I love it here. They’re very understanding and professional when it comes to a music studio. You can definitely count on them and Danny is the best! I highly recommend this place If your trying to find a rehearsal spaces.
These lockouts are awesome! 24 hour access, good prices, and all utilities are included! I know renters in a few different units – the whole Lockout community is so nice and welcoming 🙂
So cool to have a space that can be used for anything you want, music, offices, art studios – love the multi-use creative space idea!
100% recommended!

Do not attempt to go here looking for a guitar shop because it is not here. I called the number and talked to a man. He explained that google has him mislisted and he is actually a manufacturer. He was polite. I was disappointed to drive 30 mins for no reason.

Got my baby girl a guitar for Christmas the staff was really helpful they help me find exactly what I needed.
Found my guitar picks.
Bought a wooden recorder and a learn to play book for my kid. When i asked questions, they had great answers and were more than knowledgeable with their responses. Great job!!!
I like this place a bit better than the Guitar Center. Better selection in all departments and friendlier, more knowledgeable staff in my opinion.
SamAsh stores cannot honor very old gift certificates (paper, 10+ years) without routing through the corporate office and mailing a new one. It’s absurd to me that their corporate officers would impede managers from their own records. An effective data management system is Business 101. Needless to say, I was unable to get my new capo. I had to go to Guitar Center, where a similarly old card was accepted without issue. If you’re paying cash or using a debit/credit card, I expect that you’ll have a lovely experience at SamAsh because the selection is broad and the staff is friendly.
It was a great service with the second guy who explained everything about my instrument!
Unprofessional. Charged me three times for my inline order and when I called I was treated like a burden and A GUY name KEITH called me the N word because I asked to speak to a manager then hung up I will not be shopping here again
Horrible customer service a bunch of arrogant a$$h0Les I strongly would recommend a guitar center or a mom and pop shop
Had a very negative experience, not with the products or the quality of instruments, but in the customer service. One employee even had the audacity to argue and seek out confrontation with me after I tried to assist a customer in buying a guitar. I gave my own honest opinion and experience with a certain brand and the employee decided that it was time to seek out a argument. This was very disappointing because this store had quality instruments, but I will never shop here again.

I send money to Guatemala and buy my Andrea shoes here. The service is extraordinary and the prices are right. Love the place and I recommended to my friends and family.

We bought a 4/4 cello case and it’s perfect! It’s sturdy, padded, lined, has shoulder straps, wheels and a hand strap. There is a secure place for 2 bows, music pocket, a small spot for the stop and resin. It has zipper with a small lock.

I bought a guitar for my daughter. It arrived so much quicker than I expected. I had an issue with it, as a couple of strings were broken.
Within 7 hours of receiving my guitar and emailing them about what happened, there was a new one on the way. I don’t think I’ve ever had a company take care of me as quickly and as efficiently.
Thank you so much, and I will definitely be buying my musical equipment from here. I think I already know what I’m getting next!! 😀
My rule is, never buy expensive things online. The rules and regulations and fine print is not written or intended to protect you. I bought a mandolin, and I tossed the box. That $10 box voided my return. They knew it would. When the mandolin then didn’t seem right, and it came unplayable for a $1,300 price tag. They say “try it out” but how can you try something that needs work done to it? And by doing anything to it you will void the return. My first review sent them into a panic because they called me relentlessly to ensure I was satisfied but really all they want to know is if you threw away the shipping box because that voids the return and it’s the buyers fault. Since it was bought through Play123 and it’s a Washburn instrument, Washburn won’t do anything except give me another one, but both companies make out since there is no way to return the instrument because I didn’t buy it straight from them, for the same price. Play123 then tried to get the legal team involved and I got nervous so I took down my review out of fear.
If you want cheap stuff for a kid, or cables, or if you can prove it’s a shipping thing then fine, go buy from an online store. If you want quality instruments, which are rarely at instrument stores these days because the world is made of plastic, then go the traditional route and find a brick and mortar place with rare and high quality instruments. Not only will you be able to play and learn, but you will fore go the hassle of being manipulated into “testing” products at full price and if you make a single error in the fine print, it’s your problem now.
If play123 dares reach out to me I will write more of my opinions. Please don’t, I don’t care anymore. I’m practicing my free speech right and have done nothing wrong but state my true story. Did I throw away the shipping box? Yes, and I’m paying for it. Should you buy online if you are aiming for high quality? NOO, you most certainly should not buy expensive things online that require in depth experience.
The mandolin neck cracked in the first 30 days. Washburn took responsibility but it’s still not the instrument I would prefer. But I’m stuck with it anyways. Perfectly good, unused , and after 3 returns, 3 setups, and a lot of emails, I have a mandolin, and I would have never picked it if I was at a store with 10 of the same price tag to try out.

Has a great variety of instruments and the staff is very nice.
Lessons are great and cheap, and the teachers are really great.
i was just there earlier and honestly im new in the music community and the manager there was very helpful and she explained about the small events they have and shows so im looking forward to it!thanks for the capo and tuning my guitar! A++++ great service!
Very friendly staff. Knowledgable about the instruments and helpful.
Do not rent from Music and Arts. This business is horrible. I have rented from them twice and both times it was a nightmare to get them to stop billing me after I returned the instrument.
Had a layaway that was canceled. Can’t seem to get my refund. Management say they sent me a check in June it’s now September nevered recieved a check been going back n forth between store and customer service about $32.31.went in store Tuesdays after speaking to customer service stating the store is to refund my $32.31 spoke with Brian the store manager he say he cant refund me my money because the store will be in the negative $32.31. DAH…… So I ask do you rather have a dis satisfied customer or be in negative $32.31. Brian say there’s nothing he can do and he’s the store manager. Very unhappy customer!

Highly recommend this place the people are friendly and the atmosphere is awesome for practice
Our 3-piece band has been rehearsing here for over 2 years and we couldn’t be happier. They’ve got great rooms with equipment that they’re constantly improving, things like broken mic and cymbal stands are replaced quickly, and we haven’t run into a single situation where we needed something they didn’t have! Smitty and his crew have become personal friends of ours due to their integrity, positive attitude and frankly, the fact that they’re great people running a great studio. We would have to move pretty far away to stop going here; our rehearsal studio needs/wants are more than met at RadPro!
Awesome place to go and rehearse/jam and they will help you with whatever you need. Great people!
The place is good. Its a little messy. But its a reliable place to rehearse
Incredibly cheap, which is awesome. The building and the available gear are really run down and pretty limited, but as a space to practice without breaking the bank, it works.
Cool
Amps were not working and super crammed
I’ll be honest I never went to this studio. I did call them to acquire info such as if they record vocals. When the person I was talking to found out that’s mainly what I wanted done. He started becoming rude and pestered since it’s a rehearsal studio. Well he should’ve just said so. I was offended because he had the ” I’m wasting his time attitude” since I’m a vocal artist and don’t do rehearsals. So I was basically treated with disrespect just because I wasn’t likely going to be a customer. Customer service is part of a company which is what I’m leaving my review on. Since it’s some of the worst I’ve ever had. I’d imagine most recording studios are supposed to have friendlier atmospheres. Here’s a screenshot to at least show I did in fact call them.
