Visiting the Music & Arts store for the second time was yet another great experience. Mr. Scott and the team there were not only very patient and extremely helpful but they made our son Isaiah feel completely at ease with the Trombone that we actually purchased for him which is 10 times better than the one we were renting for him…his words! We are very excited to see where this music journey takes him. Thank you Music & Arts Store Camden Wyoming…the best experience hands down!
Thanks for helping me find a great Martin 00-28 guitar.Searched several stores until i found it here.Scott was very helpful and patient.Overall a very good buying trip.Top quality at a reasonable price. Thanks again
We were there for 1st time for grandsons music recital and i was impressed with the amount of musical instruments available. Cool place!
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I find their prices a little higher than elsewhere, but their location is convenient, and sometimes it’s just easier going into a store rather than dealing with another music store on the phone.
Mat was a great guy that works for you.Spent 4,500 this year already.
Signing up for lessons with this company is one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Their billing practices are extremely criminal. They continue to charge you after you have canceled services with them. They also bill you for holidays when their business was closed and you received no services. The representatives in the store and on the customer service line are no help with billing as they know nothing. You are billed money on a different date each month but never receive a statement for what you are being charged for. This company seems to be money hungry and filled with thieves. I would never recommend anyone doing business or taking lessons from this crooked company.
Went to purchase my 8 year old daughter piano lessons back in December and was told I needed to purchase a piano or she wouldn’t succeed in lessons. I explained she wasn’t even clear if this is something she wanted to peruse but just wanted to try it. The cashier wasn’t helpful and I went out hopeless. Fast forward to a little over 2 months and we found an excellent instructor who guided us toward a keyboard to practice and she absolutely loves it. A piano purchase is probably in the near future but I won’t be returning to this shop. Just to think, this visit to the store could of altered my daughters life had I gave up.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s sad that the schools direct you to such a in trustful company. Please take advice and stay away from this place.

Sales person knows what you really need quick to demonstrate items very patient.
Grandson was excited because of the large selection and prices.
Great service, products and just a fun place to see what’s new..
People in there very nice ..and not bad prices
Have gone here many times over the years passing through. The staff is always friendly.
Ok if u need something music you all
Not satisfied at all they had my bass for a whole month to replace two pickups
I called for a possible internship opportunity for my school summer project since I plan on pursuing a career in music education. I asked to speak with the store manager and the employee said he was not in at the moment. Usually I am asked for my information after this to give to the store manager but he didn’t ask so as anyone else I offered if he could give my information to him. The employee then hung up on me in my face. I believe his name was John but I did not appreciate this experience at all.
If I could rate with negative stars I would. They have had a Peavy amp for 15 months for repair and it was never even looked at. Purchased from them three years ago. And they may have had it longer than us. WARNING go elsewhere if you are looking for good service.

