Very friendly people. Everything was set up when I arrived. Pierre played for me 3 violin options that we previously agreed on by chatting online. They answered all my questions. I even had a private room for myself to play the violins as much as I wanted. I will definitely recommend buying from them. The quality of the violins is A1.
I did a lot of research to find a decent violin for my granddaughter the first gentleman I talked to was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out which one to get her last week I got an email saying great news your violin will arrive by the 19th at 8pm on the 19th it still said it would be delivered it wasn’t- on the 20th I called and the gentleman said that it would be delivered Thursday the 21st well it wasn’t- so I called today again the gentleman was close to being condescending and tried to placate me he didn’t offer any solution or compensation didn’t offer a solution I’m shocked because as expensive as this is I figured there would be better customer service and with all the raving reviews I didn’t expect this – I would have left a one star but the first gentleman Cameron was awesome
Update July 23 – got the violin today my granddaughter was excited got her chores done quickly and then she got angry- the violin wasn’t tuned at all and when she went to tune it the e string broke now she has been taught by 2 concert violinist and has never broken a string before but to get it and in 20 minutes a string break nope I’m not happy
Update July 25 – spoke to Pierre and I am very satisfied with the results he wasn’t condescending at all he explained things to me in a way I understood he made it up to me and made it right

I researched a lot of websites and settled on Fiddlershop. The violin i received looked nice but the E string peg became loose within 1 week. I wrote to them but they just sent me some paste to put on it. I thought they would send me a replacement because it was just 1 week since purchase. Quite unhappy that the instrument because it became unusable within a week of buying. I would not recommend this place. Both product and service are bad. 🙁
I have never left a negative review about anything before. I paid over $300 to have my cello repaired here. The main thing that needed repairing was that my end-pin was slipping, but they found other things that needed repairs as well which I agreed to. When I went to pick up my cello after being told it was finished, the end-pin was still slipping. They cut notches into the end-pin as a quick-fix. It worked for a few weeks but today I had to take it in somewhere else because the end-pin won’t stay in at all anymore, and I am unable to play it. Now at the new place I’ve discovered that the other repairs they did were not done correctly either, and it will cost me another $500 to fix it. No one here was particularly friendly, and I wasted hundreds of dollars for nothing. I did buy a nice new bow from the store, and it was a good price, so I do think it’s a good place to shop, just not for repairs. At least not cello repairs.
All County Music store was a very enlightening experience coming from somebody who has been playing sinc 2016. Also their instraments are top of the line. The only reasons why i rate a 4/5 is there is not much variety in music brands really just Yamaha and Selmar, and the store isnt that aesthetically pleasing. Thats why i rate 4/5

Customer service at this location is beyond terrible. Will not go to that place ever again. This is one one place where if you inquiry about pricing, and tell them you found it at a lower price somewhere, they just flat-out tell you to go buy it elsewhere. No hesitation. They seem not to want or need out business. Beware!
None of the staff knew what a drum major mace was.
I’ve been drumming for a while now and have been looking for a drum teacher/coach . I found out about this place on craigslist, after seeing an ad from what looked like an advance drummer taking on students at this location. I drove to all county music and despite the disgusting appearance I walk in to find the interior was worst. After about a minute an employee asked if I needed help, I told him I’m interested in some lessons. He started by telling me that the only day they offer lessons are monday, I told him that fine; however, I’m a full time student and can only meet every two weeks for an hours. He basically told me to leave! I don’t understand how instead of going once a week for an half-hour I could do an hour lesson once every two weeks. Honestly, this is my first public review; I just feel that companies like this need to be uncovered. Don’t waste your time here, I’m going to go to guitar center the lessons are cheaper and they don’t treat you like this.
Wow, what a great place to try new trumpets! Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. The Wenger soundproof room has virtual acoustics, so I could hear how my individual sound quality from each horn will resonate, beyond just a dead-room, side-by-side comparison. There are certain aspects of each horn that become apparent in these various virtual acoustic environments that afforded me a much more distinct, detailed impression of each instrument’s sound profile. I recommend calling ahead if you’ve got a long drive and a particular instrument you’re set on trying out; the inventory necessarily changes and some brands can’t be restocked quickly when they sell out. Understandable. I have yet to find another retail music store that will consider handling anywhere near this much high-end professional trumpet inventory. I was able to try a large bore Bach Commercial, a Jupiter Roger Ingram 1600i and a Yamaha Wayne Bergeron side by side with my own horn in a controlled acoustic environment, far better than any “convention/vendor” setting, with no sales pressure – and certainly not any towards any particular brand that you might feel by visiting a particular manufacturer or custom boutique.

