Been in here several times for different reasons. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Greet you coming in. Employees are always helpful.
Highly recommend, great value and service. 5 stars PLUS!!!!
These guys are nice guys and they know guitars
Phone directions and information very pleasant and helpful
Not bad
This was my favorite store to purchase equipment in till one of the employees decided he needed to follow me through the store! I am walking down one aisle so he went down the other, I stopped and watched him and sure enough he turned around after he thought I was not looking to see what I was doing. Why are you profiling a 60 year old man. Because I am not the usual customer to this establishment? I wish I could return all the items I have ever purchased here!!!!!
The employees of this store knowingly tried to sell my wife (a beginner musician) a broken guitar. When confronted about it, they admitted they knew it was broken, and that they hid that fact from us, the potential customers, but we should have “done our research” before attempdint to buy a guitar.
Went in for a desk boom stand, was concerned that the older mic I had might not fit so I brought it along with me. I asked the staff if I could fit test it on the product. He grab a box, than cut the tape, and begun pulling the product out, than stop and asked if I was gonna buy it, and if I wasn’t he wouldn’t be able to fit test it for me. I laughed said good one and asked for my mic back and left. Scummy sales tactics 1/5 stars.
3. Atlantic Sounds
Address: 138 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Friendly staff, large collection, worth the visit every time
Very good vinyl selection and well organized. Pricing is competitive.
Best record place around.
The guys were all very helpful and knowledgeable on thier inventory.
Another cool place in this town, must check out.
Absolutely DON’T take anything to be refurbished by that knucklehead Jeff who works(or doesn’t work) out of the back of the store. This barefoot, misplaced hippie had my tape deck for a month on the premise that he would troubleshoot the problem and fix it. Didn’t even look at it and tried to tell me that he had some Bikeweek things come in and had to push mine back. Then he lied and tried to tell me he did in fact look at the deck. Any reputable place of business would never have an idiot like that employed in their store. What a joke!
They sold me the wrong cd I asked for the andrewloyd Webber version 1972 of Jesus Christ superstar I got the UK version it’s not Ted Neely it’s Murray head and his cast they owe me the real cd
I was insulted by an employee today for not having not told him where I bought a used record I bought for a low price. Instead of respecting my choice, because I did tell him “it’s a secret” he consistently kept trying to pry it out of me calling me “selfish” on three multiple occasions ( very very low on the bro scale and very very unprofessional )
Fortunately I do like Atlantic Sounds the owner is a nice fella but after today having left with being insulted 3 times I’m not going back.
Thank you.
4. Racing’s North Turn
Address: 4511 S Atlantic Ave, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Enjoy the environment, weekend daytime music. Did not offer a catch of the day. Serves basa/swai farmed fish (usually from Asia) and charges extra to substitute grouper.
Good beach view and fast service. Drinks atmosphere and music are the focus here. Food is ehh don’t go hungry go thirsty.
Best place I have ever been in Florida
The atmosphere was awesome. Our service was very professional and on top of things. The food left a lot to desire. The fries were awful and cold. The vegetables were overcooked. I will go back to not for food.
The Beach views are Amazing . The food was pretty good too if you are looking for fine Dining this is not your place. They did have nice salads and a nice looking lunch menu.
Poor quality food. Slow service. Good music, decent drinks
I’m sorry but I can’t give this place more then 2 stars. Been there 3 time and all 3 times it sucked. Servers all have attitudes. Drinks are over priced and the food is OK at best. Won’t come back.
We love Nascar. We did not like our experience this time. Had been here years ago and had a great experience. I’m chalking this one up to timing. The parking lot was crowded. Inside there is no wiring list, just snake a table as fast as you can, and cut in front of as many as possible. Had a beer and left. While trying to leave, some one was waiting to get into a parking spot and jammed up the whole lot for 15 minutes. Went to “down the hatch” just down the road…excellent experience.
Hoping for a non brick burger w some flavor, settled for watching EAGLES play w beach view.
Tim is the best! If you are looking for the perfect musician for your next event, give him a call!
Tim has a great set list that is music everyone loves! His guitar playing is on point and his solos are excellent! Tim makes the evening fun and is very talented! I wouldn’t hesitate hiring him for your next event or evening out at a restaurant!
