The store is amazing, great service and if you like brands like Fender that’s your place.
Such great service. Repairs were on par (at a much lower price than guitar center) and timely. I lost the tubing piece on my guitar and replace it with a different one (a white piece instead of the manufacturer solver). I didn’t even request it to be changed, just wanted the truss rod and action altered and I just noticed that it was changed. Great service!
We love it super cheap price. And sale Frender product like guitars, T-shirt and repair too..
Much better than Guitar Center. But unfortunately they don’t repair amplifiers.
3 stars because it’s mostly a Fender shop, small, cozy, nice, but Fender
Use to fix all my guitars there, and buy guitar accessories plus many guitar lessons for my son. I referred many people there and my son did too. Until one day I trusted their judgment on an electric guitar case by Fender. It broke in less than a week and now it’s still falling apart. I went for an exchange; the answer: “Sales are final” -showing me the sign. “Contact Fender, that’s not our problem now” I tried to contact Fender, no answer so far. I tried to help their small local businesses; now I buy online!
Absoluterly terrible guitar tech… Hired him to re-work the sottering on my guitar. I showed him the back open so that he could have a solid idea of how difficult it would be and that no surprises would show up. First we agreed on $40 cash (which is not only more expensive than guitarcenter but I would assume he wanted cash so that he could avoid the owners cut). He said that he would call me in two days max… I called the third day and said that it was $50. Also said that the guitar was done yesterday and so I went to pick it up. He shows that the potentiometer (volume knob) wasn’t working and that he didn’t really check it…. after suttering the electronics… Anyway he says that he’ll work on it and the day after I pick up the guitar (without the old potentiometer) and once I start recording with it, the know feels super loose… low and behold the picture provided…
Listen I love competition and its the main reason why I went here. But do yourself a favor and avoid the guitar tech….
One sales rep was extremely dismissive.
I gave them a second chance with a repair. The second rep was nicer, but misquoted me on the repair at a very low price. After doing the work, he told me it was more.
He compromised.
Unfortunately, the work (saddle/intonation set) was done without glueing the saddle at all, so it was never actually set, the work was never actually done. I basically got a glorified string change.

Nicholas is a fantastic instructor. Nicholas is a true professional and makes learning to play fun. I’m a really decent drummer thanks to lessons with Nicholas! Well worth it!
Nic is the best music teacher in Miami. He has taught my kids for several years now with patience, kindness, skill and dedication. He knows how to approach children and develop their interest, whether it’s drums, piano or guitar. He is a truly outstanding teacher overall and I highly recommend his services.
My 8 year old son wanted to get into drumming so I was happy to find someone who could come home to give him lessons. Nick has a real passion for music and he used popular rock songs to get my kid excited about drumming. After a few lessons based mostly on getting hooked on playing the instrument and discovering songs that my son liked, he started incorporating some drums technics along with playing along with songs and my son really loved it. The proof being that my boy would practice in between sessions without being reminded to (which, for parents, is a dream come true). More than teaching music, Nick is transmitting the enjoyment of playing music through songs that the individual kid like. To me that’s the secret sauce!

This place is AMAZING Best Rehearsal Studios in Miami!! Everything Clean and with good equipments… Excellent Costumer Service 100% recommended
Clean and professional facility. Numerous spacious rooms available to rehearse, great drum sets and affordable prices.
New owners did a well needed remodeling . Super cool
Well equipped, friendly environment and nice place to play. Many rooms available for a fair price. Thumbs up for Julio!!!!
Nice cool and comfortable place to rehearse. Also provides recording studio.
This studio uses bait and switch tactics on their customers, they quote you a Price on the phone then when you get there they switch it up on you, will not recommend this place ever again, they made me look really bad with one of my clients, and they did not want to fix the issue either, their attitude is pretty much take it or leave it, I see also they’re not even registered with the BBB, be careful with the studio.
Clean, well organized, descent gear, but both times we rented our experience has been bad/terrible. Very unfortunate as we were looking for a home and it seemed like a great location.
First visit, they wouldn’t let us in until 3 minutes before our time started with the room being empty and had us stack our gear outside of the room explicitly telling us not to cross the door’s threshold until they said OK.
Second time, we had to cancel last minute (COVID) and we were OK paying the 2 hour cancelation fee and had already arrived. Problem was, the place wasn’t even open. We had to wait around for an employee to show up 15 minutes late to open so I could pay a late fee. Of course he charged us the full late fee, and there was no consideration for OUR time. Never understood a business that can’t open on time….especially on a Sunday @ 2pm.
Hardcore if customers are late/go-over, but staff can’t open the studio on time. When they decide to show up you pay full price. That is just crazy and bad business. Spoke with owner to try and get some relief & work a deal on another rental and he either 1) Didn’t understand, or 2) Didn’t care….couldn’t quite tell.
Last thing: You can’t schedule more than a week in advance. Not sure how “regulars” do it but apparently you have to be one to get any attention or a call back.
I hope your experience is better than ours, most people seem to like it but definitely not for us.
The Elvis statue is cool.

Drove 30mn to get there. Arrived at 4:30pm. Hit the ‘back in 12mn’ sticker. Fair enough… Waited 15mn. Yes Ralf is back and even waved me.
5mn later he is still inside and never let me in. It is 100F outside. I had to go. So it may be a good store, but you may not be able to check.
Long time record collector. My first visit to Found Sound was nowhere near what other reviewers have shared. I decided to go here because of such high praise. I wanted to love it, but just didn’t.
I was glad to see there was a small parking lot. Upon walking in, I was instantly hit with the strong smell of Marijuana. I honestly don’t care if anyone smokes, but going into a fairly confined space and smelling that wasn’t at all appealing to me. Plus, I get bad headaches and nausea from overpowering smells.
I’m assuming the guy working was the owner. He didn’t say much to me, but seemed pretty friendly with the customers he knew. The selection itself was hit or miss. I saw one record on the wall that was just way more than I wanted to spend. I’m glad I passed, cause I found the exact same record, in better condition at a shop in Broward for $20 less.
I just didn’t find much that interested me. I’m sure there’s nice stuff rolling in all the time, but not so much on my visit. Lots of run-of-the-mill titles you’ll find anywhere. There were some cool wall pieces, but not much I was searching for. The Hip-Hop and reggae sections didn’t really pack much of a punch either.
Based on my initial experience, I’m not likely to return. But if I was in the area, I would consider giving it another try.
