I talked to the manager/owner Aaron and he’s very nice and knowledgeable. They have very good selection especially on pedals. From Strymon to electro harmonix and thanks to your guitar tech who fix my guitar so fast. 5 star for you guys .
Came in for help with a telecaster, and Dustin was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Coolest music store around!! Dozens and dozens of the latest and greatest effects pedals and noise makers. Super friendly staff that really knows their stuff. Just had my guitar worked on by their tech and I couldn’t be happier with his work! TCM is THE place to go for all local musicians.
Much better store I not been here in a while the past manager was not a music guy or a manger known as a air head I will be back
Good
Taught my kids to play guitar
Wow. Just called Town Center Music. Someone answered. I started asking about a guitar I’m looking for and got cut off mid-sentence by the guy talking loudly to a co-worker. When he stopped talking I said hello? Hello? Nothing. A few seconds later he hangs up.
Not where u want to shop you find poorly trained staff and not music people I shopped here off and on for years . just not good pepole
AVOID AVIOD
High prices not helpful run by a guy who looks 40 and still in a garage band no music
background not open late any place better then here. Manger is clueless.
3. Guitar Center
Address: 2480 Briarcliff Rd NE Suite 13, Atlanta, GA 30329 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Ce Ce was a great help to me in fulfilling my order.
Being open till 10pm is just for the week before Christmas holidays then they open at 10am and close 9pm Monday- Friday and open at 10am and close at 8pm on Saturday and open at 11am on Sunday and close at 7pm
Love this place.
They didn’t have someone to restring my guitar when I needed the most
Great selection. Customer service often lacks. I have to hunt then flag someone down when I need help.
All the best deals happen in the parking lot.
So today their “financial system” was down. But ironically they were able to take money from my account but weren’t able to give me the item that I purchased or a refund. One of the managers named Jared seem to be really bothered by the fact that I wanted a refund or my item. As I am writing this review I have yet to receive my item or a refund. I will not be purchasing anything from this place any more. I will be dealing primarily through Amazon. At least I won’t have to deal with frustrated employees. There was a time when customer satisfaction meant something but that is no longer. The idea that I am forced to shoulder the burden of a big corporation’s failure just doesn’t sit well with me. R.I.P brick and mortar stores.
Left handed people play guitar but this company ignores us. Also sells cheap over priced Chinese tuners that don’t work.
Called to buy a guitar, card in hand was told I was being transferred 10 minutes of hold music and decided clearly they aren’t motivated to sell me a guitar. Hung up called sweetwater…wow 1900 dollars and 3 minutes later had what I wanted. Sad there is just no customer service these days. So whatever guy missed his commission good job. The service I have been getting lately is driving me to sweetwater when I used to exclusively buy guitar center.
4. Randy Wood Guitars
Address: 1304 US-80, Bloomingdale, GA 31302 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Really knowledgeable and friendly staff! Great prices!
I was so happy I went here! I was initially hesitant as I just had a cheap ukelele I needed a string for and thought they would laugh at me :). But they were FANTASTIC!! Made me feel at home, friendly, helpful, and down to earth. Extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to share their knowledge. I was in total awe. Old fashioned customer service that you just don’t find anymore. I will make up excuses just to go back. Highly recommend!!
Watch a true master at work & history in the making.
Good selection and good customer service
Got a fret dress done thinking the buzz was coming from the frets but it was actually coming from the tail piece so wont be able use the guitar in any pro recording environment until I can get a new stoptail installed. after 2 repairs from them I wish someone would have noticed the tail piece was bent causing a high pitch sitar like sound because of how the strings were sitting on the bent tail piece.
Cool spot with a great antique righty Gibson acoustic transformed into a lefty that I wish I could afford!
Had a Gibson SG refinished here and it was terrible. Very patchy and uneven coverage. Worst of all was the headstock. I am a little perplexed though, they have many great reviews and other great pictures. The folks there were nice, decent selection of guitars for sale, no other complaints. I’m not sure why my guitar came out so bad.