I love the staff and my daughter’s guitar teacher! He is so good with kids.
Nice shop, great place for piano lessons.
Pat is so kind, respectful and knowledgeable about her piano stock. She took time to schedule an appointment with me to let me test out lots of pianos and answered all of my questions. If you’re in the market for a digital piano or an acoustic this is the #1 shop in Sussex County that I’d recommend as a musician and a music teacher.
Nice friendly environment but not many books to choose from
I was promptly greeted and served when I entered the store. No lines; no waiting.
8. Seaford Music
Address: 22876 Sussex Hwy UNIT 3, Seaford, DE 19973 , Riverview , Delaware , United States
Very helpful staff. Primarily PRS dealer given my tastes in guitar. Hurt the same as all dealers by product shortages.
I’ve been a customer of seaford music for twenty plus years. The Owner Dave is a great guy. Honest, skilled, and kind hearted. Always gives you the best service possible. Thank you for a great music shop and knowledgeable staff.
Nice store, good people and good deals been going there for over 15 years.
While there are few big name guitars, they have a wide selection of guitars, basses, and keys. Plus a primo selection of apps and other hardware. The staff is friendly and the music is always good.
Has room to improve
Mi
Called to know if they had any Tenor Saxophones and he had a bad attitude.
Just wasn’t sure why it was so unorganized and messy
Bought a few pieces of gear here. All above market price, first amp fried in less than a year, PRS guitar with cosmetic damage you could only see in certain light. And a PRS amp, brand new, that developd tube rattle in 3 months, even though I paid $300 over market value. Sadly, these small businesses don’t really do anything about the products they sell. But they’re definitely more expensive.
9. Shock Vinyl
Address: 39 N Walnut St # 103, Milford, DE 19963 , Riverview , Delaware , United States
Absolutely love this place! The store is clean and very well organized. Great selection of 80’s hair metal. The owner knows where the records are placed and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. Great experience. I will be back.
I’m 12 years old. And I love music. I’m fact, I’m writing this review with a sealed copy of OK Computer that I just bought, in my hand, right now. You wouldn’t think I’d be into this kind of stuff. But I’ve got almost 150 records and counting. For a month or two, I’d stop into Shock Vinyl every Tuesday before my guitar lesson (played for four years) and I’ve almost always left with a new album in hand. The first time, it was The Allman Brothers Band, At Fillmore East. Sounded brilliant and was in perfect condition. The next, it was a first pressing of Grateful Dead’s(my favorite band) album Wake of the Flood. The condition great yet again, and it sounded like it was a sealed copy. At this point, there are too many albums for me to remember. But I do know that Shock Vinyl has a great selection of Vinyl, CDs, and cassettes of rock music from all eras, and a knowledgeable and nice owner that will help you find whatever you are looking for. Also, don’t sleep on the bargain bins below, they’ve got some amazing albums for cheap. In the end, if you’re in Downtown Milford for any reason, be sure to stop in Shock Vinyl inside Penny Square!
Rock vinyl lovers rejoice as this place is right on point.
They didn’t have the artist Peeny Noodle records….

My children take piano and guitar lessons here. The teachers are educated and good with the students. The atmosphere is very classy inside the mansion, and the Flower Child suite is very clean and professional. Both my kids enjoy coming here and teachers make learning fun. The pricing is less expensive than Music & Arts. Highly recommended
Ashley Mitchell and Donald Marvel are amazing musicians who have an amazing ability teaching all levels of students. My girls have taken vocal lessons from Ashley for over 4 years.
Ashley and Donald have taken the time and patience to teach students all varieties and levels at the students pace
Highly recommend this awesome duo of local musicians to bring the next generation of musicians their experience and knowledge
It is great
13. Music & Arts
Address: 17903 Willie Rd, Lewes, DE 19958 , Riverview , Delaware , United States
These guys have anyways been great to me, every time I’ve been able to go on and make any purchase with no pressure – and even when I ask for suggestions, they don’t just point to the most expensive thing.
Excellent selection of fine instruments and accessories. Guitar items and lots of gear for reed players.
I lot of choices
Nice Store with helpful staff !
I have went in this place like 20 times askin them for a specific pedal they still hwve yet to order it months later better off going online and saving money gas time and your life

Was great had what I needed I will be going back .. seems like a cool place good pricing .
Mr. Al and Mrs. Mary are some of the nicest people I know. They are very personable and honest people.
I have been very satisfied with any gear I’ve bought and with all of the work I’ve had frantic frets do to my gear. They will forever get my business!
A lot of stuff in a small space.
The owners are very nice and super accommodating. A little something for everyone
Great music

