakers. There was a drum in the window, and two in front of me. I just figured maybe they weren’t for sell.
If you plan on selling them a guitar understand they will only give you 50% of used retail price. Which means they will make 25% profit off you. While you lose 50% profit. Sell your own gear. 50% lose is too much
Won’t shop in a place requiring a mask. even though I have bought stuff in there back during the time that covid was new and there were no mask mandates. Sad truth is I try to shop small local stores especially for music equipment but I will not be available to shop here anymor.