Terrible service and terrible work.
Would never recommend to anyone.
Stay away!
5. Atlanta Discount Music
Address: 3514 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, Chamblee, GA 30341 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Great local shop. They’ve got a good selection of guitars & basses, but it’s the amps and pedals that make it a killer place to go.
Amazing store. Best selection of guitar pedals I’ve seen anywhere, by a factor of 4 or 5. Seriously, they had a million pedals!
Nice gear. Not your run of the mill shop. Friendly staff too!
Great selection of guitars and amps, great staff
Really good instruments and place to replace strings for guitars
Ok people
Bought a mic cord there a few months back , tried to return it but they said it wasn’t theirs, no receipt,
I know it came from Atlanta Discount, the guy acted like I was some kind of criminal,
I’m 59 years old, been playing for 50 years, don’t need the disrespect man, no wonder Guitar Center is kicking their ass
Don’t drop your amp here for repair. Paid close to $200 and when I got home, the amp still didn’t work. Total rip-off
It’s a neat store. It’s a small local place with a somewhat limited selection. I didn’t think the prices were all that great based on their new guitars and the staff didn’t find me interesting enough to ask me if I needed anything even though this one guy saw me coming in. Oh, well.
6. Atlanta Musicians Exchange
Address: 2619 Lawrenceville Hwy, Decatur, GA 30033 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Great location awesome service and a super selection of rockin cool musical instruments highly recommend
I purchased a complete Pearl drum kit from this shop. Excellent everything! Fantastic customer service! Would purchase from again!
My Son takes Drum lessons with Bill Shirk and loves it. Friends and neighbors notices the improvement. We also purchases a nice set from Mike. Great price and service.
The photo of the wall of guitars is pretty much their entire stock. I’ve seen low-end pawn shops that are less cluttered.
I found the owner to be very unfriendly. I will shop elsewhere. I don’t like to feel like I am bothering someone when I’m spending my money.
Horrible Customer service and NOT HELPFUL!! Instead of helping we with appropriate prices for my gear, I was ridiculed by the prices I thought might be appropriate. A ‘good luck with selling your stuff at those prices’ is all I got. I don’t appreciate the attitude and lack of consideration. All they could have said was ‘those prices are higher than market currently…have you thought of selling them for $$$$?’. Unfortunately the response I got causes me to NEVER want to shop at this place. Sellers BEWARE.
7. Musician’s Warehouse
Address: 245 N Lumpkin St, Athens, GA 30601 , Teo , Georgia , United States
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. You can actually plug into effect pedals and try before you buy. Great prices on gear.
Hands down one of the best music stores around. The owner, Ed, really cares about the local music scene and treating everyone honestly and fairly. Wonderful selection, great prices and truly an amazing business.
Great local shop with friendly personal service. Support your loconomy!
Pretty good shop if you are in Athens. Much better selection of gear than their competitors in the area.
Check out the new location!
Very nice store but not a great variety of guitars
Really wanted to like this company. I was cheated and conned, and after a week with zero communication I contacted them. They fumbled around for another day or two then stated they couldn’t find the item. I was left empty handed and confused. No attempt at finding the item or ordering another. Nothing. Zip. C’mon guys!
Poor selection. If you like grandpa guitars this is the place. Wouldnt recomend to any modern guitar players.
Dude I’m not sure what happened. The first floor is desolate (empty for everybody that’s currently reading this while dunk). I understand social distancing, but I’m I am attending Warehouse, I do not care about the current situation, I’m here to rave. Open the first floor for a mosh pit.
8. Firehouse Guitars & Music
Address: 612 Medlock Rd, Decatur, GA 30033 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Great local music store. Pete was super helpful in picking out new gear.
I stopped into Firehouse for the first time yesterday and I was blown away by the amazing people that worked here. I came in with a specific problem – protecting my guitars for an upcoming move – and the two guys working there both listened to my quandary and helped me come up with a solution. They were super attentive and friendly, knowledgable, and seemed to really love what they were doing. The simple kindness that they showed to me has decidedly made me an eternal fan of the store. Not to mention that the two people who were working there both kept their masks on the whole time. I just feel like that’s a show of human decency.