This place is awesome sometimes I just come here to get away from everything.
I recently purchased my Yamaha from Mike Mixon at Keyboard America. Mike is such a nice person and really took his time helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I am so pleased with my piano and was thankful for his knowledge and advice. Mike and his wife Kathy are friendly wonderful people who go above and beyond at every single point on the customer journey. Thank you both! Christine Smith
My experience with KeyboardAmerica has been positive from start to finish. Mike helped me setup my Tyros 5 over the telephone (we live on opposite coasts). Mike has tons of instructional videos and reviews on youtube. He also has free online lessons after the sale. I am unaware of any other store that provides the level of after sale support that Mike does. Don’t take my word for it, just check him out on youtube and you can see for yourself the level of support and training Mike provides.
Since no one in our state stocks arranger keyboards anymore, or can even answer simple questions about them, I called Keyboard America. Mike answered my questions – I was not sure I believed him on all the answers compared to my Clavinova, but after I got my own, his answers turned out to be 100% correct. The Genos I first received had a defect that could not be detected by simply upgrading the software. I called Mike and after some quick diagnostics had Yamaha speak to me directly. To make a long story short, Yamaha said it was manufacturing defect and authorized Mike to replace it within a couple of weeks. The replacement Genos has performed flawlessly and met all my expectations! I originally had trepidations about not being able speak face to face about my purchasing questions and service after the sale if there was a problem. But Mike and Kathy at Keyboard America took the time to answer my questions and get me solutions when needed. I, for one, am glad they there and would have no qualms returning to them should I get the urge for another instrument in the future.
Don’t let the outside deter you. They have a very good selection of digital pianos, and great costumer service. And if no one is there, call the number on the door
They were closed so I didn’t go in but they are a good one stop shop for any piano needs, books, tuning, and teacher recommendations
New to area. Called regarding piano lessons and sales person was very condescending . I’ll take my business elsewhere.
If I could give a zero star rating, I would.
I would not advise anyone to go there l have a broken electric piano and l wanted another style he told me that l was lying and my witnesses were Genova witness then hung up on me lm very disappointed.
20. Music & Arts
Address: 4380 Summit Bridge Rd Suite 7, Middletown, DE 19709 , Riverview , Delaware , United States
Highly recommend. Every experience has been great, highly knowledgeable caring employees.
Superb service. Highly recommend it.
Friendly staff with reasonably priced instruments, instructional books and consumables
Does not have guitar nuts..
This store is probably better suited for school aged musicians. A majority of their business is with students and they seem to provide great services. In terms of buying a guitar, there is not a great guitar selection, nor do the employees seem too interested in selling guitars. If you are a guitarist or a starting guitarist I would seek advice or expertise else-ware. This store seems more interested in selling what they already have rather than making sure the guitar is the right choice for the person. Which granted is most stores, but I have heard of them suggesting right handed guitars for lefties regardless of which position is the most comfortable to play. This school of thought is antiquated and a red flag in my opinion.
As the parent of a middle school musician, this store is convenient for us and will order something quickly if they don’t have it. I haven’t been thrilled with our music lesson experience (some seem over priced and its rare that you get your full time due to so many lessons scheduled) am not sure that we will continue with lessons if we can find alternative. However, my son thinks his saxophone instructor is great and that’s an important part of the experience. He needs to be comfortable with who we use.
If I can give ZERO stars I will without any hesitation. They have the worst staff with major attitude issues. You walk in as a customer and ask them something, they get irritated for “doing their job”. Guess all they want to do is listen to their iphone and spend free time there !! There is a guy by name “Josh” – he is among the worst ! The second is his manger I guess, the one with the long hair. I don’t want to even remember his name. When my daughter’s flute was repaired and sent here (5 visits and yet they don’t have a clue what’s going on), these guys acted as if Kirkwood store is responsibile and was extremely disresepctful. Throwing the client files on the table and one guy almost approaching me (Josh) with an attitude to confront. The other guy with the long hair started yelling and pointing fingers. My daughter and I exited with embarassment. This is what we get for being a customer for 5 + years. Kevin from Kirkwood store on the other hand is very gentle, helpful and completely customer oriented. Middletown store – no wonder has only few customers or students walking in even before COVID. The staffs there definitely need customer service training and importantly emotional intelligence. A bunch of arrogant inexperienced men showing their anger and frustration in life on customers ! Pathetic & Horrible !! Stay away from this store if you want a good customer experience overall.
Horrible customer service. Don’t expect a call back cause u will never get it accept from Mike, best one in there. Ended up dealing with the Camden store where they are fantastic, helpful and never made me feel like I was a problem while trying to make the right decision buying an instrument.
Horrible store. Worst customer service and prices in the music business. This place reminds me of Accent Music….terrible. Selection is poor and prices are for the rich. I will NEVER go back into this store again 🙁
BnB Music is worth the drive. I will be commuting for my music needs from now on.