This above is their slogan on the All County Music – Florida Trumpets website. What they don’t explain, once you have drive 50 min to get there and have your horn serviced, is that they don’t want you unless you have bought your instrument there.
I have never seem a more lack of customer service and concern with what brought you to a service place. “We understand your needs” they say, yes SURE, that’s exactly what happened to me.
I have purchase many things there before and sent countless people to buy instruments there, but that was not enough speaking with the person who was not even interested in understand my need. I had one simple dent that would probably take 20 min, but he prefer to be repeating like a parrot the same thing “if you had bought it here I would take”, he didn’t even offered to have it checked in and returning another day to pickup, so he basically pushed out of the store and i had to drive another 50 min back without having the simple service that would take them 20 min.
If you are not accepting everyone (but those who bought it there) so then put a BANNER on your website saying that, of that you have to call first to make sure you can be serviced, but dont let people travel there and be treated rude and without attention or care.

Tried to go to Sam Ash and get some guitars setup and a pedal looked at, should be easy right? No. The guy Ben was a complete jerk, unhelpful, not motivated, obviously no sense of urgency for customers, and always trying to sell me things I don’t want or need. Asked him about setups, his advice was to “Leave the guitars on the counter”, asked about the pedal without even looking at it or picking it up he told me flat out “$60”. I just wanted it looked at and given an opinion, didn’t even ask him to fix it.
So I asked the front door clerk for help, nice guy seemed quiet. Directed me to where I needed to go. So I get there and see an employee with glasses helping someone, so I waited for a bit. When he got to me he explained he was “only the electronics guy” and didn’t know anything about guitars saying “The guitar fixer Brad is out with a cold, doubtful he’ll be in this week. If you want to here’s the forms fill them out and leave your stuff here”.
Confused (because I’m not going to just leave my stuff here for a week for no reason) and without help, I turned back to the the front clerk, only to have a different person be there. I asked him when Brad was expected to be back, he didn’t know. Fumbled around for a card to give me (I handed him one off the floor), then fumbled around again for a pen (I took one out of my pocket). He basically just signed brad’s name on the card and told me to call ahead of time. I thanked him for at least being civil and left.
Overall this has to be the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received from a music store. If it wasn’t for their large selection, I’d swear they’d be out of business. If you want any decent customer service I’d try another store for sure. Don’t expect any help unless you’re buying something, in which case they’d love to take your money.
Horrible experience, the staff is very unknowledgable about the gear itself and have no kind of customer experience training what so ever. Worst experience, will deff be going guitar center only.
I admit that I haven’t shopped here in many years but they have the distinction of giving me the worst buying experience of my adult life. I would never dare to revisit this place.