A few days prior, I went to a large chain music store nearby and the employees there just acted too cool to really give concern to my issues and NO ONE was wearing a mask. I mean, halfway through helping me, the employee picked up a guitar and started playing lol. I was like, “bro, I’m talking to you??” (didn’t say that, but I definitely thought it)
Listen. Don’t go to any other store in the area. These guys care about everyone that walks through the door – I can just tell. My only regret is that I didn’t catch the names of the two guys so that I could mention them directly. Show some love to the local guys. You won’t regret it.
Bought my Yamaha acoustic there last week, the guy working was friendly and helpful and the guitar plays great. Prices were in line with everywhere else seems like. I’ve been in guitar center and half the guitars on the wall are set up so badly they’re unplayable. Happy to support a local business over them. Will probably be back to buy an electric soon.
This is a pretty good little store. I bought my guitar and amp here
Rip off.go elsewhere. I use to really like bringing my daughter here but they must be under new management. Prices have gotten ridiculous!!!
9. Righteous Guitars
Address: 1455 Hembree Rd, Roswell, GA 30076 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Went to Righteous because they are local and are the largest Taylor dealer in the southeast. Spent about an hour and a half with Jeff whose advice and guidance were invaluable in selecting a magnificent instrument. Most importantly, it truly was the guitar that spoke to us. There was no pressure at all and the selection was perfect. Jeff shared his deep knowledge of guitars by explaining the differences in woods and construction and the features various brands offer. We could not be more pleased with our selection and with Righteous. Highly recommended!
Very cool guitar store! Not a whole lot of vintage stuff, but the selection of new guitars is amazing. Gibson and PRS lovers will experience nirvana!
THE musician’s musician source for new guitars. Outstanding inventory.
Great store. Just not my thing.
Did a drive by while traveling in the area. Saw the ‘call for appointment’ sign. Rang the door bell and was ushered into guitar heaven. Played a Heritage H150 (unplugged) for a while. I was ready to buy the beast and hit the road. Was told that it would be plek’ed and shipped to me. I really didn’t want that. I asked if I could pick it up in a week when I head back to FLA. They said the process would take 3-4 weeks.
So, there won’t be a new guitar in my collection. That’s not necessarily a bad thing.
Great shop for rare guitars
This is a beautiful store with a magnificent display of guitars. I was never ask if I would like to play one through an amp.
The salesman at Guitar Center did ask if I would like to go into a private room and try out a few guitars.
I love my new PRS from Guitar Center.
CAUTION!!! Ben Calhoun tries to swindle customers into making unnecessary repairs or modifications for his personal financial gain with his bogus guitar “appraisal” service.
Not happy with the setup service.
No greeting. Vague responses to questions. Retail prices. Sterile.
10. Jackson’s Music Store Inc
Address: 1651 Horizon Pkwy #500, Buford, GA 30518 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Their cordial staff was an eye-opener; I haven’t experienced such expertise in one’s craft until I walked into that store. On a Saturday, one staff member was even helpful enough to call up a rep, who only works on weekdays, to answer my questions, and he did so willingly and insisted on not hanging up until I was more than satisfied.
We called Jackson Music to repair our son’s clarinet. They immediately put Doug on the phone to see if he could. Doug was so helpful and very knowledgeable discussing the problem with his instrument. He fixed the clarinet and polished the keys like new with a fast turn around during the holidays! Thank you Doug!!
I recently had my sons alto saxophone repaired through Jackson’s music store. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The repair came back quickly and at a very good price I recommend them to anyone in need of service or equipment. Fantastic staff and thanks again!!!
I come here for instrument repairs. I’m a professional musician that need his instrument asap. Mark at this location always fixes my sax perfectly. I’m going for a repad in the next two weeks
I like buying local. I got good service on a brass instrument repair. ( I didn’t try to use a pick )
English
I like this stores. You can saw variety of instruments. And if you want take music classes of any instrument, this is the place. You can found different types of instruments. (Wind, Percussion, string, etc.)