6. Ho Daddy O’s Surf Cream
Address: 4600 S Atlantic Ave, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Very friendly, love the ice cream!! And the atmosphere
So. I went to get ice cream and it tasted BOMB. I then went home and went to sleep. I woke up and did what any normal person would do. Go #2. I then noticed something. I had ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream and it tasted delicious. But then I realized that my poo turned blue. I now realize I have consumed Cookie Monster’s ice cream. This was his way of revenge. I knew he would haunt me that night
Good shaved ice kids loved the sharksblood flavor
We went in September. The decor was fun but the cookie monster ice cream had a grainy that was why I didn’t give it a higher rating.
Ice cream was okay and its cash only but they didn’t tell us that until after the ice cream was made! Atm charges 3 dollars so bring cash before you go.
Drove here and it is closed until 2024. Need to update online hours.
*Edited to add reply to owner’s response: She was working extremely hard. A suggestion then is maybe make a sign for employees to use, but honestly a place this busy should have more than one worker for a few hours…
We ride our bikes here frequently and have loved their ice cream for a long time! However, after waiting 35 minutes just to order…and then almost 15 min after we ordered….we are hesitant to come back. Management or ownership you only have one poor person working two different windows….
Maybe close one window or step in so one poor worker does not have to manage by themselves? Kudos to whoever was working today, she worked really hard. At least two parties of 5 left due to the waiting. This seems like an ownership issue….
7. the Guitar Attic
Address: 1672 Ridgewood Ave, Holly Hill, FL 32117 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Guitar Attic is the best place in Florida to buy a guitar for two reasons:
1) Randy is a fantastic guitar player who continues to play professionally. I was lucky enough to play in three different bands with him. He is versatile and talented.
2) Randy has owned and played more different guitars than any other person I know. So, he REALLY knows guitars, amps and all the pedals and other equipment.
So, you don’t just get a guitar, you get Randy. He will work with you and find you a new or vintage instrument that will help you get just the sound you’re looking for.
Love you Randy, Kevin
Randy is a local shop owner who is great to work with. He has the guitars you won’t find in too many other places. I have been teaching guitar students at the attic since November 2017. Stop in. Check it out.
Randy was awesome. Bought a guitar for my son, Randy was patient, explained the different guitars to my son, gave him a demo. Great experience!
The guitar tech Steve works on Friday and Saturday…. Had a setup done at Total Entertainment that was giving me fits so I decided to give Guitar Attic a try. Steve determined that the nut was low on the problem string… Now it’s much better… I made some setup adjustments on my own and now have my epi dot just about right.. Probably needs a new nut and saddles…. I’ll most likely spend about $400 more because I want to install MinE-T-Tune, compensating nut, and upgraded saddles.. They could have also sold me strap locks but forgot I asked for them.
I also brought a Hofner Bass kit that I couldn’t seem to wire without a diagram… Steve and I figured it out with a little troubleshooting… It’s great to have a second set of eyes and some help when it’s needed….
Evidently the owner will string guitars thru the week but I am not sure. It’s a little challenging to find out what problems they can solve.
The fixes were very reasonably priced but I would have spent at least 4 times the amount if I felt they wanted to make sure I had a great experience with my musical endeavors.
Good place for guitars
Quaint, privately owned store. Nice selection of preowned guitars. Prices comparable to typical Guitar Centers
That fruit loop would only let 2 people at a time in the store plus you have to wear a mask. And doesn’t let you play any of the guitars because “covid” will get on the strings. Don’t waste your time never go to this store.
How do you even sell anything with your hours?
I’m a little upset with this man’s integrity. I was requesting a pair of 12 -56 gauge acoustic strings. And I said my girlfriend would be by shortly to pick them up. I called his business before they were open and left a voice message. There was no miscommunication he does not carry 12-56 he carries 12-54. So when she showed up to get them and she asked if they were the right ones and he told her yes. She trusting that the order was correct left with the strings.
He didn’t say “by the way, we only carry 12-54” do you think he would need them still? No!!! He just took the sale. And she said he wasn’t very friendly or polite.
I used to come get my strings there as much as I could to support locals but that is an Integrity violation to me.
8. Jessup’s of New Smyrna
Address: 121 N Orange St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
I’ve been a customer at Jessup’s for years. My fiance recently bought me the most amazing engagement ring there because they are a jeweler we trust. Leah is awesome! She helped me with the sizing of my ring so that it is comfortable yey just snug enough to where it isn’t going anywhere. I’m not sure what purchases it applies to, but she reminded me to come in whenever I wanted to get it cleaned and to check the prongs. Leah is the best and will truly do everything within her power to make sure you are satisfied!
