Amazing store, affordable products for amazing music supplies and extremely friendly owner.
Great music store, expert help on repairs, great selection. Reasonable prices.
Carl rented me a digital keyboard for five days while I was in town for a vacation. He charged fifteen dollars a day, but waived the first and last days because they were “partial.” I’m very grateful to him for accommodating me and trusting me with the instrument. His store seems cozy and well-stocked. It’s located on the hill west of the old town and can easily be spotted (on the north side of 160) by the cluster of bright red roofs at the edge of the woods. Stop in and see what he can do for you.
Carl has opened a beautiful new shop!
Very knowledgeable, nice selection .
For a small town, this place is amazing. The owner knows so much and has helped me as an artist. Nice instruments for good prices. But this time I only needed some drum sticks, that where less than expected, I may add.
Musical equipment is overpriced amazon deals from Christmas. Owner is a nice guy, but was clearly just trying to sell more expensive items over cheaper arguably better ones. “Handmade” strings snapped within the hour, I have a hard time believing the Ernieball strings would have any problem. Sadly though I listened to the worker who assured me that they were the worst. Overall I recommend just driving to Durango you’d end up saving money and not being treated as if you haven’t been playing guitar correctly your entire life.

3. Jimmy’s Music & Supply
Address: 1239 Main Ave Ste 101, Durango, CO 81301 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Mr. Jimmy always shows me a good time. Nicest music store in Durango!
I am so glad this store is here,a great place..
Knowledgeable and very helpful! Thank you so much for everything ❤️ helped me fall in love with my guitars and music
Cute store pack with tons of things.
Good local music, guitar store
Jimmy’s music was very nice store however seemed understaffed.
They did not have what we were looking for.
Had my mind set on buying a new piano keyboard and supporting this local music store in Durango and to know that the workers (maybe even the owners) don’t know how to treat their customers is very disappointing. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, even after a few minutes I wasnt asked how I was doing or IF I NEEDED HELP FINDING ANYTHING. I know what you’re thinking “maybe he was busy” nooooo! Because there was another worker there and no one else was in the store. I wasn’t addressed or anything until I was about to leave. I know I’m an adult and maybe I should have just asked him myself but if I’m gonna spend a few hundred dollars at your store then I’d expect to be treated like it let alone be WELCOMED INTO THE STORE! But my question is why? Did I not looked like a serious buyer? Was it cause I was wearing a mask? Or was it cause I was brown? My questions are valid and justified through the actions of the workers. Sad to know that people are treated differently for whatever reason. Such a bad impression on the community and very disappointing experience.
4. Steve’s Guitars
Address: 19 N 4th St, Carbondale, CO 81623 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Nice collection of vintage guitars and other instruments.
Intimate, beautiful guitar display. Fun nice place to get to know musicians upclose. Byob.
It’s ok
Intimate venue blanketed in an eclectic collection of guitars. Great for solo or small acts to play in, especially warm acoustics.
This place chronically doesn’t pay their musicians who play there. 50% cut of door sales?? No response when folks try to collect their earnings?? Support local music – not this place.
5. Rosewood Music
Address: 1900 Florida Rd B-3, Durango, CO 81301 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Hands down the best guitar repair in town I have a very old Martin guitar that has been in the family for generations over the years it has had a rough life I took it to the “best’ repair shop in town they told me it was beyond repair saddened by this news I headed back to the car to return home as I was about to get in the car I noticed a lighter laying in the parking lot I picked it up and the lighter had Rosewood music printed on it not wanting to give up on the family guitar I decided to take it to Mr. Osborn for a second opinion well Mr Osborn told me that it was in terrible shape and I thought right away that I was going to be told it was unrepairable but to my surprise in was the opposite Mr Osborn said it wasn’t going to be an easy repair to make but it was doable a week later I went to pick up the old family guitar and was confused at first when I was handed the guitar back it didn’t look like the old Martin it looked brand new being so impressed with Mr Osborn’s craftsmanship I will recommend anyone needing guitar repair to Rosewood Music he truly is the best in town.
Dave is a beast when it comes to making a guitar… Music is his passion
Guy is nice and will work with you does wonderful work and is reasonable on prices
I thank god for my few friends!!
