I had an orangewood Oliver mahogany guitar, and only had it for a few months. They understood and still gave me a good deal on it, would definitely come back!

They are small so don’t expect to walk into a “chain” store. But what they do have is great prices and staff.

Love this place. Second hand store that sells.just about everything for 1.00! Shorts, pants, shorts.etc. it’s actually seperated.by size and type as well. I believe the proceeds benefit a local shelter. They accept donations of clothing etc. There are.multiple.locations as well

I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. This store has good prices but the most rude person on staff ever. Literally never saw a more rude person working with the public. Like no where else could you work and be this rude to the customers. Can’t stress that enough!
I used to shop there every week, and I’ve donated a lot of clothes (name brand and in excellent condition) there over the years. A lot. So this is not a one time visit review.
Every other person who has worked there in the last few years has been nice and happy to help, not just to me but to other people shopping and my family who were there with me. My guess is her attitude ran them off.
Most of the time she acts like the customers are a pain and she’s doing us a favor by taking our money. If you ask her a question, it’s like it hurts her to answer you. She’s even rude to old people a lot of the time. Seriously. To old people like great grandmaw age.
She’s not shy, sometimes you go in there and she’s listening and singing loudly to some music. Or she’s listening on some device to people talk about how great witchcraft is and not because it’s halloween either.
When she’s in a bad mood everyone in the store knows it because she bangs and slams every thing she gets her hands on. Literally. You’d have to see it to believe how over the top this is! Mind blowing she still has this job! Just sayin.
Afrer the stuff she did yesterday, I’ll never shop there again because she’s so rude. We’re taking our donations somewhere else and not support this store to make a point. I liked donating and shopping there to help , but I’m not about to be treated rudely or see other people, especially old people, be treated rudely any more. There’s other thrift stores. We’ll donate and shop in Lafayette or Rome. Or we can wait for the new store to open up where Bi-Lo used to be, we don’t mind paying more. It’s sad that in Chattooga county we have this situation. Having to go to another county to donate and shop somewhere and pay more money just to be treated decent.
It’s like whoever manages that place doesn’t care about the customers anymore. That store is based on donations and customers. If we don’t donate, they have no customers. If she keeps on they won’t have either one.

I went in there yesterday the owner was very helpful and nice but didn’t have what I wanted but will go back again sometime

Terrible pawn shop..

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pawn shop. I’ve already bought a gun from this store even though the store owner was rude and disrespectful. This time I went there, and the same guy insulted me and my father for asking to hold a gun that we were interested in buying. This is the absolute opposite way you should treat customers, especially returning ones. I would highly recommend NOT going to this pawn shop because it is ran by someone who doesn’t respect his customers or want to do right by them.

Great selection and affordable prices. I have purchased mics and recording equipment here as well as guitar service. Always had a great experience.

Nice place with lots of selections. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable but just a smidge less friendly than the other guitar store in Rome. Still, if your in town, be sure to stop by there. If you’re in Armuchee, hit the other place up first.

Bit pricey..but friendly

This place is awful, The Workers was very Rude, and they and was very much a fraud. They tell one thing on the phone once you come in a They Run your credit the price jump up 1000.00. Be aware they Rent instruments that have been used 3 or more times for the price of a Brand new one.