Great place to do business. They actually care and notified me when I forgot to make a payment instead of just taking my stuff. I recommend them and they will have my future business .
A great place to find everything from jewelry to tools to guitar strings! The friendly and helpful staff will make sure you leave smiling. Don’t pay retail. I have been buying and selling with Jessup’s for many years and they keep me coming back. Fair prices and excellent service make for an enjoyable experience every time. Stop in often. You never know what you will find.
Disappointed they advertise buy and sell gold and silver but everytime I take the trip and stop in NO gold or Silver for sale. Bummer.
they have a very good jeweler.
Sold me earrings for my wife and then I brought them back and told me they weren’t real I told them I bought them here and he denied it I won’t ever be doing business again
VERY, very dishonest people here. I am not surprised to see other reviews describing the same practice. We were in a desperate situation and had to sell some jewelry. They told me that the diamond in my ring wasn’t a very good quality stone and that it was an older style cut so there wouldn’t be much they could do with it… BUT they would “help” me out and give me a decent price.
Well, they are extremely good liars because I am usually pretty good at telling when someone is not being truthful and I didn’t pick it up. About a month later, we had taken care of our financial issue, so my husband went back into the shop to buy the ring back. When he saw the price he was very surprised to see it extremely, substantially higher than they told me it was worth. On top of that, they told him that the stone was a “very nice cut” and a “high color quality”….. More than a little confused, he told them that I just sold it to them a little while ago and they told us it wasn’t worth much so we were hoping to buy it back. They said that this wasn’t the same ring. But, it was my wedding ring that my husband bought for me so there is no question it was the same ring.
Bottom line: These people are CROOKS. Avoid them at all cost.
PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I was in here forever while they tried to get my x-box 1 to work on there BROKEN tv. after i watched them BEAT ON IT for about 30 minutes they tried to convince me it was broken. i went to the pawn shop down the street and they immediately had it hooked up and turned it on like it has ALWAYS done. I was in and out of the other pawn shop in under 10 minutes with more money than they even offered me at jessups. They would not even look at my other brand new electronics at jessups and they tried to offer me 20 dollars for a laptop. This place is a joke please dont go here unless you want to get your things beat on and leave with no money. this is the second time have left here with no $ looking for a small reasonable loan. PLEASE don’t waste your time here people.
9. Lighthouse Treasures Thrift Store & More
Address: 5346 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Had what I wanted, fairly priced. Easy in and out.
Very interesting place a must visit place to see something for everyone.
Great Thrift Store Just Need to Reorganize and Get More Stuff in!
Nice family run place. Getting nice and organized. Lots of little hidden treasures.
It’s one of those places that just has random stuff laying around. But if you find something you like, the prices are low.
Nice place , lots of tools and odd things,
Me and my husband went in for the first time will NOT EVER GO BACK!!! I seen a bird cage really wanted it ! HAD RUST AND THEY WANTED $20 REALLY THAT COULD KILL A BIRD .
The place was filthy and prices were extremely high. The merchandise was junk. Will never return.
Well, it’s a nice(?) little shop. It has some great stuff, but the issue is nearly everything is out in the elements. There is a cabinet I would love to have, but due to the condition it’s been stored in I will not pay the price they are asking. If they could close things off to the elements, I might be able to change the rating…
10. Inlet Harbor Marina
Address: 133 Inlet Harbor Rd, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
This place is wonderful and very kid friendly. I love to go there with my family. It’s our favorite place to eat
The pulled pork sandwich was amazing, service was excellent. I will be back.
I really enjoy this place. They have good food, not great. They have tasty drinks and friendly staff. Amazing view and live music. It’s what a Florida bar should be like… You can glance out into the inlet water way and see wild life swimming by.
Another overpriced tourist trap that advertises fresh sea food and delivers freshly fried frozen wonders from the frozen isle.
Good food Awesome Environment
The food is good
Awful overcooked mushy food, ditzy unapologetic waitresses. I had to return my food twice because it was so bad (and I rarely return anything). I was told the pasta would be bowties, and they gave me angel hair (bit of a difference there). I tried it anyway, and it was bland and overcooked. I returned it, the waitress said she’d get me another plate, and she gave me back the SAME THING with salt dumped on it! SERIOUSLY?! And that was just my order. The rest of my family also had issues with their meals. Will NEVER return. Don’t waste your money, this place is terrible.