Not trust worthy, I took a violin. You chipped it, it was not tuned and stings are slipping. And please do not contact me thru Facebook. The instrument was brand new had no chips. No it was not high quality although is worth more than you claim it to be. You did not deliver quality work, I will not be going back to you. Have a splendid day sir.
6. Treble-n-the Yampa
Address: 458 Yampa Ave, Craig, CO 81625 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
How can I contact this store? I tried calling number listed online and website. Person that answered said it was wrong number? What is the phone number?
Super heart customer service!! I’ll be going back again, enjoyed the amazing experience, very convenient!!!:)
7. Wild Acoustic Music Co.
Address: 28225 CO-74, Evergreen, CO 80439 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
We get music lessons here. Just couldn’t be happier! If you are looking to learn, this is the place!
Haven’t been in a while because I live so far away, but I have never found another music store on par with this one. Hopefully once I graduate and start making that career moneh I can come back and visit and maybe get another awesome acoustic guitar.
Love this place. The owners are incredible!
8. Moondog Music Shop
Address: 1716 W Uintah St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Great selection and awesome store. Also, the owner is super knowledgeable and a superb music teacher as well as an all around great guy. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
Great place with some awesome guitars!
Good and decent quality amps and instruments for fair prices! Owner is way cool, and don’t forget to pet the super cool dog that’s there to greet you upon entrance! Thumbs up!
Everyone says this place is always closed when they say that they will be open. Well unfortunately that is the reality I too have experienced. Multiple times I’ve tried to visit during posted operating hours but I can never seem to catch the store open. I’ll keep trying though maybe they need some extra help like a part time employee. We need local musical instrument stores or all there’s gonna be is guitar center.
I was sent here while on the hunt for a violin and was very excited to see everything from the window. It says its supposed to open at 11 but its 1120, windy, cold, and there is no sign of them opening. Unfortunately due to time constraints I will need to take my business to Guitar Center.
Web site is shady can’t seem to catch opend …..
Stopped by to get a guitar and they are closed. Wish I would have know this, I wouldn’t have drove across town to come here.
9. Campus Music Store & Studios

Very helpful! Got my first guitar here years ago! WILL DICKSON and JAGUAR JAKE are juts ignorant and mad! THE WORLD DOESNT REVOLVE AROUND YOU insignifiCUNTS!!
Closed when it says 24 hours and store is a mess
10. Marck Time Music
Address: 2318 Jones Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Great place! Especially when they service my Granddaughters base clarinet!!
I have had my flute/piccolo repaired by Mark for 40 years. A couple times I went somewhere else, but, never had it last as well as when Mark fixed them. He is simply the best and can repair anything! The music store is nice and carries a variety of music and instruments, from student models to professional. The staff is excellent and bends over backwards to help. I highly recommend them for all your musical needs.
Amazing service and willingness to help. As an adult getting ready to learn a new instrument it was nice to have somebody that was able to help me understand what I was looking at
Nice people.
Great place to get your music! They have amazing products and variety
Real friendly, I would of given them a 5 but we drove 2 and a half hours and the man that repairs the instruments is on vacation.
Too expensive
Not able to find what I needed, staff tried to convince me what I was looking for did not exist. Although I was looking to replace an item I had. Lovely store but customer service was not great. Maybe the person was having a bad day, either way will be a while before I go back. That is only my opinion, it looked like they had a good selection of instruments and sheet music.
Dropped off a clarinet for servicing. Waited 2.5 weeks and herd nothing from this shop. Went on to check on it and was told the man that does the work on instruments was out and it would be a few more days. Waited another week. No one called us. Went back to check on it and was told he would look at it in the next 2 days. Waited 3 days and no call again. Went to the shop to pick it up. Told them someone was supposed to service the instrument and it’s been a month we have waited and no one has even called us. The lady just stood there looking lost. Almost like she didn’t know where she was. Take your instrument elseware to have it serviced. This shop needs new management, badly.
Good takes from this. The shop is very clean and neat. The people that run it are very friendly. I really hate to see such a well maintained LOCAL business in this shape. I do hope they can correct whatever is weong internally.
11. GLENWOOD MUSIC
Address: 3102 Blake Ave D, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Great place to get student instrument rentals and awesome customer service
Amazing store and staff
They did some nice work on my guitar
W H A T ?? I can’t hear you !! Lol. Yeah it sounds good . ha ha .
Took guitar lessons, glade I did..
