I know you can do better. The district Manager of this location should be ashamed, to say the least. I got sick to my stomach but I was determined to walk through the entire store isle by isle to witness just how bad it was. There were two associates visible who were not at all concerned with the condition of the store and because they stood at the front of the store talking and laughing like there was nothing to do. Even when I let out a very scary scream, neither one of the associates came to check on my safety another customer ran over only to find out that i saw a huge bug jumping around. I absolutely had to take a few photos because my words are just not enough. I am still in an attempt to speak personally from their Corporate Office but so far all of my attempts have been unsuccessful. I will continue my attempts to speak to someone who will be concerned enough about the photos and will look to hold someone accountable for this mess of a store. By the way, I did make a purchase just to verify my visit on 8/24/2022

The associates were very customer centric, but the store itself was a wreck. Hopefully this was due to restocking.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Many of the shelves are either empty or partially empty. The floors are dirty and the store looks messy, the coolers are mostly empty. In the winter, the store was freezing because the heat didn’t work and the workers had their winter coats, hats and gloves on. The air conditioning doesn’t seem to have been working well this past summer even on our hotter days. It looks like what inventory there is, is being sold till there isn’t anything else. You can’t help but wonder how it will be before the store close since it’s in this condition.
Went in there today to get needed items there was a old man and his daughter in there who asked for help. The person working was not acknowledging anyonee cause they were on their phone. And when the daughter told her not to talk to her father like that and asked for a manager she said she was and walked to back and refused to help
Had to ring the bell multiple times to get help. If u are only person in store with customers dont be ignorant.
Dirty, unprofessional staff, and there were literally two BIG bullet casings in the parkinglot along with glass and filth.
That store is very sloppy & clattered
It needs to be closed down for a deep cleaning nd the manager & worker are ghetto asl… one of the worse stores I walked into… sorry not sorry

If he doesn’t, he can order it from his catalog. If you are near the south suburbs of Chicago, IL you have tp stop by !
Great customer service! I messed up my guitar trying to string it myself for the first time. I don’t know who at Melody Mart serviced it since my husband was the one who brought it in, but the man adjusted it free of charge!
This establishment continues to wow me! My children attended for lessons as well as for their instructment and accessories. Now their children,
definitely gets a 5 star rating from me.
It’s a good place to get your kids to start learning how to play an instrument.
Parking is terrible. Some of the instructors are not very good, but a few are..kinds a gamble for your money..no refunds on missed lessons…instructors and staff will tell you anything to get your money oh did o mention terrible parking …make sure you have your walking shoes on
Very rude staff. I approached the counter and asked if I could complete the online registration for music lessons in person. The staff member spoke very rudely to me. When I notified this person of his unprofessional attitude, he told me I had “interrupted [him] while he was doing something important for a customer”. I told him he was so rude that I probably wouldn’t even sign up for the lessons. He responded “fine” and took the paper with my information on it, balled it up and threw it down onto the floor directly in front of me before turning his back to me while I was speaking. Meanwhile, a second staff member stood by watching and smiling. If you enjoy being disrespected, this place will be perfect for you.
** Thank you for your response, Melody Mart. There is no misunderstanding. Don’t backpedal now, keep your same energy as you displayed in person. There were NO customers at the counter and you asked “How may I help you?”. Your unprofessional behavior from that moment forward was totally inappropriate and out of proportion for the situation. Not sure how you can justify throwing a customer’s information onto the floor. Keep your services. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
The employees are friendly and they make my coffee the way I like it must of the time.
The ice coffee is ok seems like they just throw it together
They never have vanilla ice cream because they don’t have a Baskin Robbins DUH!
Overnight parking great, only coffee is Dunkin donuts overpriced. Restroom out of order for over 10minutes could have opened up a shower room for customer service

I see why ratings are so low. Not even the manager can have coffee ready in the morning. Who does that??? Tried them four times in the last month and every time there’s some excuse they need to shut this down like they shut down McDonald’s next-door
Best production ever. Very professional. Rio is the best engineer!!! Not only does he record you he also adds his input and tries to make you hit. You get what you pay for and more. Also a beast with the camera!
