So friendly and great service and products. I love going here every weekend even just to look around!!!
I have been bring my son to The music store for lessons since he was 7 years old. He is now 12, He has taken lessons from a number of the instructors and they have all been great with him. The owner Rick is great, he’s funny and really tries to engage his customers, no matter if it’s in conversation or educating them on facts about music education and the benefits of playing an instrument or learning music. I am at the store almost every Saturday and I’m glad that such an awesome place is in my community.
I am becoming quiet a regular customer bought cbt powered speakers. The Service was warm and friendly. No hard sell but awesome advice. They also branching out into podcasting night give that a go very happy with the product
Rick was warm & friendly & it seems to have a nice stock of instruments. Tucked in the corner of the Staples building so it’s easy to drive right by without seeing it. Very little sheet music for vocalists so if that’s what your looking for don’t bother. They have an open mic night every 1st Saturday so I will come to one & see what it’s like.
Left them guitar to glue the neck, the estimation was way above market, that’s OK. I’ve decided to go to other store but during pick up I found scratches here and there. Lucky me-made a video when I did bring a guitar the 1st time. I am just disappointed- waste a month and no result. They did polish and removed scratches (not all as I found out in another store). Not a bad store with various instruments new and used, I even bought a bass, but I do not trust their guitar master. Rick is a good guy but the master is a 3rd party that occasionally appears and takes guitars home, where I guess and damage mine.
I dropped off my instruments for a tuneup. I was quoted $280 and I said of course! Never had a problem until I went to pick them up! Two individuals whom I’ve never seen before were at the counter. My instruments were sitting aside ready for pickup. I told the man who asked how much I was charged $280. He goes to the back, gets someone else and she never addresses me but questions him in obvious skepticism $280 for all of this? She proceeds to go in the back, as if she’s out of range of my hearing, to call the owner and verify if I was telling the truth. Why would I lie? $280 is not a little bit. Then she proceeds to say we just wanted to make sure because we weren’t told. I should have been able to come in with my tickets, ID, and money and pick up my instruments! Not have to wait because of whatever PREJUDICE these people feel! That exchange alone is why I’ll NEVER return here! I’ll pay whatever for my instruments.
Edit–Response:
Rick B.,
You are correct–you were NOT there. I am aware that you are the owner and as the owner you FAILED to communicate with your employees. Either way, there were failures through no fault of my own. I shared MY experience, which you were not present for and you have ADMITTED was your fault. SHAME ON YOU! This ought to be a learning lesson in communication so that these FAILURES do not happen again in the future! DO BETTER!
I am from out of town. LOVE stopping at music shops, like most of us do, as music is a passion/hobby. I’ve PURCHASED 2 guitar pedals, a preamp, and a microphone from this guy before…. Always enjoyed chatting the few times I’ve stopped in. Seemed nice. Assume he remembers me when I walk in, typically.
I was in town again, so I stopped in to see what they had. Asked him a question about an expensive guitar out of curiosity and he said, “Ah, well, the only people that would ask that are from another store.” Then gave me a smug grin like…. as if: “caught you”
Seriously?.. seriously?! Shove off. I WILL NOT be back, and I’ll take my cash elsewhere. You dont offend customers by claiming they must be spies from other stores because they asked a question. I’m not a SPY. I’m not a “Music Store” traitor*?, criminal of sorts, as you insinuate. You must be insanely paranoid judging by that comment! This was not a joking tone or anything.
Literally, I will NOT be back. I always carry a pocket full of cash into music stores in case I see something neat, as I love to collect. But I will NOT be back to this unsettling, SUSPECTING establishment whom thinks negatively of a guy patronizing their business.
More time to hit up another store I haven’t been to I guess.
Long drive for nothing…called in advance to ask if they had what I was looking for available, “yeah, come in and check them out” is what I was told. I even looked online to see what was available. Got to the store and the music was Soo loud! The guy finally came over to help and actually had no real knowledge what so ever about the product he was trying to sell. I went out of my way to avoid a big box store and shop local..a MUSIC STORE and I knew more about the product from what I had scoured on google/Amazon.
Ended up ordering something on Amazon as a shot in the dark at least it had data I could go off of.
Would never suggest stopping in for any music needs. Sad.