Extremely helpful and friendly. Beautiful shop. They added a additional area January 2019 ish with a great guitar room and piano area.
I took my guitar in to sell on consignment. I was told I would be called when it sold. After 2 weeks I called to see if it sold. I was then told it had sold the week before but I never was called by the owner. When I went in to get my portion of the money, the owner was very standoffish and if he had been a bit more approachable I would have told him how he never called me to tell me it sold. Luckily I won’t have any reason to go back there for any reason!
Very disrespectful people. I hate spending my money there but it’s the only local music store 🙁
Customer service is absolutely awful. The rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. They are so pompous and rude I am sad I gave them my money. If you aren’t knowledgeable about music DONT GO HERE, the staff is terrible to customers who don’t know music. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere or just shopping online. Not one member of the staff is nice and helpful, worst musical experience ever!
12. Da Capo Music Room
Address: 2020 Sullivan Ave, Farmington, NM 87401 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Very happy with the repair work Dean did for me. My guitar neck had been almost completely split and i was worried it might be time to put my old fender guitar to rest. Luckily while i was searching for a new guitar, Dean reached out to come bring it by the repair shop and in about a week it was brought back better than ever. He even took care of the little details and i appreciate that alot.
Thanks for the kindness and even educating me about guitars Deal.
Ill definitely be back.
Down to earth staff and a family atmosphere. My daughter enjoys attending lessons here.
13. Olde Town Pickin’ Parlor
Address: 7515 Grandview Ave, Arvada, CO 80002 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
These guys do some of the best guitar setups in town. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I completely recommend them.
Kit is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Cool guitars, great people a very fun place to dream!!!
I don’t know anything about picking parlor but I must say Olde Town has potential to be great. But…. they tear down way to many old interesting buildings that should be preserved and keep the Olde Town real. And I have to rate downtown a 3 with all the cigarette butts that are littered throughout the entire town! It is DISGUSTING!!!
I was looking forward to visiting, but after this experience it is highly unlikely I will ever go back. The guy working the counter today could not have cared less that a customer was in the store and interested in guitars. I tried to engage him in conversation, but he had zero interest in chatting with me. Thoroughly unimpressed. I have a hard time believing they will be able to stay in business if this is how most of the people who try to shop there are treated. I love to support local businesses, but unfortunately this won’t be one I support in the future. If you need anything guitar or music related, you’re probably better off finding another place to shop.
Staff wasn’t interested in helping us, they seemed preoccupied with more important things…
I am a PRO MUSICIAN PRO VOCALIST

14. Xylem Basses & Guitars
Address: 345 Rogers Ln, Durango, CO 81303 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
Hello everyone my name is Raz Sisneros. I have been a musician for about 18 years. This may be a lengthy review but it is worth reading, I promise. At the time ov writing this I want to say I’ve known and been working with Anthony for about 6 or 7 years and it has been nothing short ov Spectacular! I live about an hour away and get to visit with Anthony at his shop at least a dozen times per year. Anthony over the years has done countless repairs and setups on my many guitars that have come and gone. He always would go the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with all aspects of any work that was done. In the few instances I had any issues, he would go out ov his way to fix them as soon as possible. I’ve actually had the privilege ov playing 2 guitars made by Anthony and did the sound samples for his website, be sure to check those out. First was the Allessandra guitar, the other was the six string with the Fishman fluence pickups that should be getting audio very soon. Both ov these instruments were hands down the Best guitars I have ever played. Ask Anthony, I have had a ton of different guitars over the years. The craftsmanship that goes into these instruments is on a completely different level than what I have seen with almost every other luthier I have researched over the years. I have witnessed first hand how much time, effort, and passion goes into each instrument and it truly shows down to the smallest ov details. I recently placed an order with Anthony for a custom guitar that I have been planning for at least a decade. Anthony has helped me refine my plans and taught me so much and never looked down on me for my ignorance. He did everything possible to help me in my plans and has inspired me to be a better musician and person. Anthony has become a dear friend over the years and is more than a household name. Anybody who knows me as a musician knows about Xylem and how important he is to me. Ultimately, if you need the best custom guitar you’ll ever have in you’re life, Xylem Guitars is for you! My custom should be started in the near future so be sure to watch for it and the review under the project name “Zann”.