Very unprofessional and disorganized. I booked a session online for one hour for $110 for a Friday night with an engineer for my teen daughter. The song was already recorded and she just needed it mixed etc. I tried calling a week before the session and their 800 number on Google is disconnected. First red flag. Their website is also now down but I was able to locate a local number which turned out to be some Google voice number where no one answered or returned my call. The online booking link (via Google) gave me the option to pay now or pay later. I’ve never worked with this studio before so on the air of caution I chose to pay once I get to the studio. Thank God I did. When I arrived to the studio on a Friday night it was closed. No windows, no sign outside the door that says Trunoyz studio. The door just looked like a steal door in a prison. There is a tape over the doorbell with a note saying ring this bell. The studio is already in a high crime area so I already felt uncomfortable. At this point it’s giving SCAM vibes. I finally got someone on the phone using the local number and this guy is telling me oh if I didn’t pay in advance then the session gets dropped. Mind you the booking website didn’t say no such thing. Infact I received reminder emails and confirmation from them about my session time. Then he goes on to say the prices online is not correct it’s actually $200 for an hour! He said no one is there and the studio is closed. On a Friday night.. no one else was there to record? How good can they be? I do not recommend this place. It’s giving scam and or shell company ( cover up business for illicit activity) I ended up taking my daughter to a well known and reputable recording studio which has way better equipment because they are also a music school and charge far less than these weirdos.
It’s been a while that I wanted to come here and write a review for this guys, finally I took the time that they deserve and came here to say how amazing they are, I am 25years old, and I have always dreamed on playing guitar.Everybody around me learned how to play when they were young kids, they would always say that for me would be harder to learn because I am already “too old”, and that thought really made me feel like I Would never play guitar, specially with the busy adult life of working 2 jobs and been married.As New Years resolution I set a goal for 2020, -LEARN HOW TO PLAY GUITAR -.I started taking classes with Armando, and now I am on my 5th class, “playing” a simple version of I WISH YOU WERE HERE- PINK FLOYD. Armando has so much Knowledge, he knows exactly what will be your difficulties and he has a little trick to teach for every single one of them, he is patient and he cheer with you whenever you achieve a new ability with the guitar. I have to thank you guys so much !!! This classes are making me the happiest !!!! If you are looking to learn and it’s already on your 20’s don’t give up, come to Armando at Penny Lane, they are the Best !!!
I have been a customer of Penny Lane Music Emporium for a few years now. I have bought and sold instruments through them. I’ve taken ukulele and guitar lessons with them. I’ve bought strings, picks, tuners and musical gadgets for myself and for family. I’ve attended concerts, jams and workshops at the store. What I am trying to say is that I’ll take any excuse to visit Penny Lane.
If you want a musical instrument and want honest, knowledgeable advice and a fair deal, nothing beats Penny Lane, really.
I don’t think there is another store like it in South Florida. A real treasure.
I love to visit the Penny Lane Emporium! The ambience of the store when I walk in gives me just that warm fuzzy feeling of a cozy down home “pickin’ parlor”! The wide selection of quality musical instruments and accessories, combined with a dedicated and knowledgeable teaching staff makes it a great “one stop music shop” for pro and beginner alike. I especially enjoy the monthly (first Thursday) bluegrass jam sessions where fellow musicians can gather to play and exchange musical ideas in a fun and relaxed setting. Regardless of your musical skill level, you can have a wonderful time pickin’ and singin’ at The Penny Lane Emporium!

I went to Penny Lane about a week or so ago and spoke to Trey about
music lessons for my children . This Tuesday Armando called me to tell
me it was 6:30 and he was wondering where the children were for their
music lessons. I told him there was nothing ever schelduled. He says
he talked to me the last Monday and called me to confirm their appts
for this past Tuesday I told him I most certainly did not speak to him nor
did I scheldule any appts for my children I was however awaiting a call
back from Trey. He asked me what I was going to do about this ? I said well
let’s scheldule for next Tuesday he said yes if I would like to pay for the cancelled
appt I never made I told him no why would I pay for something I never scheduled
nor did I ever sign a contract. So are we going to make it for next Tuesday and
Armando said no I don’t think so and hung up. What is that? How can he expect
pmt for lessons I never schelduled?! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!
This store appeared to have a nice variety & I was greeted w/a smile. I’m a 68 old professional, drove from Lake Okeechobee to visit this HARD-TO-FIND STORE. My FICO is quite high, Platinum AMEX & 3K cash in my pocket for an above average tenor though they can cost 10K+. I went to examine a Uke & the owner freaked out! “NO, NEVER TOUCH, I’ll tune it & give it to you”; nice sales approach! Never again, will I ever walk into Penny Lane. I found his attitude & demeanor insulting, offensive & condescending; however, this is just 1 man’s opinion.
