Soundcraft provides an excellent service. This is my 3rd major purchase & install and once again I’m thrilled with the results. I recommend that if anyone wants a great sounding car stereo system with accessories go see Soundcraft.
Good service, nice and honest, left the money I forgot about in the car.
Tony Frankopoulos is the MAN HE HOOKED me up great service and will always be my go too stereo Man

Nice people
The place to go for professional installations.
i purchased an item in there store and when I got home it turnes out they had doubled the price. I called them to ask why and I was treated poorly and told all sales are final and was hung up on. I do not recommend anyone go there including my military brothers.
Very unprofessional. I made an appointment over the phone and paid a deposit and nobody said anything about not getting a refund, and now that I’m trying to get a refund they won’t give it to me. The guy was laughing on the phone and everything. Also given the fact that they don’t give a courtesy call to remind there customers of there appointment I ended up missing mines.
What’s unprofessional was your lack of communication and not giving your customers a courtesy call to remind them of there appointment especially if it was planned a month out, and for you to sit there and laugh over the phone is very disrespectful of you but don’t worry I already put my dispute in, and I remember over the phone I apologized for missing my appointment since once again it was planned a month out, and I never got a reminder call or called the day of my appointment to let me know I had one. So for you guys to be scamming people and keep there deposit, and for your information nobody told me about the deposit being non refundable. If that was the case i would’ve never wasted my time doing it. So it’s your word against mine because at the end of it I never got proof of receipt in an email, or text about my deposit or what your policy was!
Extremely rude customer service.

Great staff, enjoyable experience testing out equipment.
Staff was super nice.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Although, I went on a Friday afternoon, around 4. There weren’t many people working. They didn’t seem to have anyone specifically for the drum department, so it’s lucky that I know what I want and am knowledgeable about all of the products. It’s a small shop in New London, so I know not to expect the same staffing as a platinum store in Dallas or NYC. Four stars only because I had to wait for someone to actually assign a sales rep to work with me. Once I got someone, he did everything he could to help me. I don’t know if it’s just because they don’t have enough people on the roster, or if they aren’t making enough money to hire more people, or if it’s just pandemic things.. but, it wasn’t busy at all. I guess I just expected to be hounded by bored sales reps, looking for some commission on a slow day. Lol, I guess it’s good I wasn’t, but I *almost* left without buying anything.
Staff are limited in number but very helpful when it’s your turn
Great collection of gear and knowledgeable staff.
Lesson learned. Spend as much time as you can with the instrument pre-purchase, if there’s a buzzing string or the action is too high or truss rod is off, they must charge for that adjustment. “The instruments come in from the factory and then we sell them, no adjustments are done pre-purchase”. Buyer beware.
Don’t go there if you are a female musician. The employees are rude to women and a simple “do you have this item” question seemed super inconvenient (15 foot walk) to the employee doing basically nothing in a store with only 2 customers at the time.
I’m sorry but this place has terrible management and if you are a person of colour you definitely get no respect here.