Not only was Anthony patient enough to listen to my ramblings, he also helped sort out exactly what I was wanting and in turn made the easiest playing, and best sounding bass I’ve ever experienced. I’m excited to have him build my next and highly recommend him for everyone. You’ll no doubt get unmatched quality, honesty, and longevity.
Thank you Anthony!
I first bought a guitar from Anthony about 13 years ago when he was still working out of the kitchen in his apartment at the time. Despite being a big fender junkie before purchasing the guitar, by the end of the process I was completely converted to a custom junkie. The guitar I got from him is still my go-to instrument to this day, and I am currently in the process of purchasing my next guitar from him as well. Anthony makes exceptionally high quality instruments that will last decades without running into problems, and he goes out of his way to guarantee that the instrument you ordered conforms to your desired specifications and is of the highest quality possible. All of my interactions with Anthony have been extremely positive, and I’ve only ever been offered the highest quality customer service imaginable. I can guarantee that I will be a lifelong customer of Xylem Basses & Guitars.
Very poor communicator and sub par builder. Instrument electronics failed. Expects some sort of payment for repairs and setups, due to lack of attention to his builds. Not another luthier on the planet that would expect this. Instrument build was not what was ordered and all in all a horrible experience. There are far better builders to get your needs done in a much more professional way especially for what he is charging. Not worth the money. Very unprofessional. In response, never was there such agreement and response from builder is fabricated. Builder became agressive and angry (on christmas day, while I was with family no less) because he refused to meet me to exchange guitar in which he was going to “work on”, then questioned the guitars state) Go elsewhere for your needs. I stand by my review. Builder simply was angry that I was unhappy with the guitar hence me selling it. Builder then blocked me on Social media simply because he was upset and refused to meet me half way for exchange. Again, Childish and not professional at all. I would NEVER buy this guitar back nor did I say such a thing. Just a unprofessional business all in all.
15. Castle Rock Music
Address: 429 Wilcox St, Castle Rock, CO 80104 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
I stopped at this place to support a local business and was not disappointed I was expecting the prices to be through the roof but they were actually very reasonably priced and great quality I was also greeted with great customer service! I would recommend this place for anyone looking to take lessons or purchase an instrument
People are nice and they have a small selection of interesting and unique instruments.
Best little NON big box Music Store
Has knowledgeable staff, not like grocery stocker at those big box places…they know who they are…
I don’t see why many people are giving this place bad reviews, as I have good experience with it. I take guitar lessons here and the mentors are nice. I do feel a tinge of hostility towards me from the front desk workers, but they do seem approachable. I’ve never gone through a repair before with them, but that’s because I’ve never broken a guitar. If it weren’t from the tiny bit of hostility from the workers I would’ve given this place a five, in my experience and work with them.
It says castle rock band store but it’s more of a Guitar store there’s no other instruments.
Singing lessons for our daughter is wonderful. The process is good, prices are acceptable, and the venue is nice.
The shop itself is cute and quaint, but the selection is only very low end. Nothing of value at all. Not even cheap name brand equipment, but just low end non-name brand stuff. No biggie I guess, and I’m sure their selection is ideal for what they’re going for, but you would think at least one Fender or Les Paul would be in there. Haha! Nope. I’m speaking about guitar/bass/amp selection.
Overall, a good place and great for kids or first time people.
The selection of instruments is limited to a few obscure brands and all of the staff is passive aggressive and rude. I’ve been there three times and regret it every time. I’m done.
Don’t waste your time and money. The people that work here are just high school kids who look like they’d rather be anywhere else. I recently bought guitar strings specifically for a classical guitar. I asked the kid for nylon strings and he handed me a pack assuring me that they were the only nylon strings they had. I had my reservations on his assertion as the kid could hardly utter more than a teenage grunt, but I went ahead and got them anyway.
Surprise, surprise, turns out they were all metal strings. When I called to see if I could exchange them someone answered the phone who sounded like he was at least 30. That didn’t matter though since he said I opened the package that there was nothing they could do. Seriously? A brand new set of strings and you can’t take them back or exchange them? How bout you repackage them?
It’s all good though as there is nothing that I need to do at this particular place of business. I can always find another store to give my money to.
Now try hiring some staff that actually care about music and know what they’re talking about.
Went to pick up my boyfriend’s mandaline just now. I don’t appreciate being interrogated through petty attempts of guilt.
“I’m so surprised your nice in person, you left such a scathing review.”
