I rented Maleficent. The DVD was messed up, it stalled, and stopped but never played the whole movie. I tried cleaning the disk several times it still wouldn’t play. I emailed Redbox, never got a response; but they had absolutely no problem taking money off my card immediately for extra days.

Was a typical convenience store noting great about it
Cashier was on the phone telling whomever she was speaking to that she hated her job. Very rude when asked a question. We ate at the chicken place inside and they were the same way. Chicken was gross and very small servings. The biscuits were good but service was beyond bad.
Used to be a good clean establishment. Not any more. We love Church’s chicken, but what they served was almost inedible and the service was terrible.
Bathrooms are disgusting and completely out of soap

Rocky is from the old school, but he is with the times. He offers competitive pricing, a large selection of items he can get quick, and he knows his stuff. He is very efficient and skilled in modifying, repairing and setting up guitars and basses.
He has always seemed as honest as the day is long and in my decades of knowing him, I have never experienced anything on the contrary. I highly recommend this place!
The absolute best music store! The owners are beyond knowledgeable about any music situation you could have. They are very friendly and very helpful. Rockys Music carrys many name brands and even carry Rockys signature Lyman guitars. Highly recommend this place!

Great music store. While I have purchased several instruments and various equipment over the years, and always very satisfied, it’s not my best compliment.
Customer service is beyond great. Everyone are always helpful and patient. Hey, it’s a music store. Musicians kinda like to just hang out in a music store, just getting a ooey gooey feeling being surrounded by music toys. Ninety % of the time buying nothing. I still get welcomed time after time after time. Being musicians, the employees fully understand. I am Gratefull for this store in Albany.

Portman’s music in Albany was great helpful and friendly. This is the second school term with me renting my daughters flute. I have been having trouble with the RUDENESS when I call in inquiring about my bill through the Savannah number. When I kept asking questions it always ends with “you can just return the instrument.” I called Wednesday to make a payment and ended up getting hung up on because I was told the same thing and guess what today they called my daughter school saying call them immediately! (Mr Rogers) why call my child school she doesn’t make the payment even the school was upset about the message when clearly they have my number and I answer and return calls when they try to debit my card and it’s locked I unlock it and make the payment but lately no calls just $100 payments taken off when I pay $33 a month.
Cannot say much. Open late close early and Sunday. There are few music supply stores in this part of central and south Georgia and none seem to try to cater to people who have regular jobs and cannot get there early to buy their stuff.

Great little music store with quality stringed instruments and knowledgeable craftsmen. If you go on a Saturday afternoon you might hear some live bluegrass picking and singing!
Jan. 2019 update: Really enjoyed getting to hear the Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver show in the Pickin’ Parlor! Great, intimate concert setting with amazing acoustics and a stellar view from every seat!

Good selection and good customer service
Had a Gibson SG refinished here and it was terrible. Very patchy and uneven coverage. Worst of all was the headstock. I am a little perplexed though, they have many great reviews and other great pictures. The folks there were nice, decent selection of guitars for sale, no other complaints. I’m not sure why my guitar came out so bad.
Terrible service and terrible work.
Would never recommend to anyone.