No inventory.
My music teacher wants me to have a metronome. Went in looking for a metronome. They didn’t have any, which was odd for a music store, but I wasn’t upset about it. On my way out, another associate clarified that they don’t carry metronomes because most people simply use their phones; totally reasonable. I clarified that I prefer a physical metronome, and I’d look somewhere else. The associate then told me that “professionals and real musicians use the app” and undermined my preference for a physical one. “The customer is always right” is not a maxim held by Jackson’s music. They assert that they know best, and in my experience come across as somewhat unhelpful and arrogant.
I just went in to get son a guitar and then guy in dreads is supposedly the manager and it was an issue for him to even help us. I asked to see his manager and he lied and said he wasnt in. And then he told me to leave. Do not go to this store. Go somewhere where they want your business.
11. String Theory Music
Address: 204 W 4th St, Adel, GA 31620 , Teo , Georgia , United States
A really cool place to get a new guitar or a vintage album.
Awesome store! I went in looking for something that I didn’t know the name of and I was helped right away and found something better than what I was looking for. Also, the owner/manager was very friendly and offered friendly suggestions and was informative on their services and musical lessons. I will definitely refer my friends to this place and I will be visiting again soon. Also, they have a punch card deal on buying strings or drum sticks!
Wonderful service and helpful staff.
Very friendly and helpful with your question and needs
12. Guitar Center
Address: 1455 Pleasant Hill Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30044 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Awesome store for musicians. Only negative I would say is not much of choices in variety as well as brands when it comes to PA system and few other items.
A salesman Bryan was excellent at helping us with our purchase.
Selection here is pretty sparse.
Nice store. Much better than the Tallahassee location
They didn’t have everything in stock that I needed, but John in the drum department was very friendly and helpful
They are knowingly trying to sell me crap. I would drive 20 extra miles to go to a different guitar center.
If I could rate with 0 stars I would . Their customer service is HORRIBLE !!!
Disappointing selection and uninterested service
13. Rockys Music
Address: 113 Front St, Sylvester, GA 31791 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Always friendly and professional, Rocky has what you need at good prices
Rocky is from the old school, but he is with the times. He offers competitive pricing, a large selection of items he can get quick, and he knows his stuff. He is very efficient and skilled in modifying, repairing and setting up guitars and basses.
He has always seemed as honest as the day is long and in my decades of knowing him, I have never experienced anything on the contrary. I highly recommend this place!
Do not in fact open at 10.
14. Music Trader
Address: 3964 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Paul is a great Guy , I’ve bought a bass and a guitar and assorted accessory’s from him . He’s also very knowledgeable about music gear. He will help you any way he can.
Love this place!
Paul fixed my keyboard for me in a timely manner. What a life saver! He always gives expert, honest advice. I would recommend Music Trader to anyone.
It is a good shop. Paul is a good guy. They’re are often hidden gems.
I was treated very rudely by the “manager”. I refuse to ever give this establishment my business ever again. I buy used musical equipment, and a lot of it, and I’ll never spend my cash here again, no matter how desirable the inventory is.
Prices to high for old equipment
Came to sell some music equipment and instead of being given a counter offer. This clearly unprofessional and disinterested man behind the counter clapped and asked me to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want your time wasted and your intelligence insulted. Just go to guitar center.
Edit. In an attempt to misrepresent me the owner has left a dishonest reply to this review. I was not offered proper customer service and I nor anyone that I work with will patronage your business. Best of luck to you as-well and I hope that you will take heed of the customer service practices of other more successful business in the area going forward.
15. Vintage Musical Instruments
Address: 42 Public Square S, Dahlonega, GA 30533 , Teo , Georgia , United States
It’s the coolest shop on the square in Dahlonega GA.
Love this local shop. Unique vintage instruments for viewing.