The service of staff had deteriorated. Not sure why and what changed but staff seems indifferent and less caring. Been there three years and services used to be top notch, extremely attentive services. Hope whatever issues they have could be improved and worked out.
Boo
11. Hidden Treasure Rum Bar & Grill
Address: 4940 S Peninsula Dr, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Nice place love the gift shop and service was good don’t like the bar chair’s with the flooring they have!
Awesome food and service.. we will be back everytime we visit Daytona area..
Quick drinks on the river
Entspannte Lokation
Great drinks and atmosphere. The smoked fish dip horrible! We didn’t try any other food after that
Some meals are too expensive
Although service is friendly
Service was very slow. Three tables that came in behind us got their food before we did. Upon being seated we informed waitress that we drink a lot of water and she offered to bring a pitcher of water which never appear nor did we get any refill requests of tea and water. When food arrived it was the wrong order they left it anyway and we never did get the correct order
Overpriced half decent food. Kids macaroni was Craft from the box. Slow and not very friendly service. Atmosphere is the only thing I enjoyed.
Came here May 11 on my birthday and closed
12. Jerry’s Italian Grill & Tiki Bar
Address: 33 Inlet Harbor Rd, Ponce Inlet, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Go here for lunch every Friday..the food is always great and reasonably priced…and Jay is the man
The Chicken Francesca is AMAZING
Beat place in town ! Kelsey rules this place – ask for her she is the best !!!
Good food. Good service
Good stromboli
Rnxi
Overall experience took over 2 hours… it’s usually been a quick in and out, eat then get back to the beach. Even though our server was kind about the wait, someone named Jay brought out our food after an extremely long time and kept making passive aggressive comments to us, even as we were leaving the restaurant. Incredibly disappointed.
Disappointing. Not enough servers to provide good service. Asked for honey mustard sauce 3 times and never got it. Too cold inside the restaurant…had to keep our coats on. Pizza was delicious though.
Lived here my whole life. This food will give you regrets.
13. Port Orange Thrift and Vintage
Address: 5029 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Love this little gem. The service is excellent and new items weekly. I always find a treasure
This is an outstanding little store. The owners are caring and kind people who work very hard to make your shopping experience wonderful. There is a great selection of nice merchandise and its always changing. Their prices are fair and competitive. Great staff. I highly recommend this place!
I loved it!!
They had some unmarked silverware in the display case and they refused to even price it. Bring closed on Tuesdays drives me crazy too but that’s every small business for some reason
A huge store with a lot of choices but their prices are very high on everything but Stuffed animals
14. Gold Tone Music Group
Address: 3656 S Hopkins Ave, Titusville, FL 32780 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
The staff there were extremely friendly and very informative. The owner talked with me well past closing time chatting with me, showing me around and filling me with lots of very helpful information and knowledge. You can tell they love what they do and they treat their customers like family. We have a true gem of a store in this town for any musician just starting out or already experienced. A great selection of stringed instruments too.
Went in with my guitar that I thought was broken . They checked it on site and advise me to check the cable to the amp . Would use again
Very nice people. Very good with what they do.
Warranty repair was incompetently performed or maybe poor on purpose because after they repaired my guitar, they put in a new saddle and it was for a LEFT handed guitar, not right like I have. The action was so high no one could play that guitar without cutting your fingers.
Needed a zero glide for my Martin guitar. When I called I expected them to ask “Which one? 1 3/4 or 1 11/16?” Martin only makes two sizes.
But they hemmed and hawed…
Finally I drove to the place in Titusville. And they hemmed and hawed and couldn’t find one that matches my guitar.
Well, okay… I build mandolins and I’m not a stranger to nut files and sanding blocks. But when the young luthier wanted me to just take a blank and cut it from scratch I finally said hold it.
I took one that was close, modified it, installed it and have to say if you are not highly experienced doing guitar set up, don’t try it. You need all the tools you’d need if you were making a new nut from a piece of seasoned bone, as well as fret nippers, fret files, and sanding and polishing supplies.
That said, after installing it, my guitar sounded awful: dead, boring, lifeless. My wife was appalled. She wanted me to put the old nut back on. But the action was slightly better, I was tired, and I decided to do it the next day.
What a difference a night made! Don’t know why, strings settling in (whatever that means…) Who knows… But when I picked it up the next morning it was amazing. Balanced, smooth, solid intonation, loud, my wife thought I was playing my OM-42 instead of my 000-15.