I don’t like you guys. It took 6 months and 3 calls from me before I got any update on this instrument. “We tried to call” … ‘In the last month.’ was conveniently what you left off, and I’m annoyed at the audacity that you couldn’t take a review I didn’t even write and decided to confront me about it like I’m the misinformed idiot.
I wasn’t going to say anything, but maybe next time you’ll learn to shut your mouth and keep some business.
UPDATE: The cost of the repair was $10 and they gave the mandolin back to me in about a week and he did it for free because of my interaction at Castle Rock Music. Every expert I talked to had a suggestion. 3D print the piece for a temporary fix, find a junk mandoline and scavenge, or just give it to someone who knows what they’re doing, etc… Not a single person said the fix was too expensive or hard. And I didn’t get an awkward talking to when I went to pick it up. Amazing.
16. Music Go Round
Address: 8055 W Bowles Ave #2C, Littleton, CO 80123 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
I’ve been going here for years for all of my musical instrument needs these guys are professional and very nice!!!
I’ve been here on several occasions and they are always the nicest and most helpful music store around. No one ever talks down to me or seems annoyed With all my questions. So patient. And affordable!
Had the pleasure of dealing with Auguste and Nate this weekend.
Was interested in a bass they were selling but needed international shipping arranged. The fellas dealt with this quickly,I’d say 24 hours from my first email to me paying is a record. Prompt replies to emails, sorted an easy method of payment for me.
Wished I lived local as this would be my go to store.
Just a great experience all round.
Heartfelt Thanks from Scotland.
UPDATE:
Store owner Jason followed up on his promise to resolve the situation. I stopped by the other day and Jason refunded the purchase in full and made this right. The receipt doesn’t mention needing to have original packaging for returns as Dan originally said, so the return should have been accepted within the 10 days we first returned but because store owner Jason did make this right in the end I am therefore changing my rating from one star to four stars.
Bought a sax mouthpiece for the saxophonist performing for an event I hosted. The mouthpiece was defective and she was unable to perform meaning the trio could not perform either. We took the mouthpiece back the next day and manager Jason would not accept return of the defective mouthpiece even with the receipt in hand claiming it there was nothing wrong even though the saxophonist is a top performer in the area. We would expect better from a nationwide chain.
Musical Go Round is a great place to find certain used gear at a decent price if you know what you are looking for. It is a fun place to look around. I have bought guitars, sound and drum gear over there. I like the fact that they have a variety of instruments / other gear there too. They also do guitar set ups here too. I have to give Doug props for making my old Squire Affinity play nice again.
Its usually great. Had a terrible staff that I hadn’t seen before last time I went. I won’t go back.
Inquired about, and tested an amp, (The Roland Bolt-60) it wasn’t acting correctly so I mentioned it to them. It appears to have some grounding issues, making noise from filter capacitors most likely, as well as issues with the pots. I was still interested in it, however rather than correct their advertisement and pricing, or repair the amp, they told me to forget about it and that they wouldn’t be repairing it.
If this is how they handle broken products and continue to sell them in states of disrepair. This might serve as a good warning. I would worry about other products without completely testing it, and potentially having a second opinion.
Every time I buy gear here something is wrong with it. Just paid $60.00 for a set of Gibson Deluxe tuners. Installed them and two of the cover fell off. Someone had cut the tabs off all the covers. Really tired of the lack of attention to the functionality of the gear they sell. Will not buy here again!
for a used store the prices are outrageous

18. HB Woodsongs
Address: 3101 28th St, Boulder, CO 80301 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
I have been a customer and fan of HB Woodsongs since the seventies when it was on Broadway near the Pearl St Mall and then east of the Mall.
They have high quality guitars and always knowledgable staff.
I have had work done there many times by their luthiers who are top notch!
I also GREATLY appreciate them supporting and being a sponsor for my “What Can I Do?” Multimedia Environmental Presentations project!
Awesome little music shop. Stuff was super friendly. I really enjoy the set of harmonicas I got from there 🙂 thank you guys for existing
The only guitar shop in Boulder. Great place. Friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.
Small but nice musical instruments stores. They don’t have a lot of stuff (my only complaint), but you be able to find some accessories and also some high-end acoustic guitars. Salespersons are friendly and they also have a music school in this place.
Great ukalele selection
Attentive staff. Good selection. Prices are average to high.