I live in Atlanta, and I was spending the weekend close by Dahlonega, I found this shop and dropped my guitar for some adjustments, knowing it would take me a couple hours round trip to pickup again. Best decision ever, my 25 year old Takamine feels brand new again. Ken knows his stuff and is a beautiful person. Awesome experience.
I was disappointed with the repair work done on my guitar. It wasn’t a horrible job but it wasn’t a good job either.
The luthier wasn’t able to polish the frets because they didn’t have any high grit sandpaper so, I had to “polish” the frets with my strings from play wear and now my frets are “polished” very unevenly.
He seemed to do an okay job with the fret leveling and crowning but there are still some noticeable corners on about half of the fret edges and especially on the higher frets where people usually don’t play. (You can tell how he had it laid on the table because one side is relatively smooth and the other looks like it barely got any attention along with the nut which is just as sharp as before)
He also got multiple dings and scratches on my guitar neck. Which I personally don’t mind on the specific guitar I sent in, but I would be quite irritated if it happened to a higher end guitar. (It’s named ‘Rawhide’ which explains the guitar well)
So, pretty much I paid for an incomplete job where if I had the proper tools I could have done it myself and probably much better.
I’m not trying to start anything and I don’t want to get the Luthier in trouble, I just want to see quality work from the Luthier so *if* I ever bring in a higher end guitar I won’t have to sleep in fear worrying about possible damage.
My recommendation for the Luthier is if someone pays you to level, crown and polish frets, make sure you have ALL of the necessary tools and really take the time to do a good job on ALL of the frets. Also make sure to keep the guitar safe in the process.
If I had known what to expect for what I paid for, I would have pressed the Luthier to finish the job, but at the time I didn’t know what high quality frets were like.
Lastly, on an unrelated topic that really goes to personal preference, they require masks to enter the store, no exceptions. I don’t support being muzzled for a virus with a 99%+ survival rate and even 95%+ if you’re over the age of 70, where it’s so “deadly” you require a medical test just to see if you have it, and asymptomatic spread has been proven to be extremely rare, if not just another myth to keep us living in fear.
But to each their own.
Went to store this morning at ten after 11 and no one was there.
I’m very disappointed in this “business” we had taken a family heirloom to him to be repaired, he said it would take two weeks. Hey, great you got a deal. Let’s go ahead and pay for it so you will have the money on hand to pay for the parts and your time. Three weeks later we have to call and the guitar still isn’t finished. Four weeks later we call once again it’s still not done. I go to the “business” to see if it’s even been touched, and low and behold it had not. He had already told us that sales from other people come first with it being around the holidays. Wait wait so a sale that was already made gets placed last?! That was my daughter’s Christmas present as well to hear the guitar play once again that her papa had gave to her 10 years ago, then he pasted away. I will never trust this place again repairs or to buy from!
16. Earthshaking Music
Address: 648 McDonough Blvd SE, Atlanta, GA 30315 , Teo , Georgia , United States
This is the finest music store around the selection is awesome and the staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly highly recommended thanks a bunch
Charlie is the Man! Thanks again and see ya next time..
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great instrument options for guitars and percussion. The location is not the best part of town; otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.
Solid.
We were looking for a pre-owned Taylor or Martin acoustic guitar. We’re from out of town and had somewhere to be so we only had about 25 minutes to look around. At first everyone was nice while we looked around, both of our kids are involved heavily in music so they spent their time there trying out instruments to which the gentleman attending (I could assume owner) was kind and attentive. Until we turned down sale of a keyboard, at which point he decided to approach my autistic son while on a small drum kit and scream at him for being too big for it. I’m no fan of leaving places in handcuffs, so I didn’t cave in his face, I decided a well deserved poor review and exposure to the public what a peice of trash he is would suffice. Trying Dirt Cheap Music nearby instead.
