My son just invested in his first trumpet and a big thanks to Bennett at Schilke for hooking him up. These trumpets are not easy to come by, however Bennett was up-to-speed with Schilke’s production and nation-wide shipment schedules and he took the time to coordinate a trial at a music store most local to us. It was totally worth the wait. He also took the time to educate us on all the trumpet lines that Schilke has to offer. My son plays both jazz and symphony in high school and ended up with the B5. He LOVES it and it seems to be taking his playing to a whole new level. To hear it, you would know why. I highly recommend working with Schilke if you are in the market for a new trumpet. We look forward to touring the factory the next time we visit Chicago:)
Just past the one-year anniversary of my purchase of a new Schilke i33 trumpet. I love the horn. I have played for more years than I care to admit and I have acquired several brand name trumpets over the years, including another Schilke. The i33 plays like a sports car drives. The horn plays very well in all registers, response is superb and slotting in the high register forces me to practice more because it is so much fun!
I needed a tweak a few months after purchase and I live about an hour from Chicago. I phoned ahead and visited the plant. The Schilke staff and owner were very cordial and accommodating. Great work Schilke, the horn is perfect. 5 stars!

They do fantastic work. Totally rebuild our 100 year old pipe organ using the original pipes and their sliding chest operating system along with a new console. Everything was first rate. We couldn’t be happier

I tried contacting this company several times within the last year. I never received any calls back. Considering that I called EVERY contact during business hours and had left messages, I am completely appaled by this type of service.