It seems to improve each day a bit. Now I’m bummed, going to have to go back to Titusville and do it all over again with my D-42.
The one located near me is one of the hardest places for person in a wheelchair to get in and shop.
This guy is a scam… He sent me a new banjo with chrome chipped in 2 places and a bad fret. All the “we use professionals to set up every banjo” is a lie. Not one professional in the place.
He won’t honor the warranty.
Don’t buy a gold tone
Dropped off a Les Paul guitar to have pickups swapped and input jack changed. 10 days later the work had not even been started. Picked up the guitar and will do the work myself. I have a 50 guitar collection and @ $200 each to have work like this done they LOST $10,000.
15. Steve’s Downtown Music
Address: 108 S Woodland Blvd A, DeLand, FL 32720 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Steve’s is a really cool music shop where you can find cds, records, books, movies, posters, and a ton of other eclectic stuff. A bit expensive, but the selection is interesting. Located right in the heart of downtown DeLand, with plenty of parking available and lots of food options nearby.
Located in quaint downtown DeLand, is Steve’s Downtown Music. Stocked with new and used albums…Including many original releases and Mobile Fidelity pressings. There is quite a bit of 70s and 80s music, of all genres. I purchased Pink Floyd’s ‘The Wall.’ This is a fabulous pressing of the 2015 remaster. I am very impressed by the quality of this merchandise. Stop by and say hello to Steve, and buy more vinyl! Unfortunately, the store is too far away for me to visit again. Also, the new vinyl prices are quite high.
Great selection, but a bit hard to find stuff because the store is jampacked which makes it a tight spot to navigate through (not sure it’s ADA compliant) but Steve goes to great lengths to help you find what you’re looking for and even offers to special order something if he doesn’t have it on location.
Well I couldn’t anything about Steve’s Downtown Music. In the alley behind them. There is art on the walls and doors. People come from all over to take pictures next to these painted wall photos. The most famous art work to take pictures with is the angel wings. I recommend take a trip from in town or from far away to come in to downtown deland and find these works of art. Take a picture with the ones you enjoy the most.
Cool shop, Steve was friendly and helpful. Lots of vinyl and CDs. I’ll be back.
Very larges selection
Owner was very rude and berated us for standing in one section for too long. Also ironically “thanked” us for our business when we didn’t purchase anything. Store was also very dirty and disorganized.
Expensive and poor quality
The owner was rude, personally insulted my husband and made rude, mumbled remarks for no apparent reason. He was apparently upset that we visited another record store in town before going to his store. We were just walking the little strip this little town has for shopping so the order we went was just random. Then when my husband asked for one band, he showed him a completely different other band’s merchandise. My husband tried to make conversation, but the man seemed to want to compete about music collections? He also called my husband “cheap” because we bought cds for $1 elsewhere. We were just spending a nice day shopping as a family on vacation. Very strange way to treat visitors. Weird. Also, no AC in the store – hot as hell in there. There are two records stores on this street – this is definitely not the “good one”.
16. Guitar Haven
Address: 1873 S Patrick Dr, Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
This guy is freaking awesome, he’s the only one that I trust to work on my gear
Howie did a fantastic job at rewiring and soldering my guitar. He even went the extra mile and cleaned out the pots to reduce feedback. Thanks man!
The best musicians in town all go here planning on getting some more work done to my guitar, love this place.
By the way if you want to keep the convenience of a great music store still around please come and do business with these wonderful people that are totally fair on their prices.
Howe spent tons of time with us to ensure my son found the perfect guitar and amp. He put together a bundle of guitar, amp, and a Vamp…if you are looking to get an instrument, go to this place! Years of experience to help you is priceless.
t
Good time talkin’ shop with the owner(s)!
i called and asked about a guitar hook and the guy on the phone didnt even know what it was i had to explain to him what it was and i asked about a tuner for a special guitar and he said that it was the same tuning just an octave apart and that octave in the type of guitar has to be precise im not going to call or go there for my guitar needs.
did an ok job setting up my strat. Not a fabulous job but not a bad job.
I am not that pleased with their general attitude they always try to pass off the cheaper products to me. I would rather go to a music store that tries to educate me rather than one that tries to benefit from any stupidity I may have.
Tiny little place, not much to see unless you’re looking for overpriced foreign knockoffs
17. Dollar General
Address: 1050 N Dixie Fwy, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Great deals as always. Susie the cashier was such a pleasure making the overall experience much more then pleasant.