*update following response from the owner
It is fair to say that your employee had a right to address the issue, but screaming and belittling an autistic child isn’t the way to go about it. Furthermore, my initial feelings of rage as a protective father are quite normal and my decision to take a more appropriate route is not something I am ashamed of in the slightest. Neither of them damaged anything and nothing was kicked or struck with any kind of force by either child. You responded defensively and completely missed the point. To scream at the child in an aggressive manner, autistic or not is unacceptable and the employee could have delivered the exact same message in a better tone and achieved far better results. I honestly can’t imagine any scenario that aggressively yelling at a person in your store achieves any positive results.
I called on a Saturday to see if a kick drum could be repaired. The gentleman I was speaking with informed the drum specialist won’t be in until Tuesday to take a look at it. Perfectly understandable. I asked how long could the repair could possibly take, which seemed like a reasonable question, but the guy I was speaking with had an entire meltdown! Started talking aggressively and rudely. I told him to relax because it was a simple question. I won’t ever do business with this company. If this is how you react to and treat people for asking simple questions, I can’t imagine the level of service would be any better.
There is a lot I like about this place, but there is definitely a problem with sexism here. The staff seems to be entirely white and male, and one staff member in particular has consistently been very patronizing to me. Without any prior familiarity with me, he consistently assumed I lack any knowledge or expertise. He told me things about my own gear as if I couldn’t possibly understand it on my own. He told me that I would be able to settle on one type of guitar I liked once I had “some experience.” At one point, while trying out a guitar, I noted it was out of tune. I was about to tune it when he quickly took it from me, saying he would be able to tune it faster than I could. (This did not turn out to be true. He actually seemed to have some trouble with the amp’s tuner.) This particular employee has been there the last few times I’ve been in, and from other employees I’ve experienced a remote surliness. I understand this is the traditional culture of music stores, but I personally am not interested in participating anymore. It’s a shame, because I think the store has a good selection and good prices, and it’s in my neighborhood. But until the culture at the store changes, I’ll unfortunately be using ebay.
17. Big House Guitars
Address: 2323 Cheshire Bridge Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30324 , Teo , Georgia , United States
Great selection of records and guitars. Overall great experience.
I am just learning to play guitar on a Taylor guitar my dad loaned me. I broke a string (oops!) so I googled to find a guitar shop close by and found Big House. I’m SO glad I went here! The people were so nice and extremely helpful. I walked out in minutes with a new string on the guitar, a guitar actually in tune, and a lot of knowledge I didn’t have walking in. My dad was also very impressed by the quality and care they took with his guitar. Will definitely be going back here from now on!
Dealing with Russ at Big House Guitars was nothing but a stress-free transaction; from the communications to the purchase to the shipping. I highly recommend this shop and look forward to continuing doing business with Russ.
Best,
José De Leija
Beautiful collection of guitars on sale and consignment, plus a pretty decent record shop!
The staff was very friendly and very attentive. All the gear seems to be in great condition, but overall the prices are a too high for this musician’s budget. Watch out for that undisclosed “checkout fee” 😉
Had a lot of records that haven’t been put out or put in sections.
The owner of this business scams customers online making false claims regarding the authenticity and value of his Guitars. Have a luthier you trust look over your next axe from this con-artist.
Disregard, disrespect and unprofessional…
I had a horrible experience at this store. They told me it would take 7 days to change the strings and when I went to get the guitar it was just as I left it. They didn’t even touch the guitar.
I wanted to buy a Gibson and didn’t buy it because of my bad experience. They missed an opportunity for additional business, and I will never visit this store again.
I do, however, recommend Maple Street Guitars which in my opinion is the best guitar shop in GA. I was very happy with my experience there! They`re professionals.
I don’t like writing negative reviews and try to work it out in good faith before. I spent a LARGE sum of money on instruments at Big House Guitars and got burnt. Upon the inspection I (luckily!!) requested, the $$$$$ vintage Les Paul turned out not to be true to representation (only 1 PAF pickup instead of two … oops, sorry for the mix up!). I still decided to proceed and worked out a deal including several trade in instruments. They simply didn’t honor it: I received one guitar with cracks, which they half-assedly tried to pin on UPS before telling me it was like that when I tried it… Nice! They never took my guitars agreed as trade-ins, leaving me on the hook for selling them… I called Russ the store owner many times, who ghosted me, leaving me to receiv lip service by email from the crew. VERY disappointed. It’s a cool shop and the guys seem friendly. But sadly, I wouldn’t buy anything ever again from them. BUYER BEWARE.