Very friendly staff, unfortunately way over-priced. You can find some of the exact same items on ebay or Amazon for less than half the price at this store.
19. Music Go Round
Address: 2925 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 80525 , Towaoc , Colorado , United States
I bought a double bass pedal (at an amazing price and good quality) and two vinyls. When I checked out, they made sure the records were in the correct covers, checked to see if any parts were missing from the pedals, and made sure to give me the receipt. I give this place a perfect 5/5. They have everything you could possibly want and great prices along with great customer service.
Great place to be. The staff is very up to date on the latest in greatest gear. One satisfied customer. Fast shippers too.
Music Go Round in Fort Collins is always the first place I look for music gear. Their constantly changing selection of unique, high-quality gear consistently brings fresh inspiration. They always seem to have whatever accessories I need in stock when I need them. And the friendly staff is ready to answer questions, yet allow customers time to browse without feeling pressured to buy before they are ready. Everything a music store should be!
I went in tonight around 6pm to pick up some bass strings. When I walked in, I asked for recommendations on bass strings, as I’ve only bought guitar strings before. The man working there didn’t even come fully out from behind the counter to assist me and made a rude comment when I jokingly asked “What strings does Geddy Lee use?” (The bass player from Rush.)
Honestly, it’s not about the bass strings, the inability to walk fully from behind the counter, or the rude comment and attitude. It’s the fact that I’m trying to support local businesses, and EVERY TIME I go to this store, I’m treated as if I’m an inconvenience.
At Guitar Center, I’m always treated with respect and courtesy. It’s making it really hard for me to want to keep supporting this business when I know that I’ll be treated better somewhere else. A small dose of customer service goes a long way.
If they pretended they were happy to see me just once, it would make a difference. I wear the store’s t-shirt, for crying out loud.
Pricey stuff. But good condition. Great service. Would love to go back and see what else I may want to get in the future
Asked about where to repair my amp, told him I had it looked at by a local sound guy that has been repairing amps for decades(including four of mine, which I was very happy with) but wasn’t sure if I wanted to return it to the factory to be refurbished. The guy behind the counter(the manager) took that opportunity to bash the guy I went to(pretty excessively), and try to convince me his amp guy would be better than having it factory refurbished. It was rude, unprofessional and I’m doubt I’ll ever be back in the store.
Had good experiences in the past here both buying and selling but chose to offer me $200 for $1500 worth of bass gear. At least guitar center offered me 50% of the total worth. Avoid if you are selling. If you are buying check EVERYTHING over as much of the wind instrument stock has issues.
EDIT: Went back last week to trade another guitar. The salesperson claimed that the neck was twisted (so they of course couldn’t buy it) which was debunked later by a good luthier. I really want to like this store but they don’t employ honest people.
Mr. Brandon Barrios:
I went to Music Go Around today on purpose to give a local business my money rather than Amazon. I left right away, however, as your shopkeeper responded in an unfriendly manner that I was not wearing a mask. I explained that we are an asthmatic family and his ungenerous response was, “I’m an asthmatic, too, and I’m wearing a mask.” It is your prerogative to wear a mask and force your customers to do so, but it is also my prerogative to take my business where I’m not forced to wear a mask that hinders my breathing and does little to nothing to stop the bad flu called covid-19. You just lost the $500-$1000 I was prepared to spend.
Came in with my wife yesterday. Picked your sign off the ground on my way in the store… someone thanked me. that was the only employee interaction I had in 10 minutes of browsing. Not a single person offered me help or asked me if I wanted to play anything. I was here to spend money. you have 500$ shecktor that would have been sold. and the 170 bass would have been also. and a wireless pickup system. but i felt like i wasn’t valued, i grabbed a couple strings and left. oh well i guess?

Always a bitter sweet visit… Love arriving.. Hate leaving..
Everyone here is always knowledgeable and helpful!
Good Teachers!

I give them my business and I expect them all to be nicer. Just some of them are…others act as if they were giving you a favor…you can do better guys!
Good selection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Workers there are very rude, every time I’ve been there
Store was very dirty and didn’t have what I was looking for.
27 calls 0 answer… So I’m here with 4 other people and we all called the store for 30 minutes straight and none of us got an answer it just hangs up after a bunch of rings. I’m just trying to ask for a part before driving there.