He is a great soul and a wonderful musician.

Beautiful small guitar and music store in Downtown clermont! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and an amazing player’ highly recommended.
After spending days searching for a good musical Instrument store, I finally found JUBAL at the Galleria at Soma, Robert is very knowledgeable and everything he has is very unique and selective guitars and accessories! I will definitely come back.

Family Jewelry and pawn best Pawnshop in town!! Amazing customer service and awesome high quality products with great prices. One hundred percent recommend!!!!1
I’ve been a customer for years, I always get treated with courtesy and respect I love all the employees here especially my girl Gaby!
Awesome customer service and some of the best weapons available for any collector. Highly recommend.
I am rewriting my review. This place in comparison to other pawn shops in Clermont is really great, because they do listen to the clients an try to help out. I have had tough times and they do the best to give me what I need to get by. I had avoided them in the past because I was upset of losing things that I made payments on for months. So losing my things and money for multiple payments ticked me off.
In the past they did not send any notifications of upcoming payments due, I just went today and was informed that they now have a service they’ll text you 4 days before your payment is due. That is extremely helpful to any busy clients they have. So glad they changed that !
They make you feel like family wonderful place to buy things from reasonably priced
You’d be stupid not to come in and say hello and Gabby is the best salesperson there stopping and see her and say hello
They never seem to be too interested in what you have to sell
Friendly staff but more of a thrift shop than a pawn shop. Dirty uninspected merchandise. Bought a wii in a bundle took it home to clean it and it was filthy with cuts in wires. Told to bring back because they didn’t have the parts to replace. When I went there they brought out a whole new system and told me they would swap it out and they don’t do cash back. I immediately saw a cut in the sensor bar wire on that system as well.so at that point they had no other option but to give me my money back. They did let me keep the free game. Won’t do business there again anyways. Very small overhead little to no merchandise anyways. The whole situation felt sleepy.
I will not shop here anymore because of what I saw in front of there window.

Tai is a great teacher. He’s very patient and really gets my daughter to focus during her lesson. He goes the extra mile to find ways for my daughter to assimilate the techniques needed for her improvement.
Great place to learn an instrument! My daughter has been going for over a year and shes learned a lot!
Great price! Excellent customer service!
I like the friendly atmosphere, which allows my kids to feel comfortable and express themselves freely. My kids look forward to going to their lessons each week. The instructors are great and communicate well.
Madi was very rude and unprofessional!
There are cheaper and better instrument rental businesses in town. Went to get an instrument and I was given a very used dirty instrument that frankly I would be ashamed to rent out. I felt as if I had to refurbish the item before my child could use it. Went to return the instrument and the owner was very gracious in returning our fund to us. Talking to the owner I figured out that they were pushing out to inexperienced parents the worse instruments they had in the store without giving us other options which were available. Lost my business and I hope that of many other. So buyer beware!
Don’t recommend. Teachers are impatient, critical of parenting and just care about making you buy books versus teaching. Lost a months worth of classes because they have no make days. They used to have make up days on Saturdays but they just group you with random people instead of giving you that individualized attention that you’re paying for. When we couldn’t make it we were told to just attend class virtually…I mean not being able to make it is literally not being able to make it regardless if in person or virtually. Switched teachers a couple of times because they started to get fresh with us and owner decided to call us up to say that my boys weren’t a fit for the school. Instead of working with us like a professional business he insinuated that we were difficult…After three years of lessons for two kids, buying books after another and even payed a tune up and we were the problem…
Thankfully there’s tons of music options in the area. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Nice guys. Quality guitars: affordable and high end
Despite the trumpet not working out for my son… the staff was helpful, understanding, and ever so friendly! I highly recommend getting your school band rentals here!
For the several thousands of dollars my family has spent at this business, I expect Pete to be friendly/pleasant towards us(at the very least), for life, but he clearly can’t maintain that. He started acting rude towards my mom some years back, and now me. For no apparent reason. I hope that keeping that sour attitude of yours is worth losing 20+ year customers who often went out of their way to spend money at your establishment and stay local. Weird way to treat people who earned you money. Avoid. He’s one of those guys who thinks everyone is a “democrat”. Super solid reason to push customers away.