18. Dirt Cheep Pro Audio & Musical Instruments
Address: 2415 S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30080 , Teo , Georgia , United States
The guitar I ordered is awesome, but there was some confusion over whether the case was included or not. This was an online order that shipped to me. After a little back and forth, they refunded an acceptable portion of the original purchase price to account for the discrepancy in the ad. The guitar is 5 stars, but I’m leaving 4 just for the extra hassle.
Great place for all musicians and those just thinking about picking up your first instrument. Nice selection and great prices can be found.
Good experience
I literally tried to donate a trombone that my son barely used. So that maybe a single mother or parent who may not have the money to spend could possibly benefit from it for their child. I didnt ask for any money at all. They told me they wouldnt take it. I even said id rather give it away than to throw it away. They told me they had too many. We were just trying to be a blessing to another family.
I was not pleased with their return policy. Just make sure that whatever you get there, you never plan to return it. They left a very bad feeling.
It is NOT dirt cheep!
19. Pro Music Outlet Inc
Address: 4135 Lavista Rd Suite 210, Tucker, GA 30084 , Teo , Georgia , United States
This store is the best!!! Great people!!! Great vibe!! Great attitudes!!! Great equipment!!! Great deals!!!! All the above great!! Need something pertaining to music “Start Here”!!
Easy to work with. Quick at communication. Tony was really gracious in helping me get the best equipment that matched the event I was renting for. I will be back
They fix all of my audio equipment
Real feel kinda place
I needed my hard drive recovered so they recovered it but deleted everything which I don’t believe was necessary just easier. They did put a lot of programs on my Mac but they are all antiquated except 1 and not only that they made it seem like they were putting so much on there but most of the plug-ins need authorization too plus my computer is running way slower than before but Iam glad it’s running and thankful for the programs that do work.
Well to be honestly when it comes to finding the right equipment tools that you need to establish a successful business. Especially when it comes to music everything has to be super fine to use things are quite the buzz to get typically only for practice material only. Truthfully you should always get anything that’s Musical and days so in tune with your heart has to be brand new. So I went to this particular place to buy Saturday items that I might need to spruce up my canvases so I can make that Perfect Pitch sound wasn’t too disappointed and wasn’t too excited either but you never know what you get until you open the book. This place has a lot of items that I haven’t seen on the market such as basis old Phantom keyboard classic stuff that started off hot and probably early 90s onto to the mid-2000s I say 2008. So if you see vintage music places like that they have Studio tired and still a Quick Med in a might have that particular our scent and will you get ashlie record music these places are typically the hotbed for local rappers local musicians things of that nature is like a vintage bookstore. You might not find what you’re looking for but you might find the past from which you once was looking for. So you can stop by this place give it a try and there’s also store next door so we can get hungry or thirsty or you want to gamble just a tad you can go up there and check out this place you might find what you looking for.
These people cap Smh. Sold me a 100 mic.
In I end up looking it up smh this same mic is 22.dollars on Amazon. I Took it back right away
Alllllll Cap Over there look up the merchandise prices before u bye
I learn my lesson
Great place if you want to buy equipment. Not so much if you want to sell your items . I’ve called the owner about some things I wanted to sell to this location, each time the owner lied and said he wasn’t there or he would call back tomorrow. Very unprofessional if you ask me , if you don’t want to do something just say it .. don’t lie to a customer.
Never open, when I visit
UPDATE:
I have visited 4 times, during business hours, only to find a sign saying there are closed for a break.

Great place with great prices and knowledgeable people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Great
This is a nice locally owned music store. Very good selection of guitars and other musical instruments. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Stop by and support a small business!
