Great customer service when I called to ask about a bass amp several weeks ago is why I went back to this place to make my purchase over anywhere else. I spoke to Roger on the phone the first time. Spoke to a girl today and she was very friendly to as was the other gentleman that greeted me when I walked in and in my excitement of getting a new amp I did not get either of their names, but they were very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone who wants genuine help and guidance with products.
Cool spot. Decent selection of various instruments. Has 13 practice rooms but unfortunately are not allowed for lessons due to the current pandemic. Either way definitely worth checking out; staff was very helpful!
Phenomenal store, excellent staff. Been there for over 10 years!
Nothing to write home about, but I did have a nice conversation with two of the guys that worked there and they shared some interesting insights on the manufacturing sales evolution over time, as well as dealing with other countries for business transactions.
I’ve had good service at this store. The staff is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Nice instrument’s, specially warwick basses. Some good Boss pedals, one guy part of the staff not too nice though. They could do better receiving customers. Closing the doors of the music school on your face doesn’t seem like a charming or effective welcoming strategy.
Dropped off an instrument for repair. Told an estimated 2 weeks. Called after 1 month and could not even get an answer as to if the instrument had even been looked at! There was no one at the store that could even answer a question as the three staff members I spoke to stated they had no idea! Horrible customer service!
The staff at Accent Music on 202 has little concern with customers needs. I was given every excuse in the book why my item was not ordered from the manufacturer when I could have ordered it myself and gotten it days ago. No tracking #? No ETA? No resemblance of customer service. I’m sure they like to sell things but just not to me.
Ordered a bass amp there a month ago and it still has not come in. We were told it would take 7 business days to get here and every week we go back it’s a new story well this week are getting our money back and going to guitar center where they have always told the truth and we have always received our products promptly !!!!!!!! Sorry but the service there is the worst ever!!!!

Studio 825 is a full-service recording studio in Wilmington. We’ve recorded our last two full-length albums here, and we love the sound we get here. It’s a ProTools shop, and Ray Gagliardino is the owner and engineer, and also a seasoned producer and bassist. Ritchie Rubini also produces out of this location. (You can bring your own producer as well, of course!) The atmosphere is relaxed but professional; very comfortable, and the sound we get is exactly what we want. They have hourly rates, and package-deals as well. The gear is all top-notch and impeccably maintained. Best of all, you can sometimes be visited by Lola the Studio Dog. 🙂
Studio 825 is our happy place.

Dropped off a turntable for service, it was supposed to be about 2 weeks but it was finished in 2 days. Looks and plays amazing. Great record collection too. Very nice guys working there too. Hidden gem!!!
Good Rare finds
Extremely and unnecessarily overpriced record store. I’ve been to literally 8 record stores between 10-30 mins away, and none come close to the prices here for the same records. You’ll find the same records for a dollar or two that are like $8-10 here. Completely taking advantage of the customer. Never seen a record store with no records under $3
Thumbs down

Great store, great employees, great sections ……just gotta get some1 to tune the drums in the percussion section….i always play on electric drum sets cause the live sets sound terrible ….
A guitar store to find your talent and choice in
Excellent store staff and knowledgeable on instruments. Super helpful. Checkout time can be lengthy.
Horrible customer service
once again a music store gets the “store” part wrong, I ordered a drum set online, with same day pickup, if ordered by 3pm great!. the problem is that there is a verification processes that guitar center does and it take longer than one day (I used pay pal there was no need to verify) I receeived and confermation email both from guitar center and pay-pal. I called the next day to complain and find out when I could pickup my items, I was hung-up on (it was not just a disconnected call because the agent did callback and I did not yell or use foul language). remember we are customers that can shop anywhere, guitar center needs to do a better job.
Went into the Wilmington DE store today. Spent 15 minutes or more in the drumming section looking for what I came for while the drum employee spent the whole time playing electronic drums. Never even acknowledged my presence. Lost sale! The employee in the guitar area did give the advice I was looking for about strings. Sale made there. But at the checkout near the entrance I was made to feel like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Treated me like I was interrupting his personal time. Will be the last time I go to that store..
