I went into the store with a small shopping list of beginning trombone student supplies. The place is so piled high with inventory that I just showed my list to the person at the counter rather than get lost in it all. I was really surprised to see so much in the shop.
He retrieved everything on the list in a matter of seconds and also showed us how to care for a trombone, using one of the instruments in the store to demonstrate. AND it all cost a little less than the same items cost on Amazon. I’ll definitely be back!
Very helpful when picking out an instrument and got a complimentary tuner with my purchase. Also very convenient because I changed my mind on the instrument I wanted and they were able to put the money I already spent towards something else. Recommend renting an instrument to build rent credit, whatever you spent renting you’ll get off the price when you buy it.
Always happy with the service we receive
Great service! Wish there was more selection but their wide expanse of all types of musical knowledge is unmatched in the area.
Great and helpful!
Muy bonito
Never has anything in stock. Had to go to Guitar Center’s Percussion Department for what I needed.
Low inventory. Cluttered. Go to guitar center.
Dropped off my guitar either Saturday or Sunday. All that needed to be done was one of the wires needed to be soldered, shouldn’t take longer than 15 minutes. Was told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday or Tuesday. Tuesday comes and goes and we call and are told he was on a tech call and that it wouldn’t be done until Thursday. Already upset because at the very least I should’ve gotten a phone call updating me, we wait until today, Thursday. So we just went to the store and he still hadn’t even looked at it, was just laying there. So we just picked it up and left without it being fixed. It shouldn’t take that long, and you couldn’t even call and update? Took it to Guitar Center instead

Went there for my son’s school project of build your own instrument. The tech there was very helpful and almost as excited as we were to help us carry out my son’s vision. Great customer service.
Awesome workers. Very helpful and friendly ever time we go in. They go the extra mile for great costumer service especially the manager and a nice dude with long hair!
Very knowledgeable and friendly
Absolutely neccessary. This place is “A-1” for your musical needs.
Great customer service and all questions were answered.
Good staff nice shop
Will not be back. This is a second time I’ve said this.Sold some stuff
To them, they did me right.But…..Now I get the run around.Seems to be a revolving door as far as employees. Was told has wasn’t gonna get the deals I had been.Felt like I’ve been singled out.If that’s the case …We might have a problem. Not everyone can afford high end gear.Me my self I trade and flip gear to get what need.I give these people enough of
My money.I don’t want to hear some lame excuse about space .
You can only use that one a few times.GUITAR CENTER YOU WILL
NEVER GET ANOTHER DIME FROM
ME.
My boyfriend and our family went in to go buy a guitar that was over $500 and the whole time the manager was being so rude a disrespectful. We first asked if he had the certain guitar in stock and he said “ I have a couple but I won’t bring it out unless you plan on buying one” The thing was, we had people coming in to purchase this guitar because we personally already have 2 of them. Then later we asked again and he had the biggest attitude. We understood he was doing something, but he still felt the need to make it known he didn’t want to take the extra 5 minutes to bring out the guitar that we already said we were going to purchase. We came from Sacramento and over here we have never had bad customer service from any of the Guitar Centers. The only reason the guitar was purchased was because they needed it asap and that is the only guitar center that was around. Sir, learn how to treat your customers especially when nobody was being disrespectful towards you.
If anyone is in the market to buy an instrument, dont drown a potential customer out of an area by turning on stupid loud metal music and then walking off. It was quite at first when i walked in and about 15 mins later, it was like hey! Lets turn on the metal music and flush out potential customers. It was rude and uncall for. I could no longer hear the sounds on the instrument i was examining.. I’m not saying they cant have music on, just dont make it obvious to assume any person isn’t a potential customer in market examining whats out there.

This place is awesome!! The owner, Chris, was super helpful for setting me up with drums and a guitar amp to complete my band room. A+++ Support local business!
Friendly staff but small selection of instruments.
Nice staff
It’s a nice little place to get your music needs
Told me he was better than guitar center because he’s a metal expert.
It’s a nice little store and all, but the employees are rude as they can be. I recommend driving to visalia to guitar center, so they can give you the actual respect and give you everything you need without being rude.
Called thinking I was gonna get help but when I got there no one knew what I was talking about