Finally a convenient place to grab a few things in the neighborhood!
The ladies at the register kind and polite easy to find things ..in and out.
Cashier was friendly.had to tell her their was a coupon on the bag of one of the products.other than that it was fine.the store seems to be in better shape then before but their is still a big turn over for employees
Staff was very nice. But when walking around the store it seems like your having to look down every isle for what you need. The layout isn’t very good.
Yuck and more yuck
Be careful to take all your bags
This store is a mess. What a disaster and the holidays are coming, so even if I need wrapping paper, I won’t go here !!
Boxes sitting on shelves and every shelf looks like it hasn’t been straightened up for some time.
Where is management for this place ??
18. Epiphany Thrift Store
Address: 5120 S Ridgewood Ave, Port Orange, FL 32127 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
I stopped by because thought the thrift store would some hard cover books. They did and all very organized. The volunteers have thoughtfully categorized not only the books but the whole story. Very clean too
Great selection. Everyone was super nice! Can’t say enough great things about the store and the wonderful volunteers who run it!
My wife and I find thid place blessed by God. Thanks
Only reason I’m giving a 3 is I have purchased a few nice items. Shoes have fallen apart, staff other than the man who runs the place are absolutely RUDE! Was making a $25+ purchase one day, 1 nickel short and lady would not let me purchase items.
Just the other day was donating a lot of really nice items and saw a handbag outside someone else donated waited for lady to come back outside, wanted to take a look at the handbag and she grabbed the bag from the table as if I were a thief and went back in the building. Had I not been so tired plus not my style I thought about taking my donation elsewhere. From now on I will no longer donate or purchase from there. If a person can’t be nice, leave! Do unto others, the Lord says. We take time to donate, you aren’t doing us a favor so practice and show some kindness and don’t dismiss a nice purchse over a nickel.. Extremely disappointed once again and last time for sure!!!
Great place to find your treasures!
Good buys on household goods, furniture, clothing.
Store is very overpriced. Used t-shirts are $4.00. Reading other similar reviews, I don’t know why management keeps posting the follow up comment that “prices are negotiable”. On what, exactly? I clearly heard “the price is whatever it’s marked” when I was there.
Since the lady from hospice came there they got high priced.Use to like going here but not now
Over priced. Used to be good. Now more of a over priced boutique. Better finds at Marshell’s Home store.
19. United Church of Christ Thrift Shop
Address: 203 Washington St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 , Ponce Inlet , Florida , United States
Love the place, lots of options, great crew, and I had a small problem with a stone 1 of 20 that fell out of a bracelet I purchased for my wife months ago. They fixed it no questions asked. No charge and I could not tell which one was replaced. When ever I need a gift it will come from them
I’ve been a customer for over 15 years! Special thanks to Jimmy Smith for always giving quality service!
I love the store and Kym Bass. I have known Kym for years and she is wonderful. Her work is like no other that I’ve seen. She knows what she is doing and the only one I trust to make sure I get what I want. She goes above and beyond.
Great service, and fair pricing.
Definitely fair, needed some extra cash sold a gold bracelet, got about $400 wich was near to what I was expecting, I definitely wouldn’t try the other place near there run more like a video shop the girl tested my bracelet and said she couldn’t tell, it’s 18k shouldn’t be hard to test…smh
Walked in employees were pleasant merchandise is nice, neatly displayed with plenty of room to move about and for products. I was there for watch battery but questionable whether it work. And they willingly put in free of charge it helped me.
If you take a loan out on any of your valuables, do yourself a favor and open the box in the store to make sure it’s in the same condition you gave it to them. Otherwise they’ll say you’re lying about it.
Today was my first time walking through the door. Jim Naylor assisted me. I found exactly what I was looking for in less than five minutes. Jim was very helpful in explaining everything about my purchase and more. I couldn’t be happier! He even sent me out the door with extra goodies! Thanks Jim!
I knew I was going to be a couple days late to pick up an item I had gotten a loan on, so I called to see if I could get a few extra days at whatever fee, and was told yes that would be fine. I showed up before the agreed upon date, and was told my item was gone. Period. Not where to, or why, with no offer of compensation. I was told by an employee on the phone my item would be there, and it was not. Unacceptable. After complaining to management I was told I might be able to get a good deal on a similar item there, but will not go back again after years of doing business with them. New employees have made it an unreliable business.
